TherelativeL/ChasbeenestablishedwiththeBankofChina,NewYork,inyourfavor.Lesson2SalesConfirmation销售确认书的内容一般包括：商品名称、规格、包装、数量、单价、交货期、装运港和目的港、付款方式、运输标志、商品检验等项条款。这种格式的合同，适用于金额不大，批数较多的小土特产品和轻工产品，或者已订有代理、包销等长期协议的交易。一般来说销售确认书的格式都是由我方（出口公司）事先印制好的，因此有时在SALESCONFIRMATION之前加上出口公司名称或是公司的标志等。销售合同是内容比较全面的书面合同。销售合同内详细列明了双方的权利和义务以及发生纠纷的处理，常用于金额较大的交易或大宗商品交易。Lesson2SalesConfirmation2.卖方(SELLER)

此栏填写卖方的全称、详细地址、电话、传真。注意有时此栏内容已由公司印制好，但如果公司资料已更改，则需要更改为新资料并加盖校对章，或重新印制合同。3.买方(BUYER)

此栏应详细填明各项商品的名称及规格。如果是据来往函电成交后签订的SALESCONFIRMATION，可只写商品名称，而后加SPECIFICATIONSASPERQUOTATIONS。7. 数量(Quantity)

此栏为计价的数量，一般为净重,也可以将有包装的毛重、净重分别填明。8. 单价(UnitPrice)

单价一般由四部分构成，例如US$500FOBSHANGHAIPERM/T，缺一不可。注意此栏应与“品名及规格”栏每一项商品相对应。Lesson2SalesConfirmation9. 金额(Amount)

列明币种及各项商品金额（金额＝单价×数量）。10.装运期限(TIMEOFSHIPMENT)

装运期限可有多种规定方法，可以规定具体时段，例如：4月份或3月底前；另外也可以用L/C或S/C等为参照物规定相应时间，例如：信用证开出后或到达卖方后30天。注意如按后者的规定方式，则需相应规定信用证开出或到达的具体日期，而且注意L/C的有效期与装运期的关系，防止“双到期”的发生，不能安全收汇。Lesson2SalesConfirmation11.保险(INSURANCE)

如使用FOB价格术语成交，则选择TOBEEFFECTEDBYTHEBUYERS.

如为CIF合同，一般规定：

(1)如没特殊要求，由卖方按中国人民保险公司条款按照发票总值110%投保最低险别F.P.A.。另外，根据国际商会规定，一般需按行业惯例替买方把险保足。

(2)如买方欲增加其他险别，须于装船前征得卖方同意，所增加的保险费由买方负担。

也称唛头，如为裸装货或中性包装，则填写“N/M”。一般用卖方的唛头，个别情况由卖方结合买方的要求设计，或由买方自定。 买方在合同装运期前30日内将唛头的详细说明的明确形式通知卖方，否则由卖方自己解决。Lesson2SalesConfirmation13.付款条件(TERMSOFPAYMENT)
