系列操作使用说明书出厂编号目录1.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机原理………2…2.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机零部件图解………………3…3.设备安装注意事项…………5…4.电子排水器的安装和使用…………………7…5.SLAD系列组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机操作方法………86.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的常规控制仪表板说明…9…7.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的吸干机部分参数设置说明……………10…8.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的启动过程………………11…9.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的停机过程………………11…10.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的保养要求………………211.组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的典型故障分析和处理…5尊敬的用户:SLAD系列组合式干燥机,为了确保机器正常、可靠运行,请务必在使用本机器之前详细阅读说明书。从您购买杭州山立净化设备有限公司产品之日起,您将会得到本1组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机工艺流程组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机配置流程2组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机吸干机部分主要零部件图解3组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机冷干机部分主要零部件图解4设备安装注意事项要顾及排水系统的高度和设置排水地沟。多的场所,需安装在环境温度高于℃低于38℃的地方,风冷组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机必须安置在室内,并具有良好的通气设备以维持组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的正常工作。安装在空压房内的风冷组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机,要采取组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机与空压机的隔热措施。通风不良将导致冷凝后的热空气流反复通过风冷冷凝器而使室温不断升高。这将导致制冷压缩机排气压力过高使冷媒高压开关保护或使电机内部过载保护,最终使设备停止运转。将风冷组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机置于可使冷却空气便于通过冷凝器的地方,设备与周围环境或机器之间的距离应保持在1米以上的空间便于保养和维修。三、安装时应尽量避免管道太长,弯曲角度太多,管径太小,以免产生压力降,设备空气进出口口上方请加装旁路阀以利检修。5四、安装组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机电源时电器接线可能在运输过程中由于震动而松动,请用工具拧紧,并注意以下几点:、额定电压在±%范围以内。、电源进线的线径须视电流大小及线路长短而定。SLAD-01ZF8.5ZF电源须专用。连接组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的电线必须符合国际EC)和地方上的法规和标准,并检查设备铭牌上标明的电压,电线的连接必须由专业电工人员操作。若组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机所配的是涡旋式压缩机则对电源相序有要求,相位不正确会使压缩机反转导致压缩机损坏。检查压缩机转向是否正确的方法:开机后立即观察冷媒低压(压力露点)或冷媒高压表,如果冷媒低压(压力露点)表逐渐下降或冷媒高压表逐渐上升,则压缩机转向正确。反之则电源相序错误,同时伴有压缩机噪音过大,此时应在三秒内停机,调换电源相序使之正确后方能开机。之间水温≤32℃且经过软化处理,为防止水冷冷凝器生锈或脏堵,建议在水冷冷凝器的冷却水进口安装水过滤器。六、组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机入口处最好加装除油过滤器,因吸附剂在吸附过程中对进气含油量有较高要求一般进气含油量应≤0.1ppm,否则将直接影响吸附效果、吸附剂使用寿命,甚至使吸附剂中毒失效。七、组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机最好装在后部冷却器与储气罐之后,以降低压缩空气在组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的进口温度,关系机体的性能及寿命,请妥善处理,如有疑难,欢迎致电询问。6电子排水器的安装和使用一、过滤球阀集隔离用球阀和过滤网于一体,外形小巧,清洗方便;额定压16Bar,冷凝水入口1/2,出口1/2或1/4二、电磁阀安装时须注意冷凝水的流动方向应该与阀体上箭头的方向一致;阀体水平位置安装,线圈朝上;阀的出口处连接管子(如硬PVC管)并通入下水道。三、定时器接线时先拧下接线头顶部的螺丝,从定时器上拔下接线头,取下接线头的外壳(接线回原处,将接线头重新插到定时器上,收紧电缆线,适度拧紧接线头盖的防水螺母,防止潮气沿电缆线进入定时器,最后再拧紧固定螺丝(十字头M3有压紧密封垫的功能,防止水进入密封垫的结合部,因此务必拧紧,否则,密封垫起不到防水作用,会造成线圈及定时器的故障。8三芯圆形护套电缆线,并确实可靠接地,使用与要求相符的电源。况做调整。7SLAD系列组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机操作方法一、开机前的检查1.检查制冷系统:观察设备仪表板上的冷媒高、低压表读数,两表在一定压力下达到平衡,而这平衡压力是根据周围温度的高低而上下波动,一般在.5MPa左右~1.2MPa如果冷媒低压表读数为零,则制冷剂已经泄露,请与厂家联系以便维修。2.SLAD-1ZFSLAD-8.5ZF为AC220V/50HZ%;SLAD-10ZF以上为3相AC380/220V/50HZ.检查空气管路是否正常,进气管和出气管是否接反。如有过滤器还需查看前后过滤器型号4.处理量30立方及以上的组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机装有压缩机油加热器,在设备首次使用开机前必须加热(接通电源,加热器自动加热至少高于环境温度10℃,否则,压缩机将会严重损毁。操作指导出现问题,不予保修。5.0.2Mpa~0.4Mpa,水温≤32℃。6.检查各阀门气路插管是否松脱或脱落,检查减压阀设定值是否正常(采用气动薄膜阀的设备减压阀设定值为0.2Mpa,采用气动蝶阀的设备减压阀设定值为0.5Mpa8组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机常规控制仪表板说明冷媒高压表:指示冷媒的冷凝压力值。空气出口压力表:指示压缩空气在组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机出口处的压力值。控制器:组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的吸干机部分的控制器。作。5分钟后此灯灭,压缩机开始运转。查。9组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机吸干机部分参数设置使用说明一、参数设置当控制器处于本地、停机状态时,按动“停LED0.00控制器即处于设置状态。按动“启动参数”按钮,LED数码管的最高位1.延时t1设置”设置”启t2。按远程本地”按钮和“停止设置”按钮同样可改变延时值依次类推,可设定四个延时段的时间。最高位显示“5.24点25与入26与设定完毕,按动“启动参数”按钮,LED数码管“0.00/设置”按钮,LED数码t1时间表示控制器已退出预置状态回到正常停机状;ED数码管显示“0.Er入E2PROM储存起来即使断电后仍能保留二、组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机吸干机部分动作时序图三、组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机吸干机部分时序图说明’’AB段吸附再生BC段CO段段段静止再生吸附段A塔B塔静止均压吸附均压吸附10四、控制器时间参数常规设置值:t1(吸附时间)=120m,t2(再生延时时间)=5S,t3(再生时间)=118m,t4(均压时间)=5S组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的启动过程:0.7MPa并且空压机运行一切正常再做组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的运行工作。0.7MPa时,接通组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机电源,合上空气开关,此时设备仪表上的电源指示灯(红)亮。、按下绿色启动按钮,接触器吸合,待启动指示灯(绿)亮5压缩机开始运转,运行指示灯(绿)亮;同时检查压缩机转向是否正确:开机后立即观察冷媒低压(压力露点)及冷媒高压表,如果冷媒低压(压力露点)表逐渐下降、冷媒高压表逐噪音过大,则说明压缩机转向不正确电源相序错误,此时应在三秒内停机,调换电源相序使之正确后方能开机。、观察10min后,经组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机处理后的空气可达设计露-4-70℃,而此时冷媒高、低压表指示正常范围如下:冷媒低压:R22及R407C0.30.5MPa冷媒高压:R22及R407C1.21.6MPaR134A0.10.3MpaR134A0.71.1Mpa、慢慢打开自动排水器上的铜球阀,让空气中的冷凝水流入排水器中,经它排出设备外。、观察两个吸附塔的压力,压力表应指示工作压力。按下控制器的“启的吸干机部分开始工作,应能听到消音器瞬间排气的声音。此时可以看到一个吸附塔的压力表逐渐降为零。、观察吸附塔在工作时是否按设定的时间进行切换。冬天环境温度低时,则应先开机器再打开冷却水进出阀门。11组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的停机过程:、打开旁通阀让压缩空气继续流入下游管道,然后关闭组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的出口阀门;、关闭组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的进口截止阀,并将组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机卸压;3按下控制器的“停止设置”按钮。吸干机部分停止工作。、按红色停止按钮将冷干机部分关闭,并切断电源,打开手动排污阀放尽残余冷凝水。设备停机时,应打开冷凝器上的排水口及时将水排净,以免滞留在冷凝器内的冷却水因环境温度过低结冰而损坏冷凝器。组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机操作时应注意的事项:、应尽量避免组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机长时间在无负荷状态下运转;、禁止组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机短时间连续开停,每次开机至少间0分钟,以免损坏制冷压缩机。、当突然停电时,干燥机的两只进气气动阀门会自动打开,两只再生排气阀会自动关闭。重新器开始工作。两塔中的一塔会进入吸附状态,另一塔降压进入再生状态。组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的保养要求对组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的保养是非常必要的,正确的使用和保养不仅可使组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机达到使用要求,而且可延长其寿命。组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机在出厂前都已测试,所有的控制功能也已校验,如果组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机安装在洁净的环境里并在规定的环境温度范围内工作,组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机将会长期地正常运转。常规的维护保养有以下几点:一、设备运行时检查冷媒低压表读数是否在正常范围内。空气系统中,冷媒低压过低将会导致结霜或结冰,使压力损失增大并可能导致压缩机损坏。压力过高将使系统的制冷量减少。二、自动排水器的保养:应每天检查自动排水器排水情况,定期清洗排水器内滤网,以免堵塞而失去排水作用;12首次使用,请用工况压缩空气冲洗管路二十分钟后再装排水器,否则将会堵塞排水器。三、电动排水器的保养:建议您每次检查压缩空气系统时,顺便按几下定时器上的手动测试按钮TEST)检查电子排水器是否能正常得电排水。在使用电子排水器的过程中,应特别注意以下几点:TEST钮在日常工作中用于随时检查排水情况。、电子排水器在使用中,可能会出现电磁阀关闭不严的情况,表现为一直漏气,通常该故障并非排水器本身质量所致,其原因是冷凝水太脏,其中的微小固体颗粒物进入阀芯与芯壳之间的间隙,将阀芯卡住。出现此故障时可用如下方法排除:))如以上方法不能奏效,则需拆开电磁阀,清洗阀芯。四、组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机每次开机、关机请打开吸附塔下排污阀进行排污,须定时每日排污两次以上。五、风冷式的冷凝器,其翅片间距只有3mm极易被空气中的尘埃堵塞,造成散热不良,脏的冷根据需要清洗水冷凝器中的脏物及锈蚀等杂物。六、水过滤器保养:水过滤器主要为了防止冷却水中的固态杂质进入冷凝器而影响换热,所以应定期对滤网进行清洗,以免使水循环量不足,造成冷凝温度过高。七、机组内部的保养:13八、随时注意设备前后左右是否保持通风良好,并要避免阳光直晒和一切热源。九、在满负荷情况下,检查通过组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机气流的压力损失,如果比设计的值高0.035Mpa上所有排水管路,向空气系统中注入添加了清洗剂的水,保6小时后用水泵使清洗剂从空气出口注入,空气出口排出,循环冲洗。最后用温水冲洗干净。如果压损仍然寸在,请与生产厂家联系。风冷式组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的冷凝器翅片清洗方:法清洗排水器时,使用肥皂泡沫清洗即可,严禁使用汽油、甲苯、松香水等侵蚀剂。电子排水器的清洗)关闭过滤器,按测试(TEST)切断电子自动排水器电源;)松开并取下连接线圈、控制器、接线头的长螺钉;14)松开线圈上防水螺帽取下线圈;)用扳手松开铁芯外壳,取下动铁芯及弹簧;)清洗电磁阀体、铁芯外壳、铁芯、弹簧;)清洗好后按相反步骤重新装回即可。组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机冷干机部分的典型故障分析和处理组合式低露点压缩空气干燥机的故障主要来自电路系统和制冷系统两方面,故障的最终结果必然导致压缩机无法启动,制冷量下降或者设备损坏。正确判断各种故障产生的原因以及采取合理的排除方法
