percentincreaseinenergyefficiencyby2020.EvenGeorgeW.Bush,theTexasoilman,isexpectedtotalkabout
energyconversationinhisStateoftheUnionspeechthisweek.
Thegoodnewsisthattheworldisfullofproven,cheapwaystosaveenergy.Herearetheseventhatcould
havethebiggestimpact:
Insulate
Spaceheatingandcoolingeatsup36percentofalltheworld'senergy.There'svirtuallynolimittohow
muchofthatcanbesaved,asprototype"zero-energyhomes“inSwitzerlandandGennanyhaveshown.There5s
