A “component(s) and process(s) that successfully integrates into the total vehicle to provide performance that meets program requirements”.在项目执行阶段,给SMT提供状态汇报. The PDT is expe

15、题、供应商质量问题及商务问题等,也可以成立PDT,制造工程师(ME)、供应商质量工程师(SQE)、采购员(Buyer)等将是相应 PDT领导者。 To special issues such as process issues, suppler quality issues, business issues and so on, PDT can be built. And ME- Manufacturing Engineer, or SQE- Supplier Quality Engineer, or Buyer will be the related PDT Leader.谁来建立和领导PD

16、T? Who should initiate and lead a PDT? 11-在新开发车型和改型项目中,DRE是相关产品开发的PDT的领导PDT应按需要建立,不需强制建立,如 PDTs should be formed as needed, not forced. Examples:不是所有部分需要PDT Not every partition needs a PDT.特殊PDT应用于解决重要的问题 Special PDTs should be formed for focused issues.综合PDT应当由公同需求来驱动 Integrated PDTs should be driv

VSE负责提出PDT建立和取消的需求VSE responsible for presenting the demand of PDT establishment and elimination.SMT审批后建立或解散PDT SMT approval is required to omit, combine or eliminate PDTs.何时需要建立PDT?When is a PDT required?12-PDT应按需要建立,不需强制建立,如 对新产品开发,根据项目的整车开发流程,在ASI或VPI节点建立开发产品的PDT. 正常

18、PDT解散时间在产品正式生产开始(SOP)。 Future Product Program PDT should be established at gate ASI or VPI depending on the Program VDP. Normally, PDT for certain product will be eliminated at the Start Of Pilot(SOP). 对现有产品,当CPIP清单中出现新问题时,应当成立现有产品支持PDT(如果其还未建立)。 Current Product Support PDT should be established (if

29、wing: 建立小组特殊要求、交付物和时间(PDT计划)。/Establish your teams specific requirements, deliverables and Timing (PDT Plan).定义会议外每个成员必需和期望的工作。/Determine what each member needs and expects to get out of the meeting.定义小组需要得到什么类型的支持培训。/Determine what type of support training is needed for the team (i.e. SIM Process,

30、DFM/DFA, Imperative Process, PCICN Process, Statistical Engineering, etc.)和对应的TIE举行一个先期项目的Lessons Learned回顾会 Hold a review with appropriate TIE for Lessons Learned from previous programs.有关会议方面的共识:日期/时间/频次 Consensus on meeting day/time/frequency建立会议规范、会议纪要等/Establish meeting norms, minutes, etc.23-.
