AbstractThepresentinventionisamethodandapparatusforeffectuatingbilateralbuyer-drivencommerce.Thepresentinventionallowsprospectivebuyersofgoodsandservicestocommunicateabindingpurchaseoffergloballytopotentialsellers,forsellersconvenientlytosearchforrelevantbuyerpurchaseoffers,andforsellerspotentiallytobindabuyertoacontractbasedonthebuyer'spurchaseoffer.Inapreferredembodiment,theapparatusofthepresentinventionincludesacontrollerwhichreceivesbindingpurchaseoffersfromprospectivebuyers.Thecontrollermakespurchaseoffersavailablegloballytopotentialsellers.Potentialsellersthenhavetheoptiontoacceptapurchaseofferandthusbindthecorrespondingbuyertoacontract.ThemethodandapparatusofthepresentinventionhaveapplicationsontheInternetaswellasconventionalcommunicationssystemssuchasvoicetelephony.真理大學資訊管理學系李沿儒claimsAmethodforusingacomputertofacilitateatransactionbetweenabuyerandatleastoneofsellers,comprising:
