操作Operation警告:Warning请将电源线插头完全插入电源插座,否则可能会导致火灾或触电事故。Pleaseinserttheplugcompletelyintothesocket,orelseafireorelectricshockmayoccur.请将电源线远离热源,否则会导致电源线表层融化,从而导致火灾或触电事故。Pleasekeeppowercableawayfromheatsource,orelsethecablecoverwillmeltandafireorelectricshockmayoccur.拔出电源线时,务必手握电源插头,否则电源线受损可能会引起漏电,并导致火灾或触电事故。Doholdtheattachingplugwhenyouunplugit,orelsethepowercablemaybeinjuredandresultinelectricleakage.Afireorelectricshockmayoccur.切勿执行以下操作,否则可能导致火灾或触电事故:Pleasedonotcarryonthefollowingoperations,orelseafireorelectricshockmayoccur.拆卸或改装本机。Disassembleorremodeltheinstrument.损坏或改装电源线;Damageorremodelpowercable.使用不在本手册指定的电压之列的电源;Usepowersupplywiththevoltagerangeunspecifiedinthishandbook.在电源线上放置重物;Placeheavyobjectsonpowercable用力拉拽或过度弯曲电源线;Dragforciblyoroverbendthepowercable,用湿手插、拔电源插头;Insertorpulloutplugwithwethands.将电源线捆扎或打结;Bundleuporknotpowercable.使用随机提供的电源线以外的其它电源线。Useotherpowercableotherthantheoneprovidedwiththeinstrument.注意:Note:仪器应配有交流净化稳压电源,以保证电压稳定。Toassureasteadypowersupply,thisinstrumentmustbeconfiguredwithACpurifiedregulatedpower.请不要在电源插头周围堆放物品,以便紧急情况下能快速拔出插头。Pleasedonotpileupobjectsaroundtheattachingplug.Itiseasytopullitoutincasethereisanemergency.如发现本机有冒烟、发热、异味或异常噪音等,请立即关闭电源开关、拔出电源插头,切勿继续使用本机。Ifsmoke,overheat,offflavororabnormalnoiseisdetected,pleaseturnoffmainsswitch,disconnecttheattachingplugandstopusingtheinstrumentimmediately.1．3 三、仪器安装Installingtheinstrument本章节介绍关于安装位置和仪器连接的注意事项,建议使用本机前阅读本章节内容。Thischaptergivesanoverviewoftheprecautionsconcernedwiththeinstallationplacesandtheinstrumentconnection.Youaresuggestedtoreadthischapterbeforeapplyingtheinstrument.3．1 安装注意事项Installationprecautions3．1．1 安装环境要求:Theambientrequirement专机专房——必须安装在独立的房间内;SetasideaspecialroomfortheinstrumentItmustbeinstalledinanindependentroom.房间要进行特别的防X射线装修处理(如采用防辐射墙料和门窗);TheroommustbedecoratedwithX-rayshieldingmaterial.(e.g.materialonwall,doororwindowshouldberesistanttoradiation)房间内要配备冷暖空调、电脑、打印机等设备;Theroommustbeequippedwithair-conditioner,computerandprinter.房间内不宜有水源、热源、强电磁干扰、易燃物和大量积尘,以及阳光直射。Thereshouldn’tbewatersource,heatsource,strongelectromagneticinterference,inflammablematerialorbulkdustintheroom.Theroomshouldnotbeexposedtodirectsunlighteither.3．1．2 避免将本机安装在以下环境:Avoidinstallingtheinstrumenttothefollowingenvironments.湿度极高和温度极低的环境Anenvironmentwithrigidhighorlowtemperature.应避免将本机安装在水龙头、热水器、加湿器等附近,以及温度过低的环境中。如果温度过低,当仪器温度升高(至常温)时,仪器内会形成潮气,这样会毁坏电路板;雨水、湿气、和液体含有矿物质,会腐蚀精密部件。Avoidinstallingtheinstrumentnearatap,water-heater,humidifieroranyplaceinlowtemperature.Iftheambienttemperatureistoolow,thenwhentheinstrumentgetwarm(risingtonormaltemperature),humidifiedvaporwillbeformedinside,whichwilldamagethecircuitboard.Theraindrop,humidifiedvapororliquidusuallycontainmineralsthaterodetheprecisionpartsoftheinstrument.高温环境Hightemperatureenvironment高温会缩短电子器件的寿命、毁坏电池。Hightemperaturewillshortenthelifespanoftheelectrondevicesanddamagethebattery.大量积尘的环境Bulkdustenvironment灰尘会污染仪器的光路系统,导致仪器检测不准甚至无法检测。Dustmaypollutethelightpathsystemoftheinstrumentandleadtoinaccuratemeasurementresultsorinabilityofmeasuring.易挥发或易燃物的附近。Nearvolatileorflammablematerial切勿将本机安装在酒精、油漆稀释剂或其它易燃物附近,如果易燃物质与本机内部的电气部件接触,可能会导致火灾或触电事故。Pleasedonotinstalltheinstrumentnearethanol,paintthinnerorotherflammablematerials.Whentheflammablematerialscontactwiththeelectronicpartsinsidetheinstrument,afireorelectricshockmayoccur.易受震动的位置Placevulnerabletovibration应避免将本机安装在不平稳的桌子或支架上,如柔软表面、不平稳或易受剧烈震动的位置,否则可能导致本机跌落或翻倒,造成人身伤害和财产损失。Avoidinstallingtheinstrumentonunstabledesksorbrackets.Norsoftsurfacesorotherplacesunevenorvulnerabletovibration.Otherwise,theinstrumentmayfallorturnover,whichmaycauseharmtopeopleordamagetoproperty.强电磁干扰的环境中。Strongelectromagneticinterference避免将本机安装在电视机、高压电缆、大功率天线、电焊设备、收音机或类似电子设备的附近。AvoidinstallingtheinstrumentnearTVset,high-voltagecable,high-powerantenna,electricweldingdevices,radioorelectronicequipmentslikethis.狭窄的空间或靠墙角处Narrowspaceoragainstacorner.应为本提供充分的安装空间,仪器每一侧距墙、门或其它器物的距离应保持在30cm以上,以便本机操作时不受限制。Ampleroomshouldbesetasideforthisinstrument.Thedistancefromthesidesoftheinstrumenttowall,doororotherobjectsintheroomshouldbeover30cm.This3．2 仪器连接(Connectingtheinstrument)(略)(Omitted)

四、仪器操作Operatingtheinstrument4．1 操作注意事项Operationprecautions切勿尝试拆卸或改装本机,非专业人员对仪器的处理会损坏仪器。Donottrytodisassembleorremoldthisinstrument.Anyactionstakenbylaypeoplemaydamagetheinstrument.不要溅入液体或让任何异物掉入本机内。如果异物与本机内的电气部件接触,可能会引起短路而且导致火灾或触电事故。Don’tsplashliquidonorletotherobjectsfallintotheinstrument.Whenalienobjectscontactwiththeelectronicpartsinsidetheinstrument,itmaycauseshortcircuitandleadtoafireorelectricshock.如果本机冒烟或发出异常噪音,应立即关闭主电源开关,从电源插座拔出电源线,然后致电当地的授权Skyray经销商。在这种情况下继续使用本机,可能会导致火灾或触电事故。同时应避免在电源插头附近放置物品,以便随时能够拔出本机的电源插头。Iftheinstrumentgivesoffsmokeormakesunusualnoises,turnoffthemainssupplyassoonaspossibleandpullouttheplugfromthesocket.CallthelocalauthorizedSkyrayagent.Underthiscircumstance,togoonusingtheinstrumentwillleadtoafireorelectricshock.Meanwhile,avoidpilingupthingsaroundthepowersupply.Ensuretheplugcanbepulledoutatanytime.为安全起见,长时间不使用本机时(例如在夜间)请关闭本机的电源开关。另外,作为附加的安全措施,长期不使用本机时(例如连续的假期期间),请用防尘罩盖好,放在干燥、通风的安全之处,关闭主电源开关而且拔出电源线。Forsecurityreason,theinstrumentshouldbedisconnectedwithpowersupplywhenitisnotusedforperiodoftime(e.g.atnight).Furthermore,theinstrumentshouldbecoveredwithdust-proofcoverandseatedinadry,ventilatedplaceasadditionalsafetymeasures.4．2 仪器操作Operatingtheinstrument4．2．1 如何打开仪器电源:Howtoturnthemachineon:首先检查电源、计算机、仪器之间是否已连线,并确定之间的连线正确无误后开启电源。开启电源的正确操作为:Checkifmainssupply,computerandinstrumentarecorrectlyconnectedandturnthepoweronifeverythingisOK.Carryouttheproceduresinthefollowingsequence:打开总电源开关Turnonthemainsswitch.打开X荧光分析仪器主机电源开关TurnonthepoweroftheXRFspectrometer打开打印机电源开关Turnonthepoweroftheprinter打开计算机主机电源开关Turnonthepowerofthecomputer4．2．2 如何把样品放入仪器检测:Howtoputthesampleintotheinstrumentfordetection?抓住仪器盖把手往上推开——打开样品腔。Graspthehandleofthecoverandpushupwardsopenthesamplechamber.然后把待检测的样品放进样品腔中的测量窗口。Placethesampleonthedetectingwindowinthesamplechamber.抓住仪器盖把手往下压——关闭样品腔。Graspthecoverandpressdownwardsclosethesamplechamber.重复以上步骤把检测完的样品取出Repeattheabovestepstotakethesampleoutafterdetection.

六、故障分析与处理Failurediagnosisandtreatment6．1 常见硬件故障及排除Commonhardwarefailuresandtheirsolutions.6．1．1 测量过程中高压指示灯不亮Highvoltageindicatorlightisoffduringdetection.在正常情况下,测试过程中的高压指示灯一直会”亮”起,若此时高压指示灯不亮,则可能是以下原因或故障:Normally,thehighvoltageindicatorwillbeONduringthedetection.Ifthelightisoff,thepossiblereasonsareasfollows:1．未开启仪器电源Thepoweroftheinstrumentdoesnotturnedon.仪器上的电源开关未开启时,仪器也就不能进入工作状态,高压指示灯也不可能亮起。这种情况较易判断。Whenthepoweroftheinstrumentisnotstarted,itcannotentertheworkingstatus.Andthehighvoltageindicatorlightishenceoff.解决方法:打开仪器的电源开关即可。Solution:turningthepoweron.2．高压坏了Thehighvoltagegoeswrong.当不正当操作将电压调节的太高,以至于其无法负荷的时候,高压就很容易被损坏。此时,如果确实排除了其它因素导致高压指示灯不亮时,就要考虑到有可能是高压坏。(当高压坏了,有时会伴有”吱吱”声。)Therearesomeimproperoperationsontheinstrument.Forexample,ifthevoltageissettoohighanditbrimsoveritscapacity,thehighvoltageisapttogetdestroyed.Afterweexcludeotherfactorsforcausingthisproblem,weshouldthinkoverthisreasonthatthehighvoltagemaybedestroyed.(Whenthehighvoltagegoeswrong,acreakingsoundmaybeheardatthesametime.)解决方法:及时与就近的Skyray办事处或授权服务中心联系,更换高压。Solution:ContactthenearestSkyrayofficeoritsauthorizedservicecenterandchangethehighvoltage.6．1．2 其它硬件故障Otherhardwarefailures.当仪器在使用过程中出现了故障,同时又排除了各种可能性后依然无法正常工作时,则有很有可能是其它硬件出现了故障。此时,我们建议用户不要随意拆开仪器进行内部检查,否则可能会损坏仪器内部元件,甚至对用户的安全造成威胁。如果用户一定要自行进行内部检查时,请务必切断所有电源。Whentheinstrumentgoeswrongatwork,andcannotregainnormalityafterdifferentremedies,itisprobablethatsomehardwarefail.Atthattime,theusersarestronglyrecommendednottotakeaparttheinstrumentforinsidechecking.Itwilldamagetheinnerpartsandposeathreattotheusers’security.Iftheusersinsistoncheckingtheinternalstructure,theymustcutoffallpowersupplies.解决方法:及时与就近的Skyray办事处或授权服务中心联系。Solution:ContactthenearestSkyrayofficeoritsauthorizedservicecentre.6．2 打印机故障及排除Printerproblemsandtheirsolutions 要打印出检测报告,必须给电脑配置合适的打印机。若打印机无法连接或正常工作,可能会出现以下情况:Toprintthedetectionreport,theremustbeaprinterthatconnectstothecomputer.Iftheprintercannotbeconnectedtoorworknormally,thepossiblereasonsare:1．连接完仪器后,找不到接口来连接打印机。Noportisleftfortheprinteraftertheconnectionoftheinstrument.当您所安装的仪器为并口型时,将仪器与电脑主机连接后,电脑主机只两个并口型设备接口,一个已用于连接显示器,另一个已用于连接该仪器。因此,如果打印机也是并口型的,自然就无法连接。Thereareonlytwoparallelportsonthecomputer,oneforthemonitorandtheotherforthespectrometer.Iftheprinteralsousesparallelport,itcannotbeconnectedtothecomputerthen.解决方法:将打印机换成USB接口的打印机即可。Solution:ChangetheprinterintoonewithUSBinterface.2．正确连接打印机后,打印机依然无法正常工作。Theprinterdoesnotworkevenafterproperconnection.可能原因:Possiblereasons:打印机未开启Theprinterisnotstarted电脑主机上的USB接口出了故障TheUSBportonthecomputerfails.连接的数据线出了故障Thedatacablegoeswrong.没有安装打印机驱动程序Noprinterdriverisinstalled.解决方法:首先,检查打印机的电源开关是否已打开;若已打开,则应该检查打印机的驱动是否已安装,如果未安装驱动则迅速安装驱动即可;若以上两种情况都不存在,则应该检查连接打印机的数据线是否损坏,如果是就更换一根数据线即可;若数据线也正常,则有可能是主机的USB接口出现问题了,应该及时与就近的Skyray办事处或授权服务中心联系,考虑维修或更换仪器的USB接口。Solution:First,makesurethepoweroftheprinterisswitchedon.Thencheckwhethertheprinterdriverhasbeeninstalled.Ifnot,installthedriver.Incasethesetwocausesareexcluded,checkthedatacabletoseewhetherithasbeendamaged.Ifitisdamaged,changeit.Ifthedatacableworkswell,itispossiblethatUSBinterfaceonthecomputergoeswrong.ContactthenearestSkyrayofficeoritsauthorizedservicecenter.RepairorchangetheUSBinterface.
