1、安装说明1.1将压缩包解压到不含中文，不含空格的目录，双击main.exe运行刷机工具1.2. adb, fastboot命令已经预置，不需要安装，但需要安装360手机助手等以保证可以自动安装手机驱动1.3.如果用到qfil刷机，请先安装qfil驱动，驱动放在driver目录下，安装时请先断开网络，安装完毕后请重启电脑1.4. 刷机过程中不要断开连接线1.5. 多次刷机的时候会提示“解压缩文件夹已经存在，是否需要重新解压缩？”， 选否不用再次解压缩，直接升级1.6. 刷userdata选项，用户选“是”会丢数据，选“否”不丢数据，但是可能升级不彻底，建议刷机前备份数据1.7. 升级包会解压到刷

2、机工具包中，因为刷机包比较大，请保证磁盘空间足够1.8请将最新的软件/硬件兼容性表格放到刷机工具所在文件夹下主要功能介绍2.1系统更新当电脑连网情况下，刷机工具启动时会检测服务器上是否有最新版本，如果有新版本会弹出更新提示框2.2下载兼容性表格在菜单中有GetHSCT菜单项，点击此菜单，会直接下载最新的兼容性表格，同时会将本地的hsct表格备份到HSCTBackup文件夹下，备份文件的后缀为当时的时间点。如果因为网络问题或者其他原因下载失败，会弹出下载失败的提示框，同时会把原来的文件拷贝回来。如果下载的文件格式不正确，也会弹出提示框，同时把原来可用的文件拷贝回来。2.3 fastboot刷机刷

3、机方式默认为fastboot，同时按住电源键和音量减使手机进入fastboot模式，然后连上数据线，等手机驱动安装完毕后，点击刷新设备，将显示设备序列号和设备类型，如果设备没有刷过deviceInfo分区，将不现实设备类型，此时想要正常刷机可以选择强制刷机按钮，这样工具将不会校验硬件和软件版本是否匹配，需要自己判断选择对应的刷机包（zip包），zip包不要放在中文路径下选择是否刷userdata点击开始刷机，如果本地有该刷机包的解压包，将提示是否需要重新解压，如果选择是，将重新解压文件，等文件解压完毕后将自动刷机，进度条将显示刷机进度，同时会显示刷机的log刷机完成或者出现错误时都会有提示框弹

4、出2.4 qfil刷机刷机方式选择qfil后，同时按电源键，音量增减键使手机进入qfil模式，然后连上数据线，等手机驱动安装完毕，点击刷新设备将显示所有的qfil可用串口号，选择相应的串口号，注意不要连接其他高通设备，否则会影响刷机选择对应的刷机包（zip包），zip包不要放在中文路径下(请自己确认刷机包，qfile模式下工具无法判断刷机包与手机是否匹配)点击开始刷机，如果本地有该刷机包的解压包，将提示是否需要重新解压，如果选择是，将重新解压文件，等文件解压完毕后将自动刷机，进度条将显示刷机进度，同时会显示刷机的log刷机完成或者出现错误时都会有提示框弹出2.5 mtk刷机刷机方式选择mtk后

5、，选择对应的刷机包（zip包），zip包不要放在中文路径下(请自己确认刷机包，mtk模式下无法判断刷机包与手机是否匹配)点击开始刷机，如果本地有该刷机包的解压包，将提示是否需要重新解压，如果选择是，将重新解压文件，等文件解压完毕后将自动开始刷机，此时会弹出“请在一分钟内插入设备”的提示框，此时需要在一分钟内按音量加同时插USB线，然后将自动开始刷机，同时进度条显示刷机进度，log也将显示在界面上。刷机完成或者刷机出现错误时都会弹出提示框1. Main Function2.1 System UpdateIf the network is connected, when flash tool start, it will check if there is new version on server, if yes, pop up update dialog.2.2 Download HSCT FileThere is GetHSCT menu on menu bar, press this menu, will downl

10、oad HSCT file directly, and backup the local hsct file to HSCTBackup folder, the suffix of the backup file is the time when you back up the file.If the file download failed with network or other issue, there will be a download failed dialog pop up, and copy the file back from HSCTBackup folder.If th

11、e format of the downloaded file is not correct, there will be also a dialog pop up, and copy the file back from HSCTBackup folder also.2.3 Fastboot FlashThe default flash type is fastboot, when select fastboot flash type, press power key and volume down key at the same time, then phone will enter in

Connect with USB cable, wait for install driver automatically, then press Refresh button, serial No. and device type will show on UI, maybe some phones cant display device type, thats because these phones didnt flash devinfo part, these phones need to upgrade to new version. But be

13、fore upgrade, you can select Force Flash to flash the phone, in this situation, you should check if the software and hardware is matching yourself.Select corresponding flash zip file, the path of zip file should not contain Chinese and special character.Select Flash Userdata or notPress Flash button

14、, then start to unzip flash zip file to current folder, but if there is already a corresponding unzip file existing, Decompression folder already existed, re-decompress or not? dialog will pop up, if select yes, will re-decompress, else not. After unzip finished, start to flash the phone automatical
