1.加强学习策略的指导，培养学生自主学习能力

学习策略的应用水平是衡量个体学习能力的重要尺度，是制约学习效果的重要因素之一，是会不会学习的标志。正确的学习策略可以促进学生的学习，大面积提高学生的学习质量，特别是能促进或改进因学习策略掌握不好或智力发育迟滞的学生的学习成效，在一定程度上减少他们在学习上的困难，同时能更有效地促进学生的学习。

阅读课前着重强调学生的预习，通过公开课，我们可以看到学生通过预习，上课就能达到很好的效果。因此如何培养学生的自主学习能力在教学中是非常重要的。

2.实行“任务型”的教学途径，培养学生语言运用能力

本文所设计的问题有针对性，让学生说出在哪儿可以看到海底动植物。这一问题培养了学生直接用英语思维的习惯，同时体现了任务型教学中“在学中用，在用中学”的原则。

3.实行“以学生为主体”，培养学生的交际能力

在英语教学中，教师与学生的关系应为：教师为主导，学生为主体，学生在教师的指导下积极主动地去学习。教师在教学中尊重学生，相信学生，把学习的主动权交给学生，放手让学生自己去大胆学习、实践，充分调动学生的积极性，发挥其主观能动性和潜能，才能达到智力、培养能力的目的。学生作为主体参与课堂教学，让学生积极参与教学过程，在参与中
