促进西藏民族团结政策演变研究

题目：促进西藏民族团结政策演变研究摘要我国自古以来就是一个多民族的国家，当前党的重点关注点是促进民族团结发展以及推动民族经济发展两方面，在有利于推动民族文化民族团结民族经济发展的前提下党中央制定了许多切合实际的法律和政策。本文单独研究了自改革开放以来不同时期党中央对促进西藏民族团结所制定的法律和政策及未来的演变趋势。关键词：民族政策；西藏；团结政策ABSTRACTAtpresent,China'sruralpollutionisserious,andindustrialdevelopmentontheruralenvironmentandagriculturalresourcesofthedestructionofmoreandmoreserious,ruralsustainabledevelopmentandhealtharethreatened.Environmentalpollutionisanimportantglobalhotissue,theFifthPlenarySessionofthe18thWorldCongressputforwardinnovation,coordination,green,open,sharingfivedevelopmentconcepts,environmentalactivitiesarecloselyrelatedtohumansurvivalanddevelopment,thesepollutionnotonlydestroyedhumanhabitat,butalsoendangerpeople'spersonalsafety,soitmustbepaidattentionto.ThispaperstudiesthecausesofindustrialpollutionintownshipenterprisesinChina.Firstofall,thesituationofruralindustryissummarizedandanalyzedclearly,thecurrentsituationofindustrialpollutioninruralareas,andthecausesofruralindustrialpollution.Finally,thepolicyproposalisputforwardtopreventandcontrolthecurrentsituationofruralindustrialpollution.Thispaperisdividedintofiveparts:backgroundandsignificance,thecurrentsituationofindustrialpollutioninruralareasofXinxiangCity,theanalysisofthepollutionofruralindustrialenvironmentandrecommendations,ruralindustrialenvironmentalpollutioncontrolproblemsarenotthesame,sointheanalysismethodofresearchshouldbetreateddifferently,withXinxiangCityastheresearchobjectforobjectiveanalysis,managementanalysisandresearchonruralindustr
