河南机电高等专科学校毕业设计说明书连接片级进模设计摘 要本设计题目为连接片级进模设计，体现了冲裁零件的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了我对级进模设计的基础知识，为以后设计更复杂的冲压模做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。本设计运用冲裁工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析工件的最小壁厚及其精度要求，确定模具的加工工艺方案。然后通过分析比较，确定了毛坯的排样方式。最后确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及卸料装置的选取。模具采用固定挡料销粗定位，导正销精定位，条料送进一次冲压一次，工件和废料都采取下出件方式，条料连续送进，连续冲压。关键词：落料冲孔模 固定挡料销 导正销AbstractThe topic of this design enters the mold design for continual slice and level, and this design manifests the rushing and cutting components design request, the content and the direction ,which has the certain design significance. Through designing this components mold ,I have further strengthened the basic knowledge to the level which the mold designed ,and also have some preparations for designing more complex dashing and pressing mould later , at the same time absorb more profound experience.This design use rushing and cutting craft and the basic knowledge of mould designing , first analyze the minimum wallthickness of the work piece and its precision request ,meanwhile decide the plan of processing craft. Then determine platoon type way of the semifinished materials through analyzing and comparing .
