7.其他与本合同有关的文件和资料二、违约行为及认定：1.甲方未按约定时间交付房屋或房屋不符合约定质量标准的，视为甲方违约。

2.乙方未按约定时间支付购房款或支付的购房款不符合约定标准的，视为乙方违约。

3.任何一方未履行本合同项下的其他义务，经催告后在合理期限内仍未履行的，视为违约。

4.违约行为的认定应依据法律规定和本合同的约定。三、法律名词及解释：1.简单安置房：指政府为解决特定群体住房问题，按照相关政策建设的住房。

2.购房款：指乙方支付给甲方的购买房屋的款项。
