SPECIFICATION.COSMETIC.PRESSPRODUCTS.

(COMPAQSTANDARD)

1.范围:SCOPE

本规范对所有冲压件及小五金件(如螺丝，卯钉等)都合用.

ThisspecificationdefinestheCOSMETICrequirementsforallpressproductsandlittlemcialproducts(suchasScrew,rivet,etc).

2.2优先级:ORDEROFPRECEDENCE

本规范若勺零件图/规格相抵触,则以零件图/规格为优先.

本规范若与参照文献相抵触，则以本规范为优先

3.检视措施:INSPECTIONMETHOD

3.1目视检酒：依下列规定检测.

Visualinspection:Inspectionshallbeconductedasfollows:

3.1.1照明：目视检测应依工厂常态照明(100±20吠烛光之冷白萤光照明)为宜.

Lighting:Visualinspectionshallbeconductedundernormalshoplighting(l(X)±20footcandlescoolwhitefluorescentillumination).

3.1.2位置:Position

3.121.将待检测之对象置「检测者面前18至24时(约手臂长)

3.1.2.2,应以正对检测者及垂直于•表面(即±45度角)两方向进行对象目视检测.

3.2.退货原则:RejectCriteria.

3.2.1直径不不小于0.01英寸之任何暇疵视为不可见.

3.2.2如于Q视检测发现外观上之可疑瑕疵,应参照合适等级之退货原则

不应即冒然视为退货拒收.

3.2.3如也许，将缺陷加以分组归类以使对象成为合格.例如:多而短小刮痕也许归类为一处磨损成为可接受之对象.

3.3表面等级之定义：DefinitionofClasses

3.3.1第一级面：操作人员随时可看见之区域.是外观规定最严格的区域.

如DESKTOP型计算机之顶面及正面.

332第二级面：操作人员偶尔可看见之区域.

3.3.3第三级面：操作人员很少看见之区域.

如DESKTOP型计算机之底面及背面弯角及下凹部分.

theoperator.Forexample:Desktop:Bottomandrecessedareasonbackofcomputer.

3.3.2第四级面：操作人员看不见之区域，是外观规定最不严格的区域.

如计算机之内面.

ClassIVAreas:classIVareasshallbedefinedasareasneverseenby

theoperator.ClassIVareasarctheleastcriticalforcosmetic

requirements.Forexample:theinsideofcomputer.

4.金属板片：SHEETMETAL

4.1一般规定：GENERALREQUIREMENTS

4.1.1电镀表面:PlatedSurfaces

4.2.2烤嗪面：PaintedSurfaces

A.刮痕或磨损：刮痕或磨损以致裸露出金属者，不接受.若直径6英寸之范围内,只有一种未裸露出金属之刮痕或瘠损,未变化表面颜色.

且直径不不小于0.12英寸者，则可接受.任何肉眼可见破坏花纹之条纹或撕痕，均不接受.

rippleortearthetexturedsurfacearenotacceptable.

B.脏污：脏污变化表面颜色且直径不小于0025英寸者，不予接受.如直径不不小于0.01英寸之脏污，视为看不见.任两个脏污之最小距

离为2.0英寸.

4.3第二级面:CLASSIISURFACE

4.3.1电遮表面：Platedsurfaces

.A:刮痕或磨损：刮痕不小于2.0英寸长x0.02英寸宽不接受.由装配工具导致的螺旋形刮伤若产品装配后明显可见不接受.磨损直径不小

于0.38英寸不接受.任何直径6英寸之范围内不得超过三个刮痕或一种磨损.

或直径C.25英寸可接受.

D.水渍：水渍不小于1/4总表面积者不予接受.直径不小于0.75英寸水渍点不予接受.

Waterspots

Waterspotsarenotacceptableifthetotalarea:heyoccupyisgreaterthan1/4thetotalsurfacearea.Continuouswaterspotsgreaterthan0.75inch

indiameterarenotacceptable.

E多种件：组装中的多种件(例如:I/O插条)不考虑色差.

MultiplePans

Multiplepartsusedinanassembly(example:slotcovers),willbeinspectedasindividualitemsonlyforslugmarks,scratchcs/abrasionsandwaler

spots.

4.3.2PaintedSurfaces

烤漆面

..A:刮痕或磨损：刮痕或磨损以致裸露出金属者，不接受.若直径6英寸之范围内,只有两个未裸露出金属之刮痕或磨损,未变化表面颜

色,R直径不不小于0.5英寸者.则可接受.任何肉眼可见破坏花纹之条纹或撕痕，均不接受.

注:CPU上盖的后边缘刮痕或磨损可接受

A.ScratchesandAbrasions

Scratchesandabrasionsarenotacceptableiftheyexposebaremetal.Ifthescratchorabrasiondoesnotexposebaremetal,doesnotchangethe

surfacecolororislessthan.50inchindiameter,itisacceptableprovidedtherearenomorethantwoscratchesorabrasionsina6inchesdiameter

circle.Anyvisiblemarksthatrippleortearthe〔exluredsurfacearenotacceptable.

Exception:scratchesorabrasionsarcacceptableontherearedgeofihcCPUhood.

损直径不小于0.5英寸不接受.在直径12.00英寸的恻形内，不得超过四个刮伤或三个磨损.

6.邻接件:衔接缝或会接缘若超过下列原则不予接受。衔接缝为两邻接件衔接之空隙,原应为0.0英寸但因设计或例合容许公差而产生空隙。

7.4.17.4.1螺丝：螺帽应有60%以上.紧密贴上合座孔匕衔接缝隙不得超过0.01英寸接合组件间不得松动。

7.4.2连接器：连接器与接合组件间应紧密接合，其最大容许衔接缝隙为0.06英寸。连接器应平行，不超过0.03英寸者。

8.贴纸与商标:LABELSANDLOGOS

8.1一一般规定:GENERALREQUIREMENTS

8.1.1零件应无灰尘.污垢.润滑油・机油.格酸或任何其他表面沾染物。假如是在搬运材料时，可吹抻或擦拭的灰尘则可接受。外观表面应无

粘贴残渣物。

8.1.2贴纸应无明显撕痕。

8.1.3假如粘贴位置有高下不平，贴纸与商标应可于平行低处之边缘看到并不得在凹处行卷曲现象。

8.1.4不得有任何不合规定之文字或符号。

9.1.1A型纸箱：箱上包括预印及卷标有四种以上颜色为A型纸箱，是外观规定最严格者。

注：次要缺陷的总数不不小于七处者，仍可凄受，假如计达七处者，视

10.3免装订封面者：SELFCOVERS

10.3.1直径不小于0.050英寸之漏漆不接受•每一版面容许直径不不小于0.02英

寸，而不小于0.05英寸之漏漆七处，不不小于0.02英寸之漏漆视为看不

见.

11.1变形：装订应平齐，无开缝、弯角、割裂、永久皱折、折痕及冲孔•
