的《做一个幸福的老师》报告之后,我作为一个长期做班主任的老师,却是心中有过不同程度的幸福,比方,学生犯错误后,老师教育他改了,我觉得是幸福的,我看见有学生主动捡垃圾,我觉得很幸福,我生病了,学生来问候我,我觉得是幸福的,学生做错了事,能主动告诉我,我觉得是幸福的,我在课堂中读错了音节,学生能给我纠正,等等,这些事例足以说明我已经是一个幸福的老师了。我分别深化细致地学习了《平安知识的有关内容》、《师德师风教育学习资料汇编》、《老师礼仪》、《下谷坪民族学校章程等内容。我对老师的职业道德有了更深化的认识,我认识到作为一名新时期的人民老师应该具备高尚的职业道德,这是新时代的要求,作为新时期一名老师肩上承当着更加繁重的教书育人的任务。承当着培育新型的社会事业建立者的重任,承当着进步整个中华民族素质的使命,老师的职业道德的上下,直接关系到国家的兴隆兴隆。作为一名语文老师,通过师德师风的学习,在教学中更应该做到以下几点:一、要具有高尚人格、塑造美妙心灵的本领老师应重视自身的道德形象,追求人格完美,重视老师职业的特质修养和个性魅力,有更高的人文目的。老师的一言一行,都无时无刻不在影响着学生,教育着学生。当我们的老师用自己的行动给学生作出表率时,也同时给学生指明了行动的方向。假如老师说得天花乱坠,而成为行动的矮子,那所说的也无异于对牛弹琴。老师要严格要求自己,自觉遵守学校的规章制度和有关规定,以身作那么,洁身自好,以德服人,以身立教,为学生树立起楷模的形象。老师要具有高度的工作责任感。一名称职的老师要以对历史、对社会、对家长、对学生高度负责的精神,努力做好教书育人过程中每个环节的工作。教育的神圣还在于在我们塑造学生灵魂的同时,也在塑造自我的灵魂,并不断提升自己的人生境界。这恐怕是其他任何职业所无法比较的。确实,在一个个鲜活的孩子面前,只有不断地进步、完善自己,才可以让自己在“老师”这个称号面前毫无愧色。“典范”意识,典范的行动,会让我们坦然面对每一个学生,更会提升老师的自我形象。二、要具有春风化雨、言传身教的技艺。我国近代教育家夏沔尊说:“教育之没有情感,没有爱,如同池塘没有水一样,没有水就不能称其为池塘,没有爱,就没有教育。”老师“春风化雨,润物无声”的爱,能成为一种强大的力量,它不仅可以进步教育质量,也会促进学生的成人和成才,影响学生的身心开展、人格形成、职业选择和人生道路的拓展。因此,这是对老师情感素质的要求。教育不仅是认知过程,更是情感交流过程。经历说明,情感可促使学生自觉承受老师的教导,养成良好的认知习惯,行为习惯。师生情感交流是互相作用,互相影响的过程,老师心里有了学生,学生就愿意和老师在一起,且有亲近感;老师尊重,理解,关心学生,学生就将更尊重老师,师生诚坦相待,心心相印。其中热爱学生是老师必备的道德情感。陶行知提倡“爱满天下,”鲁迅强调“教育植根于爱”,别林斯基那么认为“爱是教育的工具,也是鉴别教育的尺度。”老师对学生的爱首先表现为对全体学生的尊重、信任、理解、把爱洒向全体学生。爱中意的“王子、公主”无可厚非,但爱看不惯的“丑小鸭”更难能可贵。须知老师一句苛刻的话语,一个“凶狠”的眼神,一顿粗暴的斥责,都可能使学生畏惧不安,紧张无趣,厌恶这门学科,讨厌这个老师,甚至还会毁掉一个将来什么“家”。其次,要严爱结合,恩威并重,严格管理,严格要求,严而有格,严而有效。对待学生的错误与缺点,要尽力帮助,对待学生成长进步热情肯定,用炽热的心肠,满腔的热忱去温暖学生的心灵。让学生感到老师胜父母,同学似兄弟。三是在日常生活上对学生友善、温暖和关心。课后与学生交友,让他们掏心里话,扑捉热点。难点话题,日常以礼相待。遇到不顺心的事要能控制感情,不迁怒于学生,让学生增强克制困难的信心和勇气,产生前进动力,明确前进方向。三、要具有刻苦钻研、严谨笃学的理念。要成为当今合格的老师,就必须树立终生学习的理念,不断更新充实自己的学识。博学多才对一位老师来说非常重要,苏霍姆林斯基曾提出:“要给学生一杯水,老师需要有一桶水。”然而,知识绝不是处于静止的状态,它在不断地丰富和开展,每时每刻都在日新月异地发生着量和质的变化,特别是在被称作“知识爆炸时代”、“数字时代”、“互联网时代”的今天。老师更应该是一条清澈的,不断流动的小溪,吸引着学生到你身边来汲水。一名优秀的老师,除了必须纯熟掌握专业学科知识和教材教法之外,还要“如饥似渴地学习新知识、新技能、新技术,拓宽知识视野,更新知识构造,不断进步教学质量和教书育人本领。要养成求真务实和严谨自律的治学态度,遵守学术道德,发扬优良学风”。身体力行,以自己的荣耀,自己的魅力来感召我们每一位学生。四、要具有淡泊名利、坚守教育的信念社会的开展和人性本身的弱点使人的物欲不断膨胀,不断膨胀的物欲必然带来心理的不平衡,必然带来精神的空虚,物质和精神的落差迫使我不得不承受痛苦的折磨,而且是长期的,挥之不去的。当我看到仍然有数不尽的老师们无怨无悔,像春蚕、像蜡烛,用自己的青春和生命来保卫这个职业的圣洁时,我如梦初醒。他们用自己的行动,用自己生命的痕迹鼓励着我们这些后来人,这些同行们,让我们由不情愿到情愿,由情愿到全身心地热爱这个工作。因为,生命的意义远不止于功利。“人吃饭是为了活着,但活着绝不是为了吃饭”。生活中许多微小中藏有博大,短暂中孕育永久。坦言之,我们正在做的事从来不是,或不再是自己真正倾心的工作,我们必须为了钱而非为了工作的意义而工作。于是甘愿成为毫无追求的人,沦为匠气十足的人,日复一日,年复一年,____,麻木倦怠;于是我们放弃了读书,放弃了照顾内心,悄然丧失了自身认同和自身完好的意识,使自己的灵魂家园无以皈依,痛苦不堪。xx年5月12日中午14时28分,汶川发生震撼全球的大地震,有这样一群老师,他们用自己的沉着、智慧,甚至生命,护卫着一个个花朵般的生命,奏响了感天动地的生命颂歌。灾难面前,生命原来如此脆弱;面对灾难,生命却又如此绚烂。每一种表情都令人动容,每一个瞬间都感天泣地。谭千秋,张米亚,向倩……这些平凡而伟大的老师,在平常的日子里,他们和你我一样平常;当灾难降临时,他们挺身而出!当太阳在废墟上升起时,他们却含笑离去!他们用微薄的'力量表达着生命的尊严与伟大!他们用薄弱的身体挺起中华____!他们用生命诠释老师的天职!面对这些用鲜血和生命锻铸师魂的英雄们,我们每一个老师都应该反思一下自己:我们是否真正热爱自己的岗位?我们能不能做到忠于职守而尽职尽责?我们能不能像她那样把爱心撒向人间?既然选择了作为一名老师,我们所做的一切就无关于名利。是的,我们的工资很微薄,我们责任是那么重,我们容颜一天天失去光泽,我们的白发日日增多,既然选择了,那我们就坚守吧,就为这最后一片净土。总而言之,教书是一种责任,经其手,就负起责嘛。所以在每次质量检测中,我所带科目都名列前茅,及格率百分之百,均分都在80分以上,赢得学生的快乐和家长的满意,这时我也感到非常幸福。通过这次集训和平常的认真学习,并对照自己在工作中的师德师风的各方面表现,发现自己还存在不少问题。一、存在问题1、满足于现状,缺乏上进心,概括地说:就是在工作中不够主动、创新,而是领导交代干什么就干什么,不深化考虑。在承受领导交代工作任务时应怎么样去创新完成,也可以说是按传统的工作经历,按部就班去做,只力求可以完成工作任务,不出比漏就行了,就这样的满足于现状。2、对学生不够尊重在检查工作中,经常检查到一些纪律散漫的学生,上课铃响了不进教室,还在教室外面滞留,迟迟不进教室,有时见到一些纪律不强的学生,从课堂中出去大小便,完事后不是及时回课堂,而是借机在外溜达,有时发现自习课堂中的一些学生不遵守课堂纪律,大声喧哗,甚至满堂走动捣乱了秩序。总是上前大声训斥,使师生关系很为难,这实在是一种不尊重学生人格的表现。3、对后进生缺乏关爱关心保护后进生,转化后进生,使后进生进步是一个老师的职责。在检查工作中,我认识到,不按时进入课堂上课的学生,课堂中借机出门溜达的学生,自习课中随意走动捣乱的学生,大都是平时学习成绩较差,自由散漫习惯的后进生,而对这些后进生,缺乏关爱精神,缺乏耐心教育,缺乏宽容态度,甚至认为那是不可教者。4.对学生要求过严,有恨铁不成钢的现象。致使在学习的过程中,有的吃不饱,有的吃不下。5、在自身学习中缺乏持之以恒的精神,有时有点懒笔。二、存在问题的主要原因对上述存在的问题,经过本人的深化反思,问题虽然在外表上,但是根却是在思想认识上。二是对老师职业的认识不深,缺乏与时俱进的思想意识,特别是思想上认为我们这样年纪的中年老师,又加上知识程度有限,在工作上再谈发奋精神再学创新精神岂不招人笑话,故而在工作中认为只要每天正常上下班,尽力把自己的工作做好就行了,也就是满足于现状。事实证明,在工作中没有黄中宝刀不老的精神是不行的,必须活到老学到老干到老,才能表达一个老师的闪光价值。2、对老师与学生的关系认识缺乏关爱每一个学生是一个老师的职责,应尽职尽责教育学生进步,但是遇到一些纪律自由散漫的学生,他们言行过激有损校风校纪时,特别是受到冲撞时情绪就冲动起来,随之就大声训斥、指责。其根一是对师生关系认识不是;二是总认为自己是老师,高高在上,不以平等的地位对待学生,因此往往影响工作效果。3、师德师风欠佳作为老师,特别是肩负检查任务的老师,应该把良好的师德师风均匀地洒给每一个学生。然而,我对后进生关爱不够,特别经常淘气的学生,教育几次后,不改的,更是很铁不成钢,我最喜欢罚他们背书、写字,其实这都是不对的。最根本的原因是我对老师的职业道德理解不深,认识不透。没把老师特有爱的阳光,爱的春风洒到每一个学生身上,没有尽到一名老师的职责。错误地认为,后进生是“孺子不可教”者,所以每每训斥实在是一种错误的认识错误的教育方式,经深化的反思,归根到底是对师德师风认识不深,是个人的老师职业道德欠佳的表现。通过几天的集训和认真的考虑,我认为老师只有不断反思,才能进步自己。反思一:差距需要正视。反思二:事业需要热爱。反思三:孩子需要欣赏。反思四:学生需要公平。反思五:育人需要艺术。反思六:习惯需要养成。反思七:职业需要付出。反思八:思想需要淡定。反思九:现实需要感恩。反思十:老师需要积累因此,在今后的工作中我们一定要以“致富思、富而思进”为动力,加强学习,振奋精神,努力完本钱职工作。一是加强学习,实在进步思想和工作程度,首先是加强理论学习,其次要广泛学习经济、政治、法律、科技、历史、文化等方面的知识;二是从严治教,加强自身建立,进展教学上的改革,努力教育好我们的学生祖国的花朵;三是振奋精神,以百倍的干劲投身于社会教育事业。1、更新教育观念,彻底改变以往那种惩罚学生是为学生好的错误思想,改变对学生居高临下的态度,主动、积极地建立一种民主、平等、和谐的师生关系,尊重学生人格,热爱学生,尤其要热爱差生和后进生。2、树立几个意识:〔1〕结实树立“育人先做人,正人先正己”的意识,要求别人做到,自己坚决要做到。〔2〕结实树立“学校无小事,事事都育人;老师无小节,处处作表率”的意识,以教书育人为本职,作学生、老师的表率。〔3〕结实树立“宁守贫寒,不损师德”的意识,发扬老师高风亮节、“红烛”精神,廉洁从教,维护自身“爱岗敬业、淡泊名利、无私奉献、执着追求、探究创新”的美妙形象。〔4〕结实树立“以德治校、以德治教、以德服人”意识。〔5〕结实树立效劳意识,忧患意识,竞争意识,增强使命感、紧迫感和危机感。〔6〕结实树立“主人翁”意识,以校为家,以教为业,校兴我荣,校衰我耻。3、积极调整心态,正确对待当前人事制度、工资制度改革,明确自身的“责、权、义”,正确处理奉献与索取、集体与个人、名利和道义之间的关系。暑期师德培训心得体会篇七在暑气逼人的夏天,能坐在空调会议室里聆听教育局领导为我们老师请来的教育专家的讲座,好似享受精神大餐。学校布置的作业很及时,及时的反思,才最有效果。教育到底是什么,一千个人有一千种解释。赵希斌博士说:教育不仅仅是培养孩子上北大和清华,而应该是让学困生也能在社会上快乐的生活;老师不应该只关注学生的分数,而是要把知识与
