机Applicability:AllB737-NGairnesinSHZ的重要表面是否附着冰雪,以确定飞机的状态是否适合安全飞行或者需要执行除冰/防冰Note:Thisoutlinemainlyprovidesairnedeicing/anti-icingprocedure.Inadditionto,thisoutlinealsoincludeothersystemmaintenanceprocedureincoldweather.Duringice,snowand/orfrostcondition,beforetheairnetakeoff,theflightcrewshouldinspectwhetherthewing,controlsurface,engineinletductandothercriticalflightsurfaces,areattachedwiththeice,snow,anddeterminewhethertheseconditionsaresafetytoflight,orshoulddothedeicing/anti-icingprocedure.ColdWeatherMaintenanceProcedure(Figure301,Figure302,Figure303,Figure304)Safeairneoperationincoldweatherconditionscancausespecialproblems.Theseproblemsoccurbecauseoftheeffectsoftheice,snow,slush,frost,andlowtemperatures.Maintenancesmustknowtheeffectofcoldweathertokeepthecostsandtimetoaminimum.Thisproceduregivesdataforremovalofice,snow,slushandfrostfromtheairne.Thisproceduregivesdataforthepreventionofsubsequentice,snow,slushandfrost.Italsoincludesotherrelateddatafortheoperationoftheairneincoldweather.Theoperatormustfindandusethecorrectproceduresfortheweatherconditionsthatoccur.Thethatdoestheworkmustmakesuretheproceduresforoperationofequipmentduringice,snowand/orfrostconditionsaresatisfactoryfortheconditionsofoperation.Usethedatathatfollowtomakesuretheproceduresaresatisfactory:ThecoldweatherconditionsthatoccurredTheequipmentormaterialsthatareTheweatherconditionsattheairportwhereyouwill45分钟,则需先机停留的时间超过2小时,则在飞机起飞前,再次给油箱集油槽放油。Incoldweatheritisnecessarytodrainthefuelsumpspriortorefuelingtoremovewaterfromthefueliftheairnehasbeenidleformorethan45minutespriortorefueling.Drainthefuelsumpsagainafterrefuelingiftheairnehasbeenidlefor2hoursormoreafterrefueling,priortodeparture.Incoldweatherwatercanze,andnotletthedrainvalvesopen.Deicingisaproceduretoremovethefrost,iceorsnowfromtheairne.Hotwaterorahotmixtureofwateranddeicing/anti-icingfluidisappliedtodothis.Anti-icingisaproceduretomakesurethatice,snowand/orfrostdoesnotcollectand mended.Useoneoftheitemsthatfollowtofindthetyoffluidtouseinthemixture:TheinstructionsofthefluidTheairMakesurethereisnoice,snow,orfrostonthewingforthetakeoff.Todothis,themaintenancesmustcarefullyexaminetheairnebeforethedeparture.Youmustremovesnowfromaparkedairneregularly.Thiswillmakesurethatalargetyofsnowwillnotcollectandpossiblyzeontheairnesurface.CAUTION:CAREFULLYMOVEROPESORFABRICHOSESONTHEWINGORFUSELAGE.EQUIPMENTTHATISINSTALLEDONTHESURFACEOFTHEWINGORFUSELAGECANBEDAMAGEDBYTHEMOVEMENTOFTHEROPESORFABRIC.Usebroomswithlonghandlestoremovethesnowformthewingsandhorizontalstabilizers.Thiswillmakeiteasier.Youcanuseropesorafabrichosetoremovethesnowfromthefuselage.Movetheropeorhosebackandforthonthetopofthefuselageasyoumoveitaft.Beforeyoumoveanairneoutofawarmhangarduringicingconditions,dotheanti-icingprocedureontheairne.Thiswillmakeitlesspossiblethaticeorsnowwillmeltwhenittouchesthewarmairneandzeagain.机库内使飞机干透。有必要检查能水的区域,以防止的水结冰。如果使用了Ifyouremoveicewithwaterthatisnothotyoumustdoitinawarmhangar,ifitispossible.Keeptheairneinthehangaruntilthesurfacesaredry.Itwillbenecessarytodoacheckofthoseareaswherethewatercancollectandze.Ifanti-icingfluidisapplied,itisnotasnecessaryfortheairnetodry.GeneralWARNING:DEICING/ANTI-ICINGFLUIDISDANGEROUS.DONOTLETITTOUCHTHESKINOREYES,ANDUSECLOTHINGTHATGIVESSUFFICIENTPROTECTION.Donotpointasprayofdeicing/anti-icingfluiddirectlyatorintothepitotinlets,TATprobesorstaticportsshownin(Figure303).DonotpointasprayofhotdeicingfluidorhotwaterdirectlyatcoldDonotpointasprayofdeicing/anti-icingfluiddirectlyintotheengine,APU,scoops,vents,drains,etc.Donotusemorethan10psi(68.9KPa)onanareaof25squareinches(161.3squarecentimeters).Donotpointasolidflowoffluiddirectlyattheairnesurfaces.Makesurethaticeand/orsnowisnotpushedintotheareasaroundtheflightcontrolsduringiceandsnowremoval.Removealloftheiceorsnowfromthedoorandgirtbarareasbeforeyoucloseadoor.Donotopenthecargodoorsifitisnotnecessary.Removetheiceandsnowfromthecargocontainersbeforeyouputthemontheairne.Beforethedoorsareclosedforflightputanti-icingfluidontheseareas:ThepressurereliefThelowerdoorThebottomedgeoftheDonotusehardorsharptoolstoremovetheicefromtheairneTherightandleftsidesofthewingandhorizontalstabilizermustgetthesameandfulliceremoval/anti-icingprocedure.Removeallofthedeicing/anti-icingfluidfromthecockpitwindowsbeforethedeparture.Makesureyoucarefullyexaminethewindowswiththewipersinstalled.Makesurethatfluidisremovedfromalltheforwardareaswhereitcanflowbackonthewindshieldsduringthetaxiandtakeoff.Theseareasmustbecleanbeforethedeparture.Aftertheiceremoval/anti-icingprocedurehasbeendonemanytimes,youmustexaminetheareasandholeswherethereislessornoaerodynamicflow.Lookforremainingdeicing/anti-icingfluidsintheareassuchasbalancebaysandwingandstabilizerrearspars.Whenthereisslushontherunways,examinetheaircraftwhenitgetstotheramp.Lookforslushthatcollectedontheairneordamagetotheairnesurfaces.Examinetheareasthatfollowforicethatcollectedanddamagetotheskinpanels(removetheiceifitisnecessary):TheleadingTheTheflapTheverticalTheThebottomandthetopsurfaceofthehorizontalstabilizersandExaminethewheelwellareasforice,slushandsnowthatcollected.Removetheiceifitisnecessary.ExaminetheskinpanelsbehindthewheelwellsfordamagedMakesurethe thereisnotalayeroficeand/orsnowonthemovablepartsandthepositionindicationswitchesforthelandinggear.Thiscouldpreventthecorrectoperationofthelandinggear.Makesureyoudonotremovelubricantsormakethelubricantsthinnerwhenyouapplydeicing/anti-icingfluids.Partsthatarenotlubricatedcanceaseornotoperatewithoutthecorrectservicing.RemovetheiceandsnowfromtheseThelandinggearThedoorTheuplockTheuplockThedownlockBungeeThebungeeThelockThepositionindicationMakesurethaticedidnotcollectonthesteeringcablesforthenosewheel.Removetheiceifitisnecessary.Examinethealternateextendsystemforicethathascollectedintheseareasthatareopenandnotheated:ExaminecontrolcablesforlandinggearTheexternalmechanismforthelandingCAUTION:DONOTMOVETHEAIRNEIFTHETIRESZETOTHEGROUND.MAKESURETHEWHEELSTURNWHENYOUMOVETHEAIRNE.Removetheiceandsnowfromthegroundareasaroundthelandinggear.Thiswillmakeitlesspossiblethatthetireswillzetotheground.Thiswillalsopreventunwantedairnemovementbecauseofthewindorengineoperation.Usewarmairordeicingfluidtoreleasethetiresfromthegroundortoremovefrozenmaterial.Saltisnot
