1、where在定语从句中作地点状语，表示事情发生的地方，如，this is the place where I lost my keys.此处，where = in the place. 即从句原句应该是 I lost my keys in the place, 引导词提前，置于先行词place之后。when在定语从句中作时间状语，表示事情发生的时间，如，2000 is the year when I was born. 此处，when = in the year. 即从句原句应该是 I was born in the year, 引导词提前，置于先行词year之后。whyWhy 的用法较为简单
