1、TBA PURIFICATION COLUMN SYSTEMSTARTUP FROM STANDBYTBA PURIFICATION COLUMN SYSTEM STARTUP FROM STANDBY PurposeThe purpose of this procedure is to startup the TBA Purification Column System from a standby condition. ConditionsThe TBA Purification Column System is in the standby mode. The system is in

2、total reflux in preparation to receive feed. NOTE: TBA may freeze and solidify at temperatures below 25C. As equipment is shutdown, blocked-in, or when the flow is stopped, ensure all TBA is removed from the lines and equipment if it is not heat traced. This condition can cause unnecessary down time

3、 or damage to equipment. The overhead lines are not heat traced. TBA PURIFICATION COLUMN SYSTEM STARTUP FROM STANDBY GUIDELINE Start process feed to the TBA Purification Column as upstream and downstream systems are lined up to begin forward flow. Monitor the column feed flow as indicated by FI-3810

4、1. Monitor the overhead pressure with PC-38104A while returning to normal operations. Visually inspect the TBA Purification Column System for leaks and defects. Verify operating conditions such as flows, temperatures, levels, and pressures with the console operator as needed. Monitor analyzer indications.
