BasicmethodoftestCONTENTSPAGETypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotection0102BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionTypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotection01TypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotectionAccordingtotheDL/T995-2016InspectionCodeforRelayProtectionandPowerGridSafetyAutomationDeviceInspectionofconventionalsubstationrelayprotectionandpowergridsafetyautomaticdevicesincludesTheroutinemaintenanceandinspectiontypesaredividedintothreecategories:a)Acceptanceandinspectionofthenewlyinstalledprotectiondevicesb)Regularinspectionofprotectiondevicesinoperation(referredtoasregularinspection);c)Supplementaryinspectionoftheprotectiondeviceinoperation(simplysupplementaryinspection)TypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotectionAccordingtotheDL/T995-2016InspectionCodeforRelayProtectionandPowerGridSafetyAutomationDeviceAcceptanceinspectionofnewlyinstalledprotectiondevicesAcceptanceinspectionofnewlyinstalledprotectiondevicesshallbeconductedasfollows:a)Whenthenewlyinstalledprimaryequipmentisputintooperation;b)Whenputtinginnewlyinstalledprotectivedevicesonexistingprimaryequipment..AccordingtotheDL/T995-2016InspectionCodeforRelayProtectionandPowerGridSafetyAutomationDevicePeriodicinspectionoftheprotectiondevicesinoperationRegularinspectionisdividedintothreetypes:a)Allinspectionsb)Partialinspectionc)Conductthecircuitbreakertripandclosingtestwiththeprotectiondevice.TypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotectionAccordingtoDLT995-2016InspectionSpecificationforRelayProtectionandGridSafetyTheSupplementarytestsweredividedintofivecategoriesa)Inspectionaftermakinglargechangestotheprotectiondeviceinoperation(includingtheprotectiondevicesoftwareversionupgrade)ortheadditionofnewcircuitsb)Inspectionafteroverhaulorreplacementofequipmentoncec)Testaftertheabnormalityisfoundduringtheoperationd)Post-accidentinspection:e)Theprotectiondevicethathasbeenputintooperationhasbeenpoweredoffforoneyearormore,andtheinspectionwhenitisputintooperationagainTypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotectionAccordingtotheDL/T995-2016InspectionCodeforRelayProtectionandPowerGridSafetyAutomationDeviceContentandcycleofperiodicinspectionRegularinspectionshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththecyclespecifiedinthisstandard,theprojectandthecontentsofthestandardizedoperationinstructionsapprovedbythecompetentauthoritiesatalllevels.Theformulationofregularinspectioncycleplanshalltakeintoaccountthevoltagelevelandworkingconditionsoftheequipmentunderitsjurisdiction,andshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothecycleandprojectsrequiredbythestandard.Generallyspeaking,intheeventofapoweroutageandmaintenanceoftheequipment,regularinspectionsshouldbecoordinatedasmuchaspossible.TypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotectionAccordingtotheDL/T995-2016InspectionCodeforRelayProtectionandPowerGridSafetyAutomationDeviceAllinspectionandpartialinspectioncycletableofprotectiondevicesof220kVvoltagelevelandabovenumberdevicetypeAllinspectioncycle(year)Definingrangedescription1Microcomputer-typeprotectiondevice6ItincludesAC,DCandoperationcircuitoutsidetheintroducedterminal,relatedauxiliaryrelay,auxiliarycontactofoperationmechanism,automaticswitchofDCcontrolcircuit,etcnumberdevicetypePartialinspectioncycle(year)Definingrangedescription1Microcomputer-typeprotectiondevice2~4ItincludesAC,DCandoperationcircuitoutsidetheintroducedterminal,relatedauxiliaryrelay,auxiliarycontactofoperationmechanism,automaticswitchofDCcontrolcircuit,etcTypeandperiodofroutineinspectionofrelayprotectionAccordingtotheDL/T995-2016InspectionCodeforRelayProtectionandPowerGridSafetyAutomationDeviceContentsoftheSupplementaryTest1.Inspectionduetothemaintenanceorreplacementoftheprimaryequipment(circuitbreaker,currentandvoltagetransformer,etc.)shallbeinspectedbytherelayprotectiondepartmentoftheoperationandmaintenanceunit,determinetheinspectionitemsofprimaryequipmentaccordingtothenatureofprimaryequipmentmaintenance(replacement).2.Afterthelargechangesoftheprotectiondeviceinoperationorthesecondarycircuitchangeofthedevice,itshallbeinspectedbytherelayprotectiondepartmentoftheoperationandmaintenanceunit,andtheinspectionitemsshallbedeterminedaccordingtotheirworkingnature.3.Iftheprotectiondeviceisabnormalortheincorrectactionofthedeviceandthereasonisunknown,therelayprotectiondepartmentoftheoperationandmaintenanceunitshallformulatethespecificinspectionitemsandinspectionsequenceaccordingtotheaccidentsituation,andcarryoutthepost-accidentinspectionassoonaspossible.Aftertheinspectionwork,thereportshallbeputforwardintimeandsubmittedforreferenceaccordingtotheauthorityofequipmentdispatchingforfuturereference.Basictestmethodforrelayprotection02BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionAccordingtoGB/T7261BasicTestMethodforRelayProtectionandGridSafety-2016ThestandardspecifiesthebasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionandsafetyautomaticdevicesDefindefinedbasicperformancetestsinclude1.Relaycontactbasicparameterstest2.Testofcoilbasicparameters3.Testofthebasicparametersoftheconverter4.Withorwithoutrelayfunctiontest5.Accuracytestofthecharacteristicsofmeasuringrelayanddevice6.Timecharacteristictest7.Switchquantityinputandoutputtest8.MeasurementandcontrolperformancetestAtpresent,thecommoninspectionitemsofsubstationmicrocomputerprotectiondeviceinspectionare3,5,6and7,Specifictestitems,methodsandrequirementsvarydependingonthecompositionprinciple.BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples1.appearanceinspection1)Checkwhethertheinsideandoutsideoftheprotectiondevicearecleanwithoutdustaccumulation;2)Cleanthedustontheterminalrowofthecircuitboardandthescreencabinet;3)Checkwhetherthesmallswitches,trackwheel
andbuttonsofthedevicearegood;4)Whetherthedisplayscreenisclearandwhetherthetextisclear;5)Checktheprintedcircuitboardsofeachplug-infordamageordeformation,andwhethertheconnectioniswellconnected;6)Checkwhetherthecomponentsoneachplugarewellweldedandwhetherthechipispluggedin;7)Checkwhethertheconverterandrelayoneachplug-inarefixedorloose;8)Checkwhethertheterminalrowscrewofthedeviceistightened,andwhethertherearpanelwiringiswellconnected;BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples2.Workpowersupplyinspection1)Checkat80%ratedpower:protectiondeviceshallworkstably.2)Powerself-starttest:closethepowerswitchontheDCpowerplug-in,andslowlyadjustthetestDCpowersupplyfromzeroto80%ratedpowervalue.Atthistime,theoperatinglightoftheprotectiondeviceshouldbeonandthereisnoabnormality.3)DCpowersupplypull-intest:pullandclosetheDCworkingpowersupplythreetimesat80%oftheratedvoltageoftheDCpowersupply,theinverterwillstartreliably,andtheprotectiondevicewillnotmalfunctionorsendsignalsbymistake.4)Thereisnoabnormalityinthepoweroffrecoveryprocessoftheprotectiondevice,andtheworkisstableandnormalafterpoweron.5)Whenthepowerisdroppedontheprotectiondevice,theprotectiondeviceshouldnotsendabnormaldata,andtherelayshouldnotbeoperatedbymistake.6)Duringregularinspection,alsocheckwhethertheinverterpowersupplyisclosetotheminimumfault-freeworkingtimespecifiedinDL/527-2013,andifclose,itshouldbereplacedintime.BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples3.Analog-to-digitalconversionsysteminspection1)Checkthezerodrift.Duringtheinspectionofthisproject,itisrequiredthattheprotectiondevicedoesnotinputACcurrentandvoltage,andthezerodriftvalueoftheobservationdevicewithinaperiodoftimemeetstherequirementsofthesettechnicalconditions.2)Checktheamplitudeandphaseaccuracyofeachcurrentandvoltageinput.Duringtheacceptanceinspectionofthenewlyinstalledprotectiondevice,inputthecurrentandvoltageofdifferentamplitudesandphasesaccordingtothetestmethodspecifiedinthetechnicalspecificationofthedevice,andobservethatthesamplingvalueofthedevicemeetstherequirementsofthetechnicalconditionsofthedevice.Inallinspections,onlythecurrentandvoltageofdifferentamplitudescanbeinputrespectively;insomeinspections,onlyconstantcurrentandvoltagecanbeinputseparately.BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples4.SettinginspectionoffixedvalueThesettinginspectionofthesettingvaluereferstothetestaftersettingtheoperatingvalueandoperatingtimeofeachrelevantelementoftheprotectiondeviceaccordingtothefixedvaluenotice.Thespecifictestitems,methodsandrequirementsvarydependingonthecompositionprinciple.Generally,thepositivelogicisusedtotestthecorrectactionofthefixedvaluecharacteristic,andtheinverselogicpartdoesnotmeettherequirementstotestwhetheritiscorrectornot,soastoensureitscorrectness.E.g:Thefixedvalueinspectionofacertainsectionofdistanceprotectionshouldverifyboth0.95timesreliableactionand1.05timesreliablenon-action.Directionalcurrentprotectioninspection,notonlytoverifythereliableactionwithintheforwarddirectionactionrange,butalsotoverifythereversedirectionnon-actionrangeCircumstancesanddrawconclusionsofactionboundaryanalysis.Fortheslipblockingconditioninlowfrequencyloadshedding,itisnecessarytoverifyboththereliableoperatingvalueofdf/dtandthereliableblockingvalue.BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples5.Settinginspectionoffixedvalue1)Eachsetofprotectionshouldbeindividuallycheckedforsetting,andtheACandDCpowersupplyandtimemeasurementwiringinthetestwiringcircuitshouldbedirectlyconnectedtotheterminalblockoftheprotectionpanelundertest.TherelativepolarityrelationshipoftheACvoltageandcurrenttestwiringshouldbeexactlythesameastherelativephaserelationship(thephaserelationshipconvertedtotheprimaryside)ofthevoltageandcurrenttransformerconnectedtothepanelcabinetintheactualoperationwiring.2)Duringthesettinginspection,exceptthattheincomingACcurrentandvoltagearesimulatedfaultvaluesandthetrippingandclosingcircuitsofthecircuitbreakeraredisconnected,theentiresetofprotectiondevicesshouldbeunderconditionsthatarecompletelyconsistentwiththeactualoperatingconditions,andmustnotbeused.artificiallyalteredduringtheexperiment.3)Thesetactiontimeoftheprotectiondeviceisthetotaltimefromtheintroductionofthesimulatedfaultcomponent(current,voltageorcurrentandvoltage)totheprotectionpanelcabinettotheprotectionactionsendingthetrippulsetothecircuitbreaker.4)Theinspectionitemsandcontentsoftheelectricalcharacteristicsshallbeformulatedaccordingtothenatureoftheinspection,thespecificstructureandoperationprincipleoftheprotectiondevice.Whencheckingthecharacteristicsoftheprotectiondevice,inprinciple,itshouldmeettheactualoperatingconditionsandmeettherequirementsofactualoperation.Eachinspectionitemshouldhaveaclearpurpose,ornecessaryforoperation,ortodeterminewhethercomponentsanddevicesareingoodconditionandtofindpossibledefects.BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples6.SettinginspectionoffixedvalueDuringperiodicinspectionandacceptanceinspectionofnewlyinstalledprotectivedevices,theset-upinspectionrequirementsofthedeviceareasfollows1)Duringtheacceptanceinspectionofthenewlyinstalledprotectiondevice,eachfunctionalelementoftheprotectionshouldbeinspectedonebyoneaccordingtothesettingitemsonthevaluenotice,thedevicetechnicalspecificationorthetestmethodrecommendedbythemanufacturer.2)Duringallinspections,onlyoneoftheprotectionelementscomposedofdifferentprinciplesneedstobeinspected.Itisrecommendedtocheckthesettingitemsofthemainprotection,andthebackupprotectionsuchasphaseone,two,andthreeimpedanceprotectionsonlyneedtoselectanysettingitemforinspection.3)Partialinspectionsmaybecarriedoutincombinationwiththeentiresetoftestsoftheprotectivedevice.BasictestmethodforrelayprotectionBasictestmethodsforrelayprotectionareexamples7.Wholesetoftrials1)Aftercompletingthesettinginspectionofeachsetofindividualprotections(components),itisneces
