With rapid development of theInternet, global e-commerce transaction has increased greatly within past decades.Almost all kinds of industries are closely connected with e-commerce.Theonlinemarketisexpectedtogrowby56%in2015–2020.In2017,retaile-commercesalesworldwideamountedto2.3trillionUSdollars,whichwasa25%increasethanpreviousyear.Ande-retailrevenuesareprojectedtogrowto4.88trillionUSdollarsin2021.Traditionalmarketsareonlyexpected2%growthduringthesametime.Amongemergingeconomies,e-commercepresenceinChinacontinuestoexpandeveryyear.With668millionInternetusers(twiceasmanyasintheUS),Chinaistheworld'sbiggestonlinemarket.China'sonlineshoppingsalesreached$253billioninthefirsthalfof2015,accountingfor10%oftotalChineseconsumerretailsalesinthatperiod.Anditreached$899billionin2016.Section2:ReadingUnit8E-commerce
