（2）grow

up意为“成长，长大”。grow作动词时，是“生长，成长，种植”的意思，其过去式是grew。

you

grow

up在句子中作时间状语从句。when引导时间状语从句时，主句用将来时，从句要用一般现在时。但如果主句是过去时，从句也要用过去时。例如：

（1）not

everyone意为“并不是每个人”，表示部分否定。所谓部分否定就是指not和表示整体或全部意义的词连用时，意为“并不是都……”，常用的这类词有every，everyone，everything，all，both，everywhere，always等。例如：

（1）make
