hicleorreducethecorrespondingrentwithin24hours.5.2乙方权利与义务（RightsandObligationsofPartyB）5.2.1租赁期间享有车辆使用权，但不得将车辆转租、转借、抵押、质押或用于违法活动。Enjoytherighttousethevehicleduringtheleaseterm,butshallnotsublease,lend,mortgage,pledgethevehicleoruseitforillegalactivities.5.2.2严格遵守交通法规，租赁期间发生的交通违章、交通事故及由此产生的罚款、赔偿等责任由乙方承担。Strictlyabidebytrafficregulations.PartyBshallberesponsiblefortrafficviolations,trafficaccidentsandtheresultingfines,compensation,etc.,duringtheleaseterm.5.2.3负责租赁期间的车辆燃油费、路桥费、停车费等日常费用。Beresponsiblefordailyexpensessuchasvehiclefuelfees,roadandbridgefees,parkingfeesduringtheleaseterm.5.2.4妥善保管车辆，未经甲方书面同意，不得擅自改装、拆卸车辆部件或改变车辆外观。Takegoodcareofthevehicle.WithoutPartyA'swrittenconsent,shallnotarbitrarilyrefit,disassemblevehiclepartsorchangethevehicle'sappearance.5.2.5租赁期间车辆发生损坏或故障时，应立即通知甲方，并配合甲方进行维修或保险理赔；因乙方过错导致损坏的，乙方承担维修费用。Incaseofvehicledamageormalfunctionduringtheleaseterm,shallimmediatelynotifyPartyAandcooperatewithPartyAinmaintenanceorinsuranceclaims;ifthedamageiscausedbyPartyB'sfault,PartyBshallbearthemaintenancecost.第六条保险与理赔（Article6InsuranceandClaims）6.1租赁期间，车辆发生交通事故，乙方应立即停车、保护现场，并向交警部门及甲方报案（甲方报案电话：___________），同时配合甲方办理保险理赔手续。Duringtheleaseterm,ifatrafficaccidentoccurstothevehicle,PartyBshallimmediatelystop,protectthescene,reporttothetrafficpolicedepartmentandPartyA(PartyA'sreportphone:___________),andcooperatewithPartyAinhandlinginsuranceclaimsprocedures.6.2若交通事故造成第三方损失或人员伤亡，由保险公司在保险责任范围内赔付；超出保险保额的部分，由乙方承担。Ifatrafficaccidentcausesthird-partylossesorpersonalinjuries/deaths,theinsurancecompanyshallcompensatewithinthescopeofinsuranceliability;thepartexceedingtheinsurancecoverageshallbebornebyPartyB.6.3因乙方未及时报案、擅自撤离现场或破坏现场导致保险无法理赔的，所有损失由乙方承担。IftheinsurancecannotbeclaimedduetoPartyB'sfailuretoreportintime,arbitraryevacuationfromthesceneordestructionofthescene,alllossesshallbebornebyPartyB.第七条违约责任（Article7LiabilityforBreachofContract）7.1甲方未按约定提供合格车辆的，应向乙方支付总租金20%的违约金，并赔偿乙方因此造成的直接损失。IfPartyAfailstoprovideaqualifiedvehicleasagreed,itshallpayPartyB20%ofthetotalrentasliquidateddamagesandcompensatePartyBforthedirectlossescausedthereby.7.2乙方未按约定支付租金或押金的，每逾期一日，按应付金额的0.05%支付滞纳金；逾期超过3日的，甲方有权解除合同并收回车辆，已支付的租金及押金不予退还。IfPartyBfailstopaytherentordepositasagreed,itshallpayalatefeeof0.05%ofthepayableamountforeachoverdueday;ifthedelayexceeds3days,PartyAhastherighttoterminatethecontractandtakebackthevehicle,andthepaidrentanddepositshallnotberefunded.7.3乙方违反本合同5.2.1条约定（转租、抵押等），甲方有权立即解除合同，收回车辆，已支付的租金及押金不予退还，乙方还应支付总租金50%的违约金。IfPartyBviolatestheagreementinArticle5.2.1ofthiscontract(subleasing,mortgaging,etc.),PartyAhastherighttoterminatethecontractimmediately,takebackthevehicle,andthepaidrentanddepositshallnotberefunded.PartyBshallalsopay50%ofthetotalrentasliquidateddamages.第八条合同的变更、解除与终止（Article8Modification,TerminationandTerminationoftheContract）8.1本合同的任何变更，需经双方协商一致并签署书面补充协议。Anymodificationofthiscontractshallbesubjecttotheconsensusofbothpartiesandthesigningofawrittensupplementaryagreement.8.2出现以下情形，甲方可单方解除合同：乙方将车辆用于违法活动的；乙方擅自转租、抵押车辆的；乙方累计拖欠租金超过5日的。PartyAmayunilaterallyterminatethecontractunderthefollowingcircumstances:PartyBusesthevehicleforillegalactivities;PartyBarbitrarilysubleasesormortgagesthevehicle;PartyBhasarrearsofrentformorethan5days.8.3出现以下情形，乙方可单方解除合同：甲方提供的车辆存在严重安全隐患且无法修复的；甲方未按约定提供车辆导致乙方无法正常使用的。PartyBmayunilaterallyterminatethecontractunderthefollowingcircumstances:ThevehicleprovidedbyPartyAhasserioussafetyhazardsandcannotberepaired;PartyAfailstoprovidethevehicleasagreed,resultinginPartyB'sinabilitytouseitnormally.8.4合同终止后，双方应按本合同约定办理车辆返还、费用结算等事宜。Afterthecontractisterminated,bothpartiesshallhandlematterssuchasvehiclereturnandexpensesettlementinaccordancewiththeagreementofthiscontract.第九条争议解决（Article9DisputeResolution）9.1因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决。Anydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththiscontractshallfirstberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetwe
