oremergency.疏散过程中使用消防通道Usetheafirechannelintheprocessofevacuation：疏散集合点：酒店大堂前的广场Evacuationassemblypoint:Squarefromofhotelmainentrance二、火警的分类：Classificationoffire:1、火警(一级火警)Firealarm(onelevelfire)是酒店初级消防应急程序，当消防监控中心接到任何报警信号即为火警。报警信号包括各种火警自动探测器返回信号以及电话或人工报告有疑为火警的现象。Thatisthehotelprimaryfireemergencyprocedures,whenthefiremonitoringcenterreceiveanyalarmsignalistofire.Alarmsignalincludingallkindsofautomaticfiredetectorstoreturntosignalandtelephoneorartificialreporthavesuspectedthephenomenonofthefirealarm.2、火险（二级火警）Firedanger(twolevelfire)是酒店中级消防应急程序，当紧急反应小组接到报警并赶到现场确认时，发现有烟雾、火光、漏油或漏电等任何容易引发火灾之现象或引发火情的先兆。ThatIsthehotelintermediatefireemergencyprocedures,whentheemergencyteamreceivedfirealarmandhurriedtothescenetoconfirm,foundasmoke,fire,andoilleakageorleakagecurrentanyeasytocausethephenomenonoffireorcauseoffirestatus.3、火灾（三级火警）Firehazards(threelevelfire)是酒店的高级消防应急程序，在处理火险时，火险现场最高指挥员通过判断，向救火指挥部总指挥报告，明确现场已超出酒店义务消防队可控范围。总指挥立即指令火险升级，执行疏散程序，并致电消防队“119”请求支援。Thatisthehotelseniorfireemergencyprocedures,generalCommanderthroughthefiresitetojudgmentreporttothesupremecommandertofirecommand,thereportclearlyhasgonebeyondthehotelobligatoryfirebrigadecontrollablescope.GeneralCommanderorderthattheexecutionupgradefireevacuationproceduresimmediately,andatthesametimecallFirebrigade"119"foraskingreinforcements.三、火警的处理FireProcessing1、(一级火警)Onelevelfirea.消防监控中心接到电话报警，值班员应问清报警人姓名、房号/部门、火警发生区域/地点、火警类型、火势大小等，并做好详细记录。Firemonitoringcenterreceivedaphonecall,attendantshouldaskthename,roomnumber/department,firearea/location,firetype,fireandmakeadetailedrecord.b.消防监控中心值班员接到报警后，用电话通知服务中心，服务中心通知ERT小组确切的火警地点，由ERT小组前去现场查看和报告情况。AfterCCTVreceivethefirealarm,hemustcommunicatetoservicecenterexactlocationoffire,ServicecentermustcallimmediatelyERTmemberandinformfirelocation,ERTmembermustimmediatelygoonfirelocationtocheckandreport.c.总机接到报告/电话报警，应迅速群呼紧急反应小组成员与MOD。紧急反应小组成员应立即停止一切工作，并迅速（3分钟之内）赶往火警地点Servicecenterreceivedareport/alarm,quicklycalltheERTandMOD.ERTmembersshouldimmediatelystopallworkandrapid(in3minutes)rushedtothelocationofthefire.紧急反应小组成员到达现场后，立即对现场进行检查确认。Whileemergencymembersarrivedatthescene,shouldimmediatelytocheckandconfirm.a.如属误报，紧急反应小组组长通知消防中心将系统复位。Ifmisinformation,emergencyteamleadershouldnoticeFiremonitoringcentertoresetthesystem.b.如发现火光及烟雾，迅速利用附近的消防器材进行扑灭。Iffindflameandsmog,weshouldquicklyusethefireequipmentnearesttoputitout.c.若现场火势较大，超出紧急反应小组可控范围，迅速通知消防中心火警升级为火险（二级火警）Ifalargefirescene,beyondthescopeoftheemergencyteam’scontrol,weshouldquicklynoticeFiremonitoringcentertoupgradefirealarmtofiredanger(LEVELⅡ).2、（二级火警）Twolevelfirea.当消防监控中心值班员接到紧急反应小组组长现场火险的确认报告后，立即通知总机。OncetheCCTVondutystaffreceivedthefireemergencyconfirmedreportfromtheemergencygroupleaderinthefirescene,thestaffsshouldinformtheOperatorimmediately.b.总机接到信息后，迅速群呼义务消防队和危机应对小组所有成员。Afterreceivedtheinformation,theOperatorshouldcallallthemembersofvoluntaryfireteamandCRT.c.义务消防队成员接到通知立即（3分钟之内）赶到B1F消防中心，并将“消防战备柜”中义务消防员的服装与装备迅速穿戴及配备好后赶往火险现场。VoluntaryfireteamneedrushtotheCCTV(in3minutes)inB1Fimmediatelywhenreceivedthemessagetowearthefirefightersclothingandgettheequipmenttorushtothefiresite.d.危机应对小组成员接到通知后立即（3分钟之内）赶到消防监控中心，自动成立灭火指挥部。EmergencycommitteemembersneedrushtotheCCTVimmediately(in3minutes)afterreceivedtheinformation,firecommandcenterbefoundautomatically.e.义务消防队赶到现场后，组长迅速组织所有人努力对火情进行控制和扑灭；并及时、准确地向消防监控中报告火场情况。Obligatoryourfirebrigadearrivedonthefiresite,theleadershouldorganizeallthemembersquicklytocontrolandputoutthefire,andreportthefiresituationtoCCTVtimelyandaccurately.f.若现场火势无法控制或扑灭，迅速通知消防中心火险升级为火灾（三级火警)。Ifthefirecan’tbecontrolledorputout,thentheFCCshouldbeinformedpromptlytoupgradethefiretofiredisaster(LEVELⅢ).3、（三级火警）Threelevelfirea.救火总指挥根据现场情况决定并指令消防监控中心打“119”AccordingtothesiteconditionthefirecommandercandecideandasktheCCTVcall“119”.b.救火总指挥指令消防监控中心启动酒店全区警铃与消防疏散广播（反复）。ThefirecommanderordertheCCTVstartwithhotelalarmandfireevacuationspeaker(repeated).4、各部门/区域听到疏散广播自动执行：Eachdepartment/areaautomaticallyexecutefollowingonceheardtheevacuationradio:a.所有运营部门总监/经理负责组织疏散客人并执行疏散程序。Alloperationsdepartmentdirectors/managersresponsibletoorganizeallthegueststoevacuateaccordingtotheprocedure.b.所有后勤部门总监/经理负责组织疏散部门及相关区域的人员。Allthebackofficedirectors/managersresponsibletoorganizealldepartmentstaffandthemembersinrelatedareas.c.人事部总监撤离到疏散集合点待命，并自动履行疏散集合点指挥员职责。DirofHR.evacuatedtoevacuationmeetingpointtostandby,andperformtheevacuationsetpointcommanderresponsibilityautomatically.d.在火灾现场的指挥员、应急队成员、义务消防队成员在确保自身安全的情况下，按照现场指挥员的指挥继开展灭火工作，并做好与地方消防队的配合，在接到总指挥的指令后可撤离现场至疏散集合点。Ensuretheownsafety,thefiresitecommander,emergencyteammembersandvoluntaryfireteammemberscontinuetoconductfirefightingworksaccordingtothecommanderinstructionsandcooperatewellwiththelocalfirebrigade.Afterreceivedtheinstructionsfromcommander，thentoevacuatetothemeetingpoint.e.酒店各部门员工听到疏散广播后，立即执行疏散程序。Allthestafffromeachdepartmentshouldexecutetheevacuationprocedureimmediatelyonceheardtheevacuationalarm.(DetailreferstoFireEmergencyEvacuationProcedure).当消防监控中心接到GM/授权者的疏散指令后，应立即向当地消防队（119）报警求救，同时启动警铃及疏散广播。酒店各部门疏散负责人及员工应自动执行疏散程序，具体操作如下：WhenthefirecontrolcenterreceivedtheevacuationordersfromGM/authorizedperson,shouldimmediatelycallthelocalfiredepartment(119)alarmforhelp,andstartthealarmandevacuationannouncements.Hotelalldepartmentschampionshouldautomaticallytakethespecificevacuationproceduresasfollows:疏散集合点：酒店大堂前的广场Evacuationassemblypoint:Squarefromofhotelmainentrance应急疏散程序中主要负责人的位置：ThelocationofprincipalpersoninchargeinEmergencyevacuationprocedures:相关人员RelevantPersonnel位置Location任务Mission总经理/酒店经理GM/HotelManager消防监控中心（待所有人员疏散完毕后至集合点）CCTV(Evacuateonlyafterallpeoplearrivedattheassemblypoint)下达疏散指令，指挥酒店各部门经理进行有序疏散、积极营救被困人员，负责所被疏散人员的安排及接待来访记者等。Giveevacuationinstructionsandcommandheadsofeachdepartmenttoevacuateorderly,savethetrappedpersonpositively,inchargeofarrangingallevacuationpeopleandreceivingthevisitingjournalistsandsoon.财务总监DirectorofFinance大堂Lobby收取贵重物品室钥匙，负责贵重物品、重要文件的转移和管理。Collectandgainthekeysofvaluablesroom,inchargeofremovingandmanagingvaluables,importantfiles.房务总监/前厅经理DirectorofRoom/FrontOfficeManager大堂Lobby指挥酒店客人、员工疏散Commandtheguestandstafftoevacuate.餐饮总监行政总厨DirectorofF&B/ExecutiveChef餐厅区域RestaurantArea负责酒店餐厅内客人、员工疏散，并在疏散集合点发放瓶装水及包装小食品给员工和客人。Inchargeofevacuatingguestandstaffinthehotelrestaurant,distributebottledwaterandpackingfoodtoguestandstaffinevacuationassemblypoint.人事总监DirectorofHR疏散集合点EvacuationAssemblyPoint集合清点疏散的员工及客人人数。Assemblingandcountingthenumberoftheevacuatedguestandstaff.工程总监DirectorofEngineering消防监控中心CCTV确保所有消防设施正常运作。Makesurethenormalworkingofallfirefightingequipments.市场销售总监DirectorofSales&Marketing酒店正门HotelmainEntrance协助总经理安抚客人，应对媒体访问。AssistGMtocalmguestandarrangethem,dealwiththemedia.保安部经理SecurityManager火警现场FireScene协助总经理组织、指挥救人、救火。AssistGMtoorganizeandcommandsavepeople,putoutfire.各部门员工职责：Responsibilitiesofeachdepartment一、行政办公室ExecutiveOffice疏散负责人：行政经理Champion:AdministrativeManager接到疏散指令后，疏散负责人应立即携带粉笔组织疏散：Championwillimmediatelytakechalktoorganizeevacuation1.整理并锁好所有重要文件；Organizeandlockalltheimportantdocuments2.执行电脑关闭程序；Turnoffcomputer3.执行一般办公室关闭程序；closeoffice4.关闭所有电源；Turnoffalltheelectricity5.疏散负责人确认办公室无人后，反锁室门并做上已清场标记“√”；Championmakesurenobodyleftinoffice,lockthedoorandmarka“√”onthedoor.6.在撤离途中，员工注意引导消防通道内的客人Hotelassociatesshouldguideguestsduringevacuation.7.疏散负责人撤离时带上当时员工出勤表，到达疏散集合点后根据名单统计本部门疏散出的人员并汇总至人力资源部ChampionbringtheattendancereporttothemeetingareawheretheheadcountscanbetakenandhandinittoHRDepartment8.疏散负责人撤离至疏散集合点后向指挥员报告。Championneedstoreporttocommanderwhilearriveatappointedassemblypoint.二、客房部Housekeeping楼层Floor疏散负责人：行政管家Champion:ExecutiveHousekeeper接到疏散指令后，各楼层服务员应自动成为疏散负责人，立即携带粉笔组织疏散：Championwillimmediatelytakechalktoorganizeevacuation1.提示客人：Instructguests:a.酒店内发生火警，必须马上撤离；Thereisafirehappeninginhotel,weneedtoevacuateimmediatelyb.只需携带护照及钱包，不要收拾行李；Onlyneedtobringpassportandwallet,noneedtopackluggagec.给客人指引最近的安全出口，不要使用电梯；Showgueststheclosestexitanddonotuseliftd.劝告走廊客人迅速撤离，并不得再进入房间。persuadegueststoevacuateimmediatelyandnotallowtogetinroomanymore2.参照“房态表”检查房间：Referroomoccupiedlisttocheckonguestroomsa.先检查住客房间，劝离所有人员离开房间，关闭电源反锁房门并做上已清场标记“√”；prioritycheckoninhouseguestroomsandpersuadegueststoleave,turnoffelectricity,lockthedoorandmarkitwith“√b.检查确认未住客房间无人后，反锁房门关闭电源并做上已清场标记“√”。Thencheckonnonoccupiedroom,turnoffelectricity,lockthedoorandmarka“√”3.撤离时注意引导并帮助消防楼梯内的客人，迅速向疏散集合点撤离;Pleaseguideguestsinstaircasetogetouttoappointedgatheringplace4.各楼层疏散负责人必须保证各自楼层无人后撤离；Floorchampionmustmakesurethereisnobodyleftonfloorbeforeself-evacuation.5.各楼层疏散负责人撤离至疏散集合点后向指挥员报告。Floorchampionneedstoreporttocommanderwhilearriveatappointedgatheringplace.办公室HSKPOffice疏散负责人：行政副管家/值班文员/PA经理Champion:Asst.ExecutiveHousekeeper/Ondutyclerk/PAManager接到疏散指令后，疏散负责人应立即携带粉笔组织疏散：Championwillimmediatelytakechalktoorganizeevacuation1.整理并拿走客人遗失物品登记薄；Organizeandtakeawaylostandfoundrecord2.执行电脑并闭程序；Turnoffcomputer3.执行一般办公室关闭程序；Closeoffice4.关闭所有电源；Turnoffelectricity5.保证办公室所有人员撤离；Makesureallpeopleareevacuated6.反锁办公室门，并做上已清场标记“√”；Lockthedoorandmarka“√”7.疏散负责人撤离时带上当时员工出勤表，到达疏散集合点后根据名单统计本部门疏散出的人员并汇总至人力资源部ChampionbringtheattendancereporttothemeetingareawheretheheadcountscanbetakenandhandinittoHRDepartment8.疏散负责人撤离至疏散集合点后向指挥员报告。Championneedstoreporttocommanderwhilearriveatappointedgatheringplace洗衣房Laundry疏散负责人：洗衣房经理Champion:Laundrymanager1、关闭洗衣房总电源开关。Shutoffthepowerofthelaundry.2、关闭洗衣房所有的门和窗。Closeallofthedoorsandwindowsoflaundry.3、到达指定地点后，清点员工人数。Checktheamountofemployeesaftergatheringintothedirectedplace.4、将洗衣房帐单上交给总会计。Givethebillstothechiefaccount.5、疏散负责人撤离时带上当时员工出勤表，到达疏散集合点后根据名单统计本部门疏散出的人员并汇总至人力资源部ChampionbringtheattendancereporttothemeetingareawheretheheadcountscanbetakenandhandinittoHRDepartment6、向消防指挥组汇报人员疏散情况。Reportstaffevacuationsituationtofirecommandgroup公共区域PA疏散负责人：PA主管Champion:PAsupervisor1、接到准确的火警报警后，关闭公共区域卫生间和工作间的门和窗。Afterreceivingcorrectfirealarm,dothefollowingactions:switchoffthenecessarypowerinpublicarea,turnoffwater,lockthedoorsandwindowsoftoiletandpublicareastoreroom.2、对所有公共卫生间和客用区域进行从新检查,确保没有客人。Recheckpublicwashroomsandareassothattomakesurenoguestsleft.3、按照消防指示，带领公共区域客人、员工从最近消防通道疏散，并带上工区员工名单，排班表，及其它重要单据。Accordingtofireindications,guidepublicareaguests,employeese
