专题02连词判断（下篇）三主不完从完主句不完整而从句完整，此时仍然是名词性从句，需通过翻译选连词若主句和从句衔接顺畅不缺少意思，则使用that若从句表示是否，则使用if/whether，注意：介词后只能用whether/主语从句只能用whether/不定时候只能用whether/whetherornot连用若从句表示在某地点/在某时/为什么/怎样，如何，多么，则相应用连词where/when/why/how例一：Investigatorsurgedsafetyproceduresontheconstructionsiteshouldbeimproved.先判断词性：本句中共有2个谓语，分别是urged和shouldbeimproved.所以划分整个句子结构如下：Investigatorsurged（safetyproceduresontheconstructionsiteshouldbeimproved.）再判断主句和从句成分：主句urge及物动词缺少宾语，从句成分完整，safetyprocedures是主语，ontheconstructionsite是介宾作状语，shouldbeimproved是谓语，被动语态没有宾语（除了双宾语），所以符合主不完从完，是名从。最后判断整句意思完整，不需要额外意思，所以用连词that。（2021年北京卷）Thepoorwomanwasn'tabletogivehimanyinformationabout
