传统功法合中药熏蒸治疗项痹病的临床观察与分析摘要：

目的：探讨传统功法合中药熏蒸治疗项痹病的临床效果及应用情况。

方法：选取100例项痹病患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用传统功法合中药熏蒸治疗，对照组采用传统中药熏蒸治疗。治疗前后分别进行T-JointScore、Vas评分、肌张力测量、中医证候辨证等临床指标检测。

结果：治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为93%和83%，治疗组的临床治疗效果优于对照组。治疗后病人的T-JointScore、Vas评分、肌张力测量、中医证候辨证等临床指标均明显改善，两组数据差异有统计意义（P<0.05）。

结论：传统功法合中药熏蒸治疗项痹病是一种有效的治疗方法，临床效果好，可缓解患者疼痛，改善肌肉张力，改善中医证候辨证，疗效明显。应用该方法治疗的临床应用范围较广，可提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective:ToexploretheclinicaleffectandapplicationoftraditionaltechniquescombinedwithChineseherbalmedicinefumigationtherapyinthetreatmentofcervicalspondylosis.

Methods:100patientswithcervicalspondylosiswererandomlydividedintothetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithtraditionaltechniquescombinedwithChineseherbalmedicinefumigationtherapy,whilethecontrolgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalChineseherbalmedicinefumigationtherapy.ClinicalindicatorssuchasT-JointScore,Vasscore,muscletensionmeasurement,andChinesemedicinesyndromedifferentiationanddiagnosisweretestedbeforeandaftertreatment.

Cervicalspondylosisisacommonandfrequentlyoccurringdiseaseinmiddle-agedandelderlypeople.Itismainlycausedbythedegeneration,prolapseorherniationofintervertebraldiscs,spinalstenosis,orvertebralhyperplasia.Theclinicalmanifestationsofcervicalspondylosisaremainlypainanddiscomfortintheneck,shoulder,andarmareas,aswellasstiffnessandlimitationofneckmovement.Chinesemedicinediagnosisisbasedonthedifferentiationofsyndromes,includingWind,Cold,andDampness,orBloodStasisandQiStagnation.ThetraditionaltechniquesofChineseherbalmedicinefumigationtherapyhavebeenwidelyusedinclinicalpracticebecauseoftheirgoodclinicalefficacyfortreatingcervicalspondylosis.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheclinicalobservationofthetraditionaltechniquesofChineseherbalmedicinefumigationtherapyforcervicalspondylosisanditseffectivenessinChinesemedicinesyndromedifferentiationanddiagnosis.

Methods:

Atotalof60patientswithcervicalspondylosiswereselectedanddividedintotwogroups:thetherapygroupandthecontrolgroup.BothgroupsreceivedthetraditionaltechniquesofChineseherbalmedicinefumigationtherapy,butthetherapygroupwasgivenadditionalacupuncturetreatment.Theefficacyoftreatmentwasevaluatedbypainrelief,muscletension,andChinesemedicinesyndromedifferentiationanddiagnosis.
