(7)＿＿＿签发的产地证一式＿＿份；CertificateofOriginin___copiesissuedby＿＿＿＿；(8)装运通知(Shippingadvice):应在交运_____时内以特快专递方式邮寄买方述第＿＿项单副一式一套。TheSellershall,within____hoursaftershipmenteffected,sendbycouriereachcopyoftheabove-mentioneddocumentsNo.＿＿.15.装运条款TermsofShipment：(1)FOB货方式卖方应在合规定装运日期前30天以＿＿＿＿方式通买方合同号、品名、数量金额包装件、毛重尺及装运港可装日期以便买方安排租/舱。装运船只按期到达装运后，如卖方不按时装船，发生的空船费或滞费由方负担。在货越船弦并脱离吊钩以一切费用和风险由卖方担。TheSellershall,30daysbeforetheshipmentdatespecifiedintheContract,advisetheBuyerbyoftheContractNo.,commodity,quantity,amount,packages,grossweight,measurement,andthedateofshipmentinthatthecancharteravessel/bookshippingspace.IntheeventoftheSeller'sfailuretoeffectloadingwhenthevesselarrivesdulyattheloadingport,allexpensesincludingdeadfreightand/ordemurragechargesthusincurredshallbefortheSeller'saccount.(2)CIF或CFR交货方式卖方须按时装运限内将货物由运装船至目的港。在CFR语下，卖方应在装前2以＿＿＿＿方式通买方合同号、品名发票价值及开船日期，便买安排保险。TheSellershallshipthegoodsdulywithintheshippingdurationfromtheportofloadingtotheportofdestination.UnderCFRterms,theSellershalladvisetheBuyerby_________oftheContractNo.,commodity,invoicevalueandthedateofdispatchtwodaysbeforetheshipmentfortheBuyertoarrangeinsuranceintime.16.装运通知ShippingAdvice：

一俟装载完，卖应在＿＿小时以＿＿＿方式通知买编号、品名、已发数量发票总金额、重船名//机号及启日期等。TheSellershall,immediatelyuponthecompletionoftheloadingofthegoods,advisetheBuyeroftheContractNo.,namesofcommodity,loadingquantity,invoicevalues,grossweight,nameofvesselandshipmentdateby_________within________hours.17.质量保证QualityGuarantee：货物品质规必须合本合同及质保书之规定，品质保期为货到目的港＿＿个内。保证期限内，制厂商在设计制造过中的缺陷造成的货物损应由方负责赔偿。TheSellershallguaranteethatthecommoditymustbeinconformitywiththequatity,specificationsandquantityspecifiedinthisContractandLetterofQualityGuarantee.Theguaranteeperiodshallbe______monthsafterthearrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,andduringtheperiodtheSellershallberesponsibleforthedamageduetothedefectsindesigningandmanufacturingofthemanufacturer.18.检验Inspection）以下两项选一项）：1卖方须装运前＿＿日委托＿＿＿＿＿检验机构对合同之货物进行检验并出检验书，货到目的后由买方委托＿＿＿＿＿＿＿检验机构进行验。TheSellershallhavethegoodsinspectedby______daysbeforetheshipmentandtheCertificateissuedby____.TheBuyermayhavethegoodsreinspectedby________afterthegoods诰rrivalatthedestination.(2)发货前，制造应对货物的质量、规格、性和数量/量作精密全面的检验，出具检验证明书，并说明检验的技术数据和结论。货到的港后，买方将申请国商检验(下简称商检)对货物的规格和数/量进行检验，发现物残损或规格数与合同规定不符，保险公司或轮船公司的任外买方得在货物达的港后＿＿日内凭检局出具的检验证书向方索或拒收该货。保期内，如货物由于计或制造上的缺陷而发损坏品质和性能与同定不符时，买方将托中国商检局进行检验。Themanufacturersshall,beforedelivery,makeapreciseandcomprehensiveinspectionofthegoodswithregardtoitsquality,

specifications,performanceandquantity/weight,andissueinspectioncertificatescertifyingthetechnicaldataandconclusionoftheinspection.Afterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,theBuyershallapplytoChinaCommodityInspectionBureau(hereinafterreferredtoasCCIB)forafurtherinspectionastospecificationsandquantity/weightofgoods.Ifdamagesofthegoodsarefound,orthespecificationsand/orquantityarenotinwiththestipulationsinthisContract,exceptwhentheresponsibilitieslieswithInsuranceCompanyorShippingCompany,theBuyershall,within_____daysafterarrivaloftheattheportofdestination,claimagainsttheSeller,orrejectthegoodsaccordingtoinspectioncertificateissuedbyCCIB.Inofdamageofthegoodsincurredduetothedesignormanufacturedefectsand/orincasethequalityandperformancearenotinconformitywiththeContract,theBuyershall,duringtheguaranteeperiod,requestCCIBtomakeasurvey.19.索赔Claim：买方凭其委的检机构出具的检证书向卖方提出索赔（括换货），由此引起的部费应由卖方负担若方收到上述索赔后______天未予答复，则认卖方接受买方索赔ThebuyershallmakeaclaimagainsttheSeller(includingreplacementofthegoods)bythefurtherinspectioncertificateandalltheexpensesincurredtherefromshallbebornebytheSeller.TheclaimsmentionedaboveshallberegardedasbeingacceptediftheSellerfailtoreplywithin______daysaftertheSellerreceivedtheBuyer'sclaim.20.迟交货与罚款LatedeliveryandPenalty:除合同第21不可抗力原因外，如卖方不能按合同规定的间交货，买方意在卖方支付款的条件下延期。罚款可由议付银在议付货款时扣除，罚款率按每＿＿天收＿＿%不足＿天时以＿计算。但罚款不得超过迟货物价的。卖方延期货超过合定＿＿天时，买方有权撤合同，此时，卖方仍应不迟延地上述规定方支付罚款。买方有权对此遭的其它损失向方出索赔。ShouldtheSellerfailtomakedeliveryontimeasstipulatedintheContract,withtheexceptionofForceMajeurecausesspecifiedinClause21ofthisContract,theBuyershallagreetopostponethedeliveryontheconditionthattheSelleragreetopayapenaltywhich

shallbedeductedbythepayingbankfromthepaymentundernegotiation.Therateofpenaltyischargedat______%forevery______days,odddayslessthan_____daysshouldbeas______days.Butthepenalty,however,shallnotexceed_______%ofthetotalvalueofthegoodsinvolvedinthedelayeddelivery.IncasetheSellerfailtomakedelivery______dayslaterthanthetimeofshipmentstipulatedintheContract,theBuyershallhavetherighttocanceltheContractandtheSeller,inspiteofthecancellation,shallneverthelesspaytheaforesaidpenaltytotheBuyerwithoutdelay.ThebuyershallhavetherighttolodgeaclaimagainsttheSellerforthelossessustainedifany.21.不可抗力ForceMajeure：凡在制造或船运过程中，因不抗致使卖方不能或推交货时，卖方不负责任在发上述情况时，方立即通知买方，并＿＿天内，给买方特快递一由当地民间商签的事故证明书。在情况下，卖方仍有责任取一必要措施加快货如事故延＿天上，买方有权撤销合同。TheSellershallnotberesponsibleforthedelayofshipmentornon-deliveryofthegoodsduetoForceMajeure,whichmightoccurduringtheprocessofmanufacturingorinthecourseofloadingortransit.TheSellershalladvisetheBuyerimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedaboveandwithin_____daysthereaftertheSellershallsendanoticebycouriertotheBuyerfortheiracceptanceofacertificateoftheaccidentissuedbythelocalchamberofcommerceunderwhosejurisdictiontheaccidentoccursasevidencethereof.UndersuchcircumstancestheSeller,however,arestillundertheobligationtotakeallnecessarymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.Incasetheaccidentlastsformorethan_____daystheBuyershallhavetherighttocanceltheContract.22.争议的解决(Arbitration):凡因本合同起的与本合同有关任争议应协商解决。协商不成，应提交中国际经贸易仲裁委员深分会，按照申请仲时该会现行有效的仲裁则进仲裁。仲裁裁是局的，对双方均有束力。AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththeContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiation.Incasenosettlementisreached,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtoChinaInternational
