成为GRE写作达人8大因素
1.必需讨论新GRE写作范文,尤其是5分和6分的范文,他们真的特别重要,由于那是最权威的辅导资料!不是简洁的熟读和背诵,而是逐字逐句的体会的意思及修辞。还有提示一点,ETS对范文的评论也都特别精彩,建议大家参考!这会特别有利于理解考试所考的重点。

Inthethirdplace,strictadherencetothespeakersadvicewouldsurelyleadtoill-conceivedideas,concepts,andtheories.Why?Anideaorconceptconjuredupwithoutthebenefitofdataamountstolittlemorethantheconjurershopesanddesires.Accordingly,conjurerswilltendtoseekoutfactsthatsupporttheirprejudicesandopinions,andoverlookoravoidfactsthatrefutethem.Onetellingexampleinvolvestheoriesaboutthecenteroftheuniverse.Understandably,weego-drivenhumanswouldpreferthattheuniverserevolvearoundus.Earlytheoriespresumedsoforthisreason,andfactsthatrancontrarytothisego-driventheorywereignored,whileobserversofthesefactswerescornedandevenvilified.Inshort,studentswhostrictlyfollowthespeakersprescriptionareunlikelytocontributesignificantlytotheadvancementofknowledge.
Tosumup,inavacuumfactsaremeaningless,andonlybyfillingthatvacuumwithideasandconceptscanstudentslearn,bygainingusefulperspectivesandinsightsaboutfacts.Yet,sincefactsaretheverystufffromwhichideas,concepts,andtrendsspring,withoutsomefactsstudentscannotlearnmuchofanything.Inthefinalanalysis,then,studentsshouldlearnfactsrightalongwithconcepts,ideas,andtrends.
