2019年中学上半年语文教研组总结学上半年语文教研组总结学上半年语文教研组总结开拓视野,用心耕耘开学初写了一个很用脑的教学计划表。但真正的实效有多少呢?计划和总结的价值到底在哪里呢?作为语文教研组长,我到底让xx语文组到哪里去呢?每次写总结的时候,都是很沉重很感性。由于自己的体系思维的缺乏,做很多事,都只是零碎的。未能构建xx学语文特色的教研体系,未能未能真正做一个教育有情怀的老师。回观这一学期,罗列优缺点,待下学期再修正并提升。本学期的工作亮点:(一)借助省市教研室的教研平台,促成青年教师的快速成长。我们xx语文青年教师密集,如何助推快速成长?主要通过下列途经。1.以工作室的研讨模式,建立青年教师每月主题研讨。本学期期考后搭建了青年教师共修成长的平台,模仿名师工作室的操作模式,以布置具体任务,每周四共同研讨,全方位提升青年教师的专业能力,促进年青教师的发展。这一期的主题为“省教研室作业本”的编写。本次主题研讨历时一个月,从练习编写的角度,促成青年教师命题能力的提升。2.给青年教师创设市级公开课的平台。刘聪达和吴若苗老师,分别开设了市级公开课。这样的历练实践机会,Unit3TravelJournalJourneydowntheMekong2019年中学上半年语文教研组总结学上半年语文教研组总结Un1Whichriveristhelongestriver
