1.安全操作注意事项

为确保安全操作,避免造成人员伤害或财产损失,本说明书使用“警告”和

“注意”来提示应遵循的条款。在阅读本说明书主要内容之前,请首先弄清这些

提示的含义。

1.安全操作注意事项

一般情况

警告

禁止在高粉尘,无良好排风设备或靠近易燃物品环境下使用仪器,以免发

生意外。

禁止自行拆卸和重装仪器,以免引起意外事故。

严禁直接用望远镜观察太阳,以免造成眼睛失明。

禁止用望远镜观察经棱镜或其他反光物体反射的阳光,以免损伤视力。

观测太阳时务必使用阳光滤色镜(选购件)。

注意

禁止坐在仪器箱上,以免滑倒造成人员受伤。

禁止将仪器置于锁扣、背带或提柄已受损的仪器箱内,以免箱体或仪器跌

落造成损伤。

禁止挥动或抛甩垂球,以免伤人。

确保固紧提柄固定螺丝,以免提拿仪器时仪器跌落而造成人员受伤或仪器

受损。

确保固紧三角基座制动控制杆,以免提拿仪器时基座跌落而造成人员受

伤。

1.安全操作注意事项

电源系统

警告

禁止使用与指定电压不相符的电源,以免造成火灾或触电事故。

禁止使用受损的电线,插头或松脱的插座,以免发生触电或火灾事故。

使用指定的电源线,以免造成火灾事故。

充电时,严禁在充电器上覆盖如布等物品,以免产生火花而引发火灾。

使用指定的充电器为电池充电。其他充电器的使用会由于电压或电极不符

产生火花而引发火灾。

严禁给电池加热或将电池扔入火中,以免爆炸伤人。

为防止电池在存放时发生短路,可用绝缘胶带贴于电池电极处。

严禁使用潮湿的电池或充电器,以免短路引发火灾。

注意

不要用湿手插拔电源插头,以免造成触电事故。

不要接触电池渗漏出来的液体,以免有害化学物质造成皮肤烧伤或糜烂。

三脚架

警告

将仪器架设在三脚架上时,务必固紧三角基座制动控制杆和中心螺旋,以

免仪器跌落伤人。

架设仪器时,三脚架的脚螺旋务必固紧,以免三脚架倒下伤人。

禁止将三角架的脚尖对准他人,以免碰伤。

架设三角架时,应注意防止手,脚被三角架脚尖刺伤。

拿起三脚架前务必固紧脚螺旋,以免三脚架脚伸出伤及他人。

无线遥控键盘

警告

不要试图拆装。否则有可能将引起短路或燃烧。

不要用潮湿的电池或充电器,不要用湿手插拔电源。否则有可能将引起短

路或燃烧。

严格按照说明拆装电池、充电。

2.注意事项

三角基座

·三角基座的锁紧螺丝在出厂时是紧锁着的,三角基座锁紧螺丝

首次使用仪器前请松开该螺丝。在仪器进行

长途运输前需将该螺丝紧上。

防尘防水

当合上电池护盖、套好数据输出插口和外接电源插口护套后,仪器具备IP66级

防尘防水性能。

·为确保仪器的防尘防水性,务必正确地合上电池护盖套好数据输出插口和外接电

源插口护套。

·确保电池护盖和插口内部干燥、无尘、否则会损坏仪器。

·关闭仪器箱前,应确保仪器和箱内干燥,以防仪器由于锈蚀而损坏。

其他

·当仪器从温暖的地方移至寒冷的地方操作时,由于内部空气与外界存在温差,

可能导致键盘操作粘连,此时请先打开电池盖,置放若干时间。

·严禁将仪器直接置于地面上,避免沙土损坏中心螺旋或螺孔。

·观测太阳时必须使用阳光滤色镜,否则会造成仪器内部件损坏。

·防止仪器受到强烈的冲击或振动。

·观测者离开仪器时,应将尼龙套罩在仪器上。

2.注意事项

·迁站时必须将仪器从三脚架上取下。

·取下电池前务必先关闭电源开关。

·仪器装箱前应取下电池,并参照安置图示将仪器装入仪器箱内。

维护与保养

·仪器装箱前应仔细清擦,尤其是镜头部分,先用镜头刷刷去尘埃,再用镜头纸

清擦干净。

·不要使用有机溶液擦拭显示窗,键盘或仪器箱。

·三脚架有时会发生脚螺丝松动现象,应注意经常进行检查。

·请在干燥恒温的室内保存仪器。

·若仪器旋转部分,螺旋或光学部件发生故障,请与索佳技术服务部联系。

·若仪器长期不使用,至少每三个月检查一次。

·不要用强力从仪器箱中取出仪器,取出仪器后应将仪器箱关好,以防止潮湿。

·定期对仪器进行检验和校正,以确保仪器的测量精度。

3.激光安全信息(SET230RSET530RSET630R)

此类仪器为激光2级产品(CLASSⅡ/CLASS2)。导向光(选购)为激光1级

产品(CLASSI/CLASS1)。

警告

·为了您的安全,请严格遵照仪器上、宣传资料上、说明书上的有关警告标识。

否则可能导致危害。

·不要用激光束对准人眼,否则会导致危害。

·不要盯看激光束,否则会导致危害。

·如果由于上述原因,导致了您的不适,请立刻与相关医疗部门取得联系并得到

·诊治。

注意

·请按照仪器的设计意图来正确使用仪器,不要将激光对准人(尤其是头部高度)。

·请注意激光束是否经镜面或其他类似片面反射至人或仪器。否则可能导致人

或仪器的伤害。

·在设置仪器时,应避免可能的激光束射向路人、司机等情况。

·不使用仪器时关闭仪器电源。

·操作时要随时了解仪器的激光发射状态。

·当使用激光照准功能时,当测距完成时,确认关闭激光功能。

3.激光安全信息(SET230R3、SET530R3)

此类仪器为3级激光产品(CLASSⅢ/CLASS3)。导向光(选购)为激光1级产品

(CLASSⅠ/CLASS1)。

·注尽管EDM装置为3R/ⅢR级激光产品,其输出功率仅在选用无协作目标测量模式

时才达到该等级,而选用棱镜或反射片测量模式时输出功率为1级/Ⅰ级。

警告

·任何不按说明书所规定方法对仪器进行的操作、使用或调校都可能会造成辐射性

损伤。

·为确保产品使用安全,务必遵循仪器主机上标签所述安全注意事项使用仪器。

·严禁将激光直接对准他人,否则会对皮肤或眼睛造成严重伤害。

·禁止用裸眼直接目视激光源,以免对眼睛造成永久性伤害。

·不要长久凝视激光束,以免对眼睛造成永久性伤害。

·如果不小心眼睛受到激光伤害,应立即接受正规眼科医生的治疗。

·严禁通过望远镜或其他光学仪器观察激光束,否则会对眼睛造成永久性伤害。

注意

·仪器的测前检查或定期检校须在激光正常发射情况下进行。

·仪器不使用时应关闭电源。

·对仪器进行处置时,为防止发射激光造成伤害须拆除其电源连接线。

·为避免造成意外伤害,架设仪器时应避开车司机和行人视线的高度。

·严禁将激光束对准镜子、窗户玻璃或高反射率的平面,以免反射回来的激光束对

人体造成严重伤害。

·操作时要随时了解仪器的激光发射状态。

·当使用激光照准功能时,当测距完成时,确认关闭激光功能。

·激光测量区域应树立明显的警示标志。

5.基本操作

5.1键基本操作

在阅读有关测量章节前先熟悉本节介绍的键基本操作内容。

操作面板键位见“4.1仪器部件名称”。

使用SF无线遥控键盘会使操作更为简便。

z开机和关机

开机:按{ON}。

关机:按住{ON}后按{}。

z显示窗照明

打开或关闭:按{}

z软键操作

显示窗底行显示出各软键的功能。

{F1}~{F4}:选取软键对应功能。

{FUNC}:改变测量模式菜单页。

z字母数字输入

{F1}~{F4}:输入软键对应的字母或数字。

{FUNC}:转至下一页字母或数字显示。

{FUNC}(按住片刻):返回上一页字母或数字显示。

{BS}:删除光标左边的一个字符。

{ESC}:取消输入的数据内容。

{SFT}:字母大小写转换。

{}:选取或接收输入的数据内容。

实例:输入125°30′00″的角度值(操作时输入125.3000)。

1.在测量模式第2页菜单下按[设角];

2.按{}选取“设角”;

3.按[1]键入“1”,光标移至下一位;

4.按[2]键入“2”

5.按{FUNC}至[5]所在页显示;

6.按[5]键入“5”
