专题02连词判断(下篇)三主不完从完主句不完整而从句完整,此时仍然是名词性从句,需通过翻译选连词若主句和从句衔接顺畅不缺少意思,则使用that若从句表示是否,则使用if/whether,注意:介词后只能用whether/主语从句只能用whether/不定时候只能用whether/whetherornot连用若从句表示在某地点/在某时/为什么/怎样,如何,多么,则相应用连词where/when/why/how例一:Investigatorsurgedsafetyproceduresontheconstructionsiteshouldbeimproved.先判断词性:本句中共有2个谓语,分别是urged和shouldbeimproved.所以划分整个句子结构如下:Investigatorsurged(safetyproceduresontheconstructionsiteshouldbeimproved.)再判断主句和从句成分:主句urge及物动词缺少宾语,从句成分完整,safetyprocedures是主语,ontheconstructionsite是介宾作状语,shouldbeimproved是谓语,被动语态没有宾语(除了双宾语),所以符合主不完从完,是名从。最后判断整句意思完整,不需要额外意思,所以用连词that。(2021年北京卷)Thepoorwomanwasn'tabletogivehimanyinformationabout
