AfterreceiptofPartialPOP,WithinTwo(2)bankingdaysBuyer'sBankissuesanOperativeIrrevocable,Transferable,DocumentaryLetterofCredit(TDLC)asguaranteetoSeller'sBank.买方收到部分POP后两天内开立发出生效的不可撤销、可转让的银行跟单信用证，9.6UponreceiptoftheTDLC,Seller'sBankreleaseFullPOPand2%(PB)PerformanceBondtoBuyerBankwithin5workingdaysafterconfirmedtheDocumentaryLetterofCredit。收到买方银行跟单信用证确认后5日内发出整套的POP和2%履约保证信用证到买方银行。9.7Sellerissueoperative2%(TwoPercent)PerformanceBondtoBuyerwithin5workingdaysafterconfirmedtheDocumentaryLetterofCredit。卖方在收到买方的银行跟单信用证及確認保兑后5個银行工作日内发出百分之2履约保函。9.6 Sellerwillnominatevessels,loadandadviceETAtoBuyer.卖方指定的船、装运量和单据予买家。9.7 OneoriginalandonecopyofthecertificateofquantityandqualityissuedbyCIQatthedischargeport.IntheeventthatBuyerisunabletoprovidethesaidCIQinspectionreportwithin7days,SGSreportfromportofloadingwillbeusedinsteadforthepayment. 买家如不能在7天内提交中国商验报告到银行，卖家将会以装货港的SGS报告作为信用证付款文件。9.10Shipmentwillstartaccordingtoconditionsofthecontractandaccordingtoagreedschedule.装运将会开始于合同生效和双方同意的时间表。9.11Eachpartyheretowillbearitsrespectivebankingcosts/charges.双方各自承担自己银行的费用。CLAUSE10-SHIPPINGDOCUMENTS 价钱为：CIF中国青岛港到岸价格，每吨530美元TheBuyerisfullyresponsibletopaycommissionforBuyer’ssideandtheSellerisfullyresponsibletopaycommissionforSeller’sSide(Closed)买家负责买方佣金；卖方负责卖方佣金。CLAUSE13-PERFORMANCEGUARANTEE保函PerformanceBondwillbeprovidedbytheSellertotheBuyerintheamountof2%(TwoPercent)offacevalueoffinancialinstrumentopened.保函由卖方打到买方，为信用证价值总额的百分之二。13.2
