MOOCA

development

MOOCs

emphasized

open-access

open

licensing

of

content,

structure

and

learninggoals,

to

promote

the

reuse

and

remixing

of

resources.Some

later

MOOCs

use

closed

licenses

for

their

coursematerials

while

maintaining

free

access

for

the

meaning

the

Online
