policy9intheAsia-PacificregionandterritorialdisputesintheSouthChinaSea.Thishasthrownintosharpreliefthedivergencesamongitsmembers.Inrecentyears,thePhilippinesandVietnamhaveadoptedovertly
pro-Americanmeasures10,sotestingthesolidarityofASEANparticipants.Thefutureofthisassociationwheregreatpowers
