风俗习惯

custom名词,意为“风俗;习俗;习惯”。表示某种习俗时可加不定冠词,指各种风俗习惯时也可用复数形式。

Differentcountrieshavedifferentcustoms.不同的国家有不同的风俗。custom与habit辨析custom指一个民族或一个社会在长期发展的过程中沿袭下来的礼节、风俗和习惯habit指某人反复做某件事情或某种动作,久而久之形成的习惯或习性I’vegotthehabitofgettingupearly.我有早起的习惯。Custommakesallthingseasy.有个好习惯,事事皆不难。

风俗习惯2.You’resupposedtoshakehands.你应该握手。(1)shakehands意为“握手”,表达“与某人握手”

用shakehandswithsb.。

e.g.

(2)shake动词,意为“摇动;抖动”,其过去式和过去分词分别为shook和shaken。

bow动词,意为“鞠躬;弯腰”,常与to/before连用,意为“向……鞠躬”。

e.g.Hebowshisthanks.他鞠躬致谢。

Theboybowed

Iwilltellhimthenewsassoonashecomesback.他一回来我就把这个消息告诉他。6.Thispartyissuchagreatidea!这次聚会真是个不错的主意!“such+a/an+adj.+可数名词单数”意为“如此……的一个……”,可与“so+adj.+a/an+可数名词单数”相互转换。
