4Requirements
4.1Material
ThemainmaterialoftheplasticductshallbePVCorPEresin,inwhichnecessaryadditives
forimprovementofproductperformanceareadded.
4.2Color
Thecolorofductisusuallynaturalcolorofthematerial,oragreeduponbythecustomers
andthemanufacturers.Thecolorshallbeuniform.
4.3Appearance
Theinnerandoutersurfacesoftheductshallbesmoothandflat,withnobubble,crack,pit,
bulge,colorchanginglineorobviousimpurity.Thecrosssectionofductendshallbeflat,
withnocrackorrag,andbeverticaltothelongitudinalaxisoftheduct.
4.4Dimensionsandlength
ThetypicaldimensionsofplumblossomductareinTable1.Otherdimensionshouldbeagreed
uponbythecustomersandthemanufacturers.Casinglengthmayalsobeagreeduponbythe
customersandthemanufacturers.

Theproductsshallbeinspectedbyqualitydepartmentofthemanufacturerandbeattachedwith
qualificationlabelsbeforethedelivery.
6.2Classificationofinspection
Thequalityinspectionoftheproductisclassifiedintodeliveryinspectionandtype
inspection.TheinspectionitemsandcorrespondingclassificationsareinTable4(forPVC-U
duct)andTable5(forPEduct).

Onegroupisdefinedasproductswithsameamount,andaremanufacturedbysamebatchofraw
materials,samerecipeandsameprocesses.Theamountofeverygroupdoesnotexceed6×104
kg.Iftheproductionislowandcannotreach6×104kgin6days,thentheproductsmanufactured
in7dayscanbevaluedasonegroup.

Amongthequalifiedsamplingproducts,enoughsamplesarepickedrandomly,andotherdelivery
inspectionitemsinTable4orTable5shallbecarriedoutdependingontheproduct
classification.
6.3.4Criterionofdeliveryinspection
Theproductisunqualifiedifanyitemofthe100%inspectionitemsisfailed.Agroupis
unqualifiedifanydimensionitemsisfailedaccordingtotherequirementsinTable6.Ifthere
isonemechanicalitemfailed,doubleamountofsamplesshallberandomlypickedfromthesame
groupandthesametestshallbecarriedout.Ifthesamplesstillfailthere-tests,thegroup
isjustifiedasunqualified.Thegroupofunqualifiedproductsshallbedelivered.

6.4.2Samplingfortypeinspection
Thetypeinspectionsamplesshallbepickedrandomlyfromtheproductsthatarequalifiedin
thedeliveryinspection.
6.4.3Requirementsoftypicalinspection
Normallythetypeinspectioniscarriedoutonceayear.Theinspectionshallbecarriedout
whenoneofthefollowingcasesoccurs:
a)Newproductororiginalproducttochangetheproductionsiteofthefinalizationoftrial
production;
b)Thestructure,materialorproducingprocesschangealot,mayinfluenceperformanceof
theproduct;
c)Themanufactureresumeproducingafter6monthsorlongerinterval;
d)Theresultsofdeliveryinspectionhaveobviousdifferencesfromtheresultsofthelast
timetypeinspection.
6.4.4Criterionoftypeinspection
Ifanyoftheinspectionitemsisunqualified,doubleamountofsamplesshallbepickedfrom
thesamegroupandthesametestshallbecarriedout.Ifthesamplesstillfailthere-tests,
thetypeinspectionisjustifiedasunqualified.Ifthisoccurs,theacceptance,manufacturin
