2、是高考的基本功能高考要立足于服务国家、服务高校选才这个基本点,为不同类型的高校选拔出符合要求的新生。围绕科学选才、提高质量、促进公平这个核心和关键,进一步探索和完善评价人才的办法,保证较高的信度和效度,注重提升考试的区分度。“引导教学”是基础教育对高考的现实需求高考因其连接高等教育与基础教育主渠道的特殊地位,对于高中教育教学,客观上具有重要的影响,是所谓的“牛鼻子”和“指挥棒”。因此必须处理好高考改革与基础教育改革的关系。高考改革要与高中课程改革在目标上同向同行,在路径上相向而行。高考改革与课程改革是相辅相成的,两者各司其职,相互配合,不断促进教育公平,不断提升教育质量。“四层”就是科学设计考

3、查内容,解决“考什么”的问题指社会主义核心价值观为统领的科学的世界观、正确的价值观的综合。高考要旗帜鲜明地弘扬社会主义核心价值观,整体上强调对学生核心价值的引领。核心价值指学生在社会生活实践或科学研究的复杂情境中,能在正确的思想观念指导下综合运用学科知识能力处理并解决复杂任务的综合品质,它是知识、能力与情感态度的综合。学科素养指在学生掌握基础知识和基本技能的过程中,培养支撑学生终身发展、适应时代要求的能力,主要包括独立思考、逻辑推理、信息加工、语言表达和文字写作能力、创新能力等。关键能力学生长期学习的知识储备中的基础性、通用性知识,是学生今后进入大学学习以及进入社会实践所必须掌握的关键内容。必

4、备知识“四翼”就是创新研发考查要求,解决“怎么考”的问题高考通过增强情境的探究性和设问的开放性,允许学生从多角度思考,对同一问题或现象得出不同的结论,考查学生的批判性和创新性的思维能力。创新性高考注重将学科内容与国家经济社会发展、科学进步、生产生活实际等紧密联系起来,通过设置新颖的问题情境,考查学生灵活运用所学知识解决实际问题能力,引导学生关注社会进步和科学发展。应用性高考试题设计注重素材选取的普遍性、突出知识体系的完整性和知识间的联系,要求学生能够基于试题情境深入思考,整合所学知识得出观点和结论。综合性高考通过加强对基本概念、基本原理、基本思想方法的考查,引导学生重视基础,将所学知识和方法内

Mike Curtin sees my arugula story all the time but for him, its more l

18、ike 12 boxes of donated strawberries nearing their last days. Curtin is CEO of DC Central Kitchen in Washington, D.C., which recovers food and turns it into healthy meals. Last year it recovered more than 807,500 pounds of food by taking donations and collecting blemished (有瑕疵的) produce that otherwi

19、se would have rotted in fields. And the strawberries? Volunteers will wash, cut, and freeze ordry them for use in meals down the road.5 Such methods seem obvious, yet so often we just dont think. “Everyone can play a part in reducing waste, whether by not purchasing more food than necessary in your
