12、权重通常为 20%,80% ;3)业主可以直接向一些咨询公司发出招标邀请;4)咨询公司可以对任务大纲提出修改意见; 5)一般不公开开标, 对晚送到的标书不一定宣布无效退回。10主要涉及的关键里程碑点包括: 基准日期、 投标有效期、 开工日期、 合同工期、竣工时间、缺陷责任期、合同期、合同有效期等;其中基准日期是风险的重要分界点;从开工日期到竣工时间为合同工期;施工类型的项目缺陷责任期一般为一年,是从业主接收项目开始算起;合同期包含合同工期和缺陷责任期;合同有效期从中标的承包商收到中标函算起直至结清单生效为止。列出 FIDIC99 版 Design-Build 合同的 20 个条款, 并进行分组
