1引言(Introductions)

伴随计算机技术的日益成熟、普及，现代日勺企业管理日勺实际运作在诸多方面,

很大程度上都必须借助于计算机来完毕，对应软件的开发也就显得尤为重要。管

理信息系统是一门新兴的科学，可以进行信息的搜集、传送、储存、维护和加工。

管理信息系统能反应企业日勺多种运行状况，运用历史数据预测未来，从全局出发

辅助进行决策，运用信息控制行为，协助实现规划目H勺，进行高效的管理。

reflectthevariousoperationconditions,usingthehistoricaldatatopredictthefuture,

fromtheoverallsituationdecision-makinginformation,auxiliarycontrolbehavior,

helpingtoachieveobjectives,efficientmanagement.

1.1编写目的(Purposes)

需求分析汇报通过项目小组分析、讨论以及对顾客需求口勺调查，结合有关资

料后得出的对干酒店管理系统日勺需求和功能的分析。重要目的是为拟开发系统日勺

设计与开发作好前期的准备工作。

1.2定义(Definitions)

实体：表达数据库中描述的现实世界中口勺对象或概念。实体是客观世界中存

在H勺且可上相辨别H勺事物实体可以是人也可以是物体实物，也可以是抽象概念。

ER(EntityRelationship)图：)用来建立数据模型，在数据库系统概论中属于

概念设计阶段，形成一种独立于机器，独立于DBMS的ER图模型。一般将它

简称为ER图，对应地可把用ER图描绘的数据模型称为ER模型。ER图提供了

表达实体(即数据对象)、属性和联络的措施，用来描述现实世界H勺概念模型。

系统应当在顾客应有H勺权限下，尽量提供操作的灵活性，应当让录入/修改

人员以便地对整个酒店员工的数据库信息进行管理，让领导层能完组员工的考勤

审批操作。

系统的安全性(Systemsecurity)

由于系统是基于网络的操作，安全性显日勺很重要。详细规定如下：

操作本系统有一套权限访问控制，只有具有对应权限H勺人才可以完毕其权限

内日勺操作。无权限日勺人员无法通过任何途径查看或者修改数据；

能修改系统参数的人必须比一般顾客具有更高的权限。

2.3运行规定(ServiceRequirement)

硬件规定(HardwareRequirement)：

(1)CPU：InterPentiumII266MX或更高

(2)内存：256MB以上。

软件规定(SoftwareRequirements)：

(1)服务器端操作系统为MicrosoftWindows2023AdvancedServer及以上，

数据库管理系统为MicrosoftSQLServer2023。

(2)客户端操作系统为Windows2023/WindowsXP及以上。

3系统数据规定分析(DataRequirementsAnalysis)

3.1餐饮管理子系统(RestaurantsManagementSubsystem)

功能需求(TheRequirementofFunction)

餐饮管理子系统管理对餐饮的操作，重要包括预定管理、点菜管理、采购管

理、结账管理四个子模块。预定管理可以实现预定期间、预定餐桌号(包括大厅

餐桌、包间房号)、交付押金。点菜管理包括菜名、菜口勺价格以及送往厨房，采

购管理包括种类、菜价、数量以及通往商贩。结账管理重要是通过收银员来进行

结账，包括一般顾客结账和会员结账。对应功能实现如下图：

(1)预定管理(BookingManagement)

预定管理包括三小块，预定期间、预定餐桌号(包括大厅餐桌、包间房号)、

交付押金。

预订时间：只要顾客预定期间都是在营业期间内即可。

的桌号及包间日勺号数或厅名。

交付押金：统一押金为2()0元。

点菜管理包括菜名、菜的价格(送往厨房)。

(3)采购管理

ProcurementManagement

采购管理包括种类、菜价、数量(送往商贩)。

种类：由厨房内的人员根据菜单来确定，厨房事先都准备好日勺。

菜价：此项是厨房与商贩之间的沟通。

数据字典(Thedatadictionary)

根据本系统的顾客需求，可以将系统划分为预定管理、点菜管理、采购管理、

结账管理四个子模块。其中，预定管理可以实现预定期间、预定餐桌号(包括大

厅餐桌、包间房号)、交付押金。点菜管理包括菜名、菜的价格以及送往厨房。

采购管理包括种类、菜价、数量以及通往商贩。结账管理重要是通过收银员来进

行结账，包括一般顾客结账和会员结账。如下是按照上述共六个子功能模块划分

得数据字典。

3.2客房管理子系统(RoomsManagementSubsystem)

功能需求(TheRequirementofFunction)

(1)客房管理(RoomManagement)

客房管理包括五小块，预订房间，开/退房间，调房，消费记账和续收/退还

预付款。

预订房间：服务员填入顾客信息，选择房间，显示房间有关信息，改房间状

态改为已预订。

续收/退还预付款：计算预付款差额，并保留。

（2）信息查询

信息查询包括住房信息查询和顾客信息查询两部分。

住房信息查询：查询每个房间的状态，价格，类型，换房明细。

顾客信息查询：查询每个顾客的会员状况，享有折扣状况，住房历史记录和

合计消费。

报表记录重要记录客房明细，预付款明细，客房开房明细和目前在住客房报

表信息。

客房明细总表：记录客房H勺所有•信息。

预付款表：记录预付款的所有记录，并计算预付款差额。

客房开房明细总表：记录酒店当日客房开房H勺数量。

目前在住客房报表：记录酒店目前在住的客房数量。

3.3人事管理子系统(PersonnelManagementSubsystem)

功能需求(TheRequirementofFunction)

人事管理子系统重要有如下几项功能规定：新员工资料输入；自动分派员工

号，并且设置初始的顾客密码；人事变动的详细记录，包拈岗位和部门的调整；

员工信息的查询和修改，包括员工各人信息和密码等。

根据系统功能规定，可以将系统分解为几种功能模块来分别设计，功能模块

如图3-12所示。

3.4财务管理子系统

功能需求(TheRequirementofFunction)

财务管理重要是处理酒店H勺平常H勺账务报表，有收入报表、消费报表、酒店

总表、人事工资报表，功能如下图：

(1)收入报表(IncomeReport)

泗店收入的记录：把泗店当日收入自动进行结算。系统规定做到既可以从其

他模块中共享一部分信息，又有以便的操作界面工手工输入酒店收入信息。规定

对输入H勺数据进行简朴的记录，供酒店管理人员进行查询和宏观调控。将收入的

信息存储到酒店的I客户端系统中，以备后来日勺查询。

收入报表生成和打印：把已存储的返回口勺信息打印出来，并旦生成表单打印

出来。
