1、17.10.2006Busch-Dimmer 6593 U-500CHI ENG使用说明的电子专业使用Operating Instructions Only for authorized electri ns0073-1-6694Rev. 1CHI3ENG32本产品应用于 230V 供电系统中,须由专业人员进行安装/拆卸操作!在安装/拆卸前,必须先切断电源!如 会造成火灾和其他本安装指南及使用指导。根据 DIN 49073-1,调光元件应该安装在暗装盒中。在工作过程中,调光元件会发热,这是由于所连接的负载部分转化为热能。万一在使用期间环境温度超过 35 C,必须根据线路图图 4 相应地减少负载

2、。在环境温度 50 C 时,允许功率减小到 57%, 60 C 时,允许功率减小到 28%。根据使用要求,调光元件可按照图 2/ 图 3 线路图进行连接。铁磁变压器当使用铁磁变压器时,每个变压器的原边必须根据制造商的说明进行短路保护。只可使用符合 DIN VDE 0551 标准的安全变压器。重要信息CHI3严禁通过串接开关开闭负载,这是因为产生的过流和过压会损坏调光元件。严禁副边开路启动或对铁磁变压器操作。必须要对安装了额定负载的变压器进行操作。为了确保卤钨灯在整个由明变暗的过程中保持有相同的亮度,使用功率及副边电压都相同的变压器。重要信息CHI4按钮模式使用按钮模式,扩展元件的相位必须和供电

7、 功能描述通电后,集成在调光元件中的微处理器将评测连接负载特性并决定是否采用相角或相位控制。在评测期间,照明系统将接通 2 秒且调光开关被封闭。为了确保调光元件能准确识别负载,当通电后, 铁磁变压器既不能出现短路运行,也不能副边边 开路运行。安装CHI14过载如果电子过载保护被激活(由于错误安装或通风不够所导致的过载或过温),照明元件设置的亮度值会减小。如果过载/过温时间过长,调光开关将关闭。进行故障修理前必须断电.检查调光负载,如果有需要,减少负载当消除过载且经过一段时间冷却后,调光开关恢复使用。短路当负载侧出现瞬间短路时,调光元件先断开负载,然后再重新连接。当发生持续短路时,调光元件完全关

18、rs can be connected in accordance with the connection diagrams Fig. 1 to Fig. 3.Important InformationENG32Conventional TransformersWhen conventional transformers are used, the primary circuit of each transformer must be protected against short-circuits in accordance with the manufacturers instructio

19、ns.Only safety transformers in accordance with DIN VDE 0551 are to be used.It is not permissible to switch the load verial switchingcontact, since overcurrents and overvoltages whiay destroy the dimmer can occur upon reconnection.The secondary open-circuit start-up or operation of conventional trans

20、formers is not permissible.Always operate conventional transformers with the rated transformer load.In order to ensuret the halogen ls have the samedegree of brightness over the entire correcting range from bright to dark, transformers with the same secondaryvoltage and the same rateder should be us

21、ed.Important InformationENG33Pushbutton ModeWith pushbutton mode, the phase of the extenand the phase of the supply voltage must be the same.With pushbutton extens, the lighting glow lshouldnot be connected with parallel contacts (use pushbutton with N connection).When laying lines, ensuret there if

34、ros, the lighting system is switched on for up to two seconds and the unit is blocked.In order to ensuret the precise load is recognised by the dimmer, this should neither be operated with short circuit nor with secondary open-circuit conventional transformers when the supply voltage is connected.Se
