LeaseAgreement

ThisLeaseAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetweenthefollowingparties:

1.Premises

TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thepremiseslocatedat[rentalpropertyaddress](the"Premises").

2.Term

Thetermofthislease(the"Term")shallcommenceon[startdate]andshallexpireon[enddate].

3.Rent

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[amountinfigures][currency].Therentshallbepayableinadvanceonorbeforethe[duedate]ofeachmonth.

4.SecurityDeposit

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordasecuritydepositof[amountinfigures][currency](the"SecurityDeposit")uponsigningthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordassecurityfortheTenant'sperformanceofallobligationsunderthisAgreement.

5.UseofPremises

ThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyasaprivateresidencebytheTenantandtheTenant'simmediatefamilymembers.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanycommercialorbusinesspurposeswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

TheTenantshallkeepthePremisesclean,safe,andingoodcondition.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforallminorrepairsandmaintenance,includingbutnotlimitedtoreplacinglightbulbs,uncloggingdrains,etc.

7.Utilities

TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilities,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,andinternet,duringtheTermofthisAgreement.

8.Insurance

TheTenantshallobtainandmaintainrenters'insuranceduringtheTermofthisAgreement.Theinsuranceshallcover,ataminimum,theTenant'spersonalpropertyandliabilityfordamagestothePremises.

9.Subletting

TheTenantshallnotsubletthewholeoranypartofthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

10.Termination

ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[numberofdays/months]writtennoticetotheotherparty.

11.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[state/country].

12.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.
