3、oodwill at the upmost place.IL Standard for Working DisciplineTake duty and post punctually, do not leave, do not be late, do not leave early without excuse, and do not be absent from work.Do not chat with each other, or do private things, or eat snacks, or do other things than work during service t

4、ime.Do not yell or sing; do not behave badly in customers service during service time.Cherish equipment and facilities in the scenic spot; do not operate or move or damage them at will.Hand over articles and money you pick up promptly to office, but do not pocket them privately.Do not receive your p

5、rivate guests or telephone calls; do not come to work with your kids.Do not bring your private friends to the scenic spot without leaders approval.All the staff shall not drive any motor cars in the scenic area during working time.Fundamental Work for Ropeway Station Safety ManagementOne Policy: Ins

6、ist on Safety First, Prevention Primary”. In case there is any conflict between operation and safety, safety shall take precedence.IL Two Basic Points: Leaders shall not direct and staff shall not operate by breaking rules and regulations.Communication and lighting team shall be liable for broadcast

7、, rescue worker convocation, notice issuance and rescue method explanation, comforting tourists, lighting fixture for night rescue work.Up station attendant managers form up station team of rescue team, responsible for rescuing passengers between supports, while down station attendant managers form

8、down station team of rescue team, also responsible for rescuing passengers between supports.Medical team liability shall be taken by ropeway station and health supervisor.Fire fight and public security team shall be comprised of ropeway station and guardsmen, responsible for order maintenance to avo

9、id unexpected event, and notifying fire brigade of fire event if any.In case an accidental stop or cable derail event occurs, driver and electro-mechanical repair persons shall figure out cause. If external power supply interrupts or master machine control system fails, standby power supply shall be

10、 turned on, and auxiliary motor shall drive passengers to station. III. In case major failure of mechanical equipment, station access system or loaded cable or other causes make operation interruption, rescue measures may be approved by stationmaster and implemented.Once rescue command is issued, al

11、l the staff shall in no time take their posts and responsibilities. Rescuing time shall be as short as possible, generally not more than 3 hours.The station uses T-type life apparatus as rescue equipment. In order to be familiar with it, all the staff shall be trained once a year.There are two sets

12、of life apparatus, one of which shall be placed at up station and down station respectively.In rescuing process, old and infant passengers shall be helped to leave first and rapidly.Security persons shall be responsible for guarding up and down station entrance and exit, not allowing unrelated perso

13、ns to enter into stations and evacuating passengers who have been in stations. Security persons shall closely observe surrounding person movement, effectively refrain bad behaviors, such as intended fuss and disturbance.Safety Supervision RegulationsIn order to guarantee normal ropeway operation, to

14、 perceive hidden accidents in advance so as to minimize accidents, safety supervision regulations are hereby stipulated as follows:Before operation starts every day, equipment on the whole ropeways shall be thoroughly checked and verified in good condition. One round of trial run shall be conducted

15、to verify safety and normality, then to take passengers officially.Operation shall not start if wind level 3-4 exists while operation shall stop if wind power exceeds level 6.Before operation starts, if continuous light rain or frost or snow exists, inspection shall be stopped; ropeway under operati

16、ng condition may not stop when meeting light rain; ropeway under operating condition shall, if meeting heavy rain, send passengers in suspended cages respectively to up station and down station, then stop operation.Operation shall stop in heavy fog weather and with visibility less than 30 meters.Dur

17、ing ropeway stop period, if bad weather (windstorm, icing, rainstorm and heavy snow) occurred, ropeway line shall be thoroughly checked to verify all are in normal condition before operation resumes.In case accident stop causes operation interruption, operation shall not be re-started until trouble

18、is shot or related measures are taken, and trial run must be conducted with stationmaster at presence to verify all are normal.For sake of safe operation of ropeway equipment, Four Stipulations,Xi.e., staff stipulated, machine stipulated, maintenance persons stipulated, specific operation procedure

19、and maintenance details stipulated, complete spare reserve stipulated) system shall be strictly followed.For daily equipment safety supervision, major components of ropeway (wire rope, cable clip, master machine, and hydraulic tension device and cable support wheel) shall be carefully checked and ad

20、justed, their degree of wear, deformation and displacement shall be specifically recorded in order to repair early.In addition to regular inspection and repair, major component and equipment on ropeway shall be checked irregularly. Troubles found shall be instantly reported to competent authority an

21、d stationmaster in order to take measures to nip hidden trouble in the bud.Correctly use and maintain equipment; strictly comply with characteristic performances of equipment and components. During daily use, if any exception is found, operation shall be stopped, and said event shall be reported. Op

22、eration with fault is not allowed.Ropeway Emergency Stop ManagementIn order to guarantee tourist safety, to avoid human injury and equipment accident and damage, the management system is hereby set up.Electro-mechanical maintenance team shall check and maintain high speed brake and tongs brake daily

23、, and be sure that:Under braking state, the whole surface of brake shoes shall be tightly against brake wheel, where contact area shall be no less than 80%; when brake shoes are released, shoe surface shall be parallel to brake wheel, uniform and equal.Gap between brake shoe and brake wheel shall be

24、 no less than 0.85 mm.Braking time shall be no more than 0.5 second while releasing time shall be no more than 0.8 second.Workers in control room shall stick to their posts, closely observe electrical cabinet and console operation conditions. For unexpected cases occurring during operation, decisive

25、 measures shall be taken to stop operation urgently.Managers and attendants at up station and down station shall improve service quality. For unexpected cases occurring during equipment operation and while passengers are taking the suspended cages, decisive measures shall be taken to stop operation

26、urgently to nip trouble in the bud.Generally, emergency stop shall not be applied without said unexpected cases.Safe Operation Education SystemIn order fbr station staff to set up concept of Safety First“ and compliance with regulations and discipline in operation, to understand safety knowledge, co

27、nsciously to follow safe operation procedure, so as to prevent accident and to guarantee safe station operation, the system is hereby established.Safety education includes: safety education of mid- and higher- ranked family executives; safety education of gang foremen, safety education of new worker

28、s in 3 level, safety education of workers in special trades, safety education of workers who will change posts, safety education of all the staff and safety education of other types.Safety education shall observe national safe production (management) guidance, policy, statutes and institutions; safe

29、ty engineering knowledge shall be educated by team, departmental office and station headquarter combination, so as to improve staff consciousness of safe operation.Safety education of mid- and higher- ranked family executives shall be carried out through cooperation between station headquarter and t

30、echnical safety department, where education contents include national guidance and policy of production (management) safety, safety document issued by superior related business authorities, conference communications, contents and tasks about labor protection and technical safety knowledge.New statio

31、n staff shall receive safety education in 3 levels (station, department and team), station education shall be jointly executed by stationmaster and station office, where contents include contents and tasks related to safe production and labor protection stipulated by superior authorities, rules and

32、regulations related to safety promulgated by State and the station, configuration and management of station safety operation organization, and other safety precautions.Departmental safety education: the liability shall be taken by departmental director and departmental safety officer. Contents: depa

33、rtmental operation outline, rules and regulations for safe operation, common accident cases, departmental safe operation requirements and precautions, etc.Team safety education: the liability shall be taken by foreman or team safety custodian. Contents: team outline, layout of major equipment and ma

34、jor ropeway precautions, rules and regulations for safe operation and management, professional safe operation procedures, correct use and storage of labor protection equipment, lessons from accidents, general safety knowledge and requirements, etc.New comers must receive safety educations in 3 level

35、s, generally, station safety education shall take no less than 8 hours, departmental safety education shall take no less than 4 hours, and team safety education shall take no less than one day. Technical safety department shall write safety education form, and only examined and qualified staff can t

36、ake their posts.In-station motor vehicle driver, electrician, electrical welding operator are regarded as special trades. Safety education of workers who engage in special trades shall be executed jointly by the technical safety department and superior competent authority. In addition to general saf

37、etyknowledge education, professional safety technology training shall be arranged. Only those whose are examined and certified by competent authority and have acquired certificate of special trade safety operation can operate independently.During daily work, wall paper, briefing, knowledge contest m

38、ay be used to promote safety education for staff to think much of safe operation and management practically.In-Station Fire Prevention RegulationsBased on related regulations, ropeway station fire prevention system is set up as follows:All the station staff shall, when standing in station (up or dow

39、n station) or riding the ropeway for work, never smoke cigarette.In critical fire prevention places, such as power generation house, control room and warehouse, all kindles shall be strictly prohibited, and fire facilities, such as fire extinguisher, shovel, fire handles and fire sand shall be provi

40、ded at above-mentioned places.Strengthen fire prevention knowledge education and study, enhance fire prevention awareness, eliminate all unsafe hidden troubles, carry out “Four Preventions, education practically, and implement no risk at all.During busy touring seasons: along the ropeway, Instructio

41、ns to Tourists shall be broadcast continuously, slogan Fire Prevention First“ shall be obviously posted on every support to awake tourists9 consciousness of fire prevention.Technical Safety Operation Procedure for Operators of Diesel-Generator SetPreparation before Start:After person in control room

42、 sends out Power Required, signal, speed transmission, clutch, crankshaft control, oil level and all setscrews shall be carefully checked for correctness. And with oil and water temperatures no lower than 20, start can be performed.Valves of various system pipelines shall be at open or close state.C

43、onnection bolts of drive mechanism shall be tightened properly.Set clutch handle to Start position, and open blow-off valve of scavenging pump.Diesel Engine Start and Operation:If diesel engine has been stopped for more than 24 hours, open trial-run valve, start lubrication oil pump, manually turn t

44、he engine by one turn, freely start electric motor to drive diesel engine running idle for several rounds, so as to discharge oil and water in the cylinder. Then close the trial-run valve and engage front clutch properly.Start fuel pump, expel air in pipeline. Formal start can not be carried out unt

45、il oil pressure falls into the specified range.Observe and verify power voltage is normal, keep Start pushbutton pressed down till diesel engine ignites, then release the pushbutton. When lubrication oil pressure rises above specified value, stop prime lubrication oil pump, close blow-off valve of s

46、cavenging pump, and insert front clutch pin properly.Cause of failure to start shall be carefully ascertained, otherwise, re-start shall not be conducted. More than 3 continuous starts are not allowed, interval time between consecutive starts shall be no less than 2 minutes. If the 3rd start fails,

47、after careful analysis and check are carried out and trouble is shot, the 4th start may be performed.After Ready fbr Paralleling, signal is received, regulate diesel engine rpm based on synchronous meter. After paralleling, based on green liaison signal indicator, send out normal signal, gradually i

48、ncrease fuel volume in order to increase active load. During normal operation, it is strictly prohibited to use failure stop switch or pushbutton. Record master machine operation condition once an hour.Stop, Servicing and Maintenance:After stop, maintain and keep equipment in good condition and clea

49、n.Rotational parts of diesel engine shall be thoroughly checked at least once a week, and problem found shall be instantly solved.PrecautionsAttendants on-duty must stick to their posts, perform their assignments, frequently listen and observe, and strictly follow operating procedures.Attendants on-

50、duty shall try their best to deal with troubles found during operation of dieselgenerator set in their shifts, and critical events shall be reported in no time to the leader.Smoking is inhibited in master machine room, working sites shall be kept clean, and measures shall be actively taken to elimin

51、ate noise.Safely operating rules for driver skillsThe driver must drive or stop in accordance with principle of electrical design and operating procedures.Before driving, must pull alarm first to alert all aspects of working staffs.All works related to Startup and shutdown must ensure smooth communi

52、cation, driving is allowed only after getting response, or else, driving is prohibited.when somebody is working on the line, the switch must be closed, the distinctive mark-No closing switch must be hanged.Ensure three direct links” (phone, radio, interphone), and three normal” (manual master machin

58、 during work period.Each post should conduct visual examination, and eliminate all dangers and hidden risks in time before feeding power, notify the power-feeding staffs and drivers of that day that it is ready after confirm without any error,After getting prepared well on each post, the power-feedi

59、ng staffs shall send power according to the procedures of power transmission, observe the instruments indication, and notify the driver that it is ready after the instruments indication is normal. The driver honk horn twice to notify the power has been transmitted, in this time, each attendant must
