B)Butisjuicingreallyashealthyaswethink?Mostfoodscontainingfructose-anaturallyoccurringsugarfoundinallfruitsandfruitjuices-don'tseemtohaveharmfuleffectsaslongasthey'renotcontributingtoexcessdailycalories.Thisisbecausethefibrefoundinwholefruitsisintact,andthesugariscontainedwithinthefruit'scells.Ittakesourdigestivesystemawhiletobreakthesecellsdownandforfructosetoenterthebloodstream.
