三年后,莎士比亚只身离开家乡来到伦敦,在剧场门口给人看马匹,在剧场担任临时演员。大约1592年,莎士比亚开始戏剧创作,名声大噪。1599年公司建立了“环球剧院”,他还曾为伦敦环球剧场的股东之一。
