forbusinesses.Moreover,reviewplatformsoftendon'tactimmediatelyorconductstrictreviewswhen

Ofcourse,onlinereviewsaren'tallbad.Beforebuyingclothesorotherproducts,weoftenreferto

reviewstolearnabouttheproduct'sstyle,fabric,andsize.Reviewscanreduceouranxietyaboutunknown

experiencestosomeextent.Also,constructivefeedbackcanhelpbusinessestomakeimprovements.For

calmnessandachievingasenseofbelongingforparticipants.“Inour13-square-meterroom,thisdose

amountedto17plantsaswellasawindowoverlookingtreecanopies,”saidBianchi,aprofessorfrom

StanfordUniversity.Incontrast,thevirtualroomswiththemostnature——at60percentfullofplants——

actuallyincreasedparticipants’stress.

Apartfromfindingtheidealgreenerydose,theresearchersreportthatafeelingof“connection”to
