25、,重点研究了曝气生物滤池脱氮及除磷的效果。结合涿州市城市污水处理厂提标改造扩建工作。提标改造方案采用“曝气生物滤池+转盘过滤+消毒”。整体工艺运行结果表明:原水COD:60mg/L、SS:60mg/L、NH3N:18 mg/L、TP:1.5 mg/L,处理出水水质:COD:50mg/L、SS:10mg/L、NH3N:5mg/L、TP:0.5mg/L,平均去除率为:16.7、50、72、66.7。关键词:深度处理;提标改造;曝气生物滤池;转盘过滤;脱氮;除磷1、概况:随着水体富营养化问题的日益尖锐化和污水排放标准的不断严格,污水脱氮除磷技术已成为当前新建和改建(提标改造)污水处理的热点和难点。“

26、十二五”期间,预计新增城镇污水(包括工业废水)处理量达7000万m3/d以上,氨氮等水质指标也将纳入污染物重要指标,重点流域(太湖、巢湖、滇池),松花江水系辽河流域、南水北调的重点区域以及北方缺水地区要实行中水回用,城镇生活污水厂污染物排放标准要执行一级A标准。目前已建城市污水处理厂要升级改造和新建的污水处理厂必须脱氮除磷的要求,采用的工艺路线和技术方案要符合当地水质和环境条件。因此脱氮除磷和回用水质指标的要求将成为污水处理技术路线和工艺方案的重点。2、提标改造污水处理工艺方案2.1设计进出水水质设计水量为40000 m3/d。主要污染物为溶解性有机物和氨氮,改造前污水处理主体工艺为:格栅+旋

27、流沉砂池+ CASS池+消毒池。此工艺出水可达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级B标准1,现要求其出水符合城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。具体的设计进出水水质见表1。表1 污水处理站进水水质及排放标准项目CODCr(mg/ L)SS(mg/ L)氨氮 (mg/ L)总磷(mg/L)pH设计值6060181.56-9排放标准50105(8)0.56-92.2提标工艺改造方案确定改造前污水处理主体工艺为:格栅+旋流沉砂池+ CASS池+消毒池。此工艺出水的SS效果可以满足一级B标准,但是不能保证达到一级A标准,因此,还须在二级处理之后

28、进行三级深度处理,才能保证出水中SS满足一级A要求;出水TP基本可以达到 1.0mg/L左右,但若要达到一级A标准,需要化学加药除磷,可选用合适的混凝剂,以满足出水TP0.5mg/L的要求,结合本工程特点,其药剂投加点选择为:在两级生物滤池及滤布转盘前均做投加,药剂拟选取固体聚铝2。另外,再结合考虑到出水NH3-N及有机物的达到排放要求,后续深度处理拟采用曝气生物滤池+转盘过滤的主体工艺,由于工艺采用两级生物滤池,故需投加碳源,以使反硝化阶段顺利进行。本工程综合考虑考虑,拟采用乙酸钠作为碳源投加剂3。改造的主体工艺流程如下:反冲洗进水碳源厂区原污水进水泵房出水反洗排水曝气鼓风机正常曝气排水缓冲

29、池C/N池气生物滤池进水中间提升泵房接触池中水泵房滤布转盘反洗清水池DN池物滤池反洗进气 反洗鼓风机2.3主要处理构筑物设计42.3.1中间提升泵房功能:利用原有加氯消毒池,将原有高排潜水排污水泵更换为本次设计的中间提升泵。将污水提升进入两级生物滤池。潜水排污泵4台,单台水泵:Q=611 m3/h H=10m N=45kw。最大流量时3用1备,水泵采用变频调节,3变频1工频。2.3.2 C/N曝气生物滤池功能:主要对CASS出水中没有完全硝化的混合液进一步硝化,同时降解污水中的大部分有机物,并通过滤料对SS进行截留。设计参数:共布置6个池子,双排布置,单池过滤面积56m,滤池有效深度6.4m。

30、设置六台罗茨风机,每台风机参数:Q=11.2m3/min H=63kpa N=22kW 气水比:2.42:1。采用球形轻质多孔生物滤料,粒径46mm,每个C/N生物滤池200 m3。曝气系统采用单孔膜空气扩散器,单孔膜孔径1.0mm,每个C/N曝气生物滤池2016套。2.3.3反硝化DN生物滤池功能:主要完成对污水中硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐转化为氮气,从而降低总氮,同时进一步截留SS。滤池中填装滤料,运行时通过鼓风曝气,利用滤料上生长、附着的微生物的代谢作用,吸附、降解污水中的有机物及氨氮。设计参数:共布置4个池子,双排布置,单池过滤面积56m,滤池有效深度6.5m。采用球形轻质多孔生物滤料,粒径46

31、mm,滤池滤料体积为176.5m3/池。2.3.4清水池功能:清水贮水池,分两格,一格贮存一次反冲洗足量的以备反冲洗使用,过堰后进入出水渠,自流入下一构筑物滤布转盘。设计参数:反冲洗强度:5L/s m2 。泵房井室平面尺寸为6.7m7.5m,高6.75m,有效水深为6.25m,保护高600m。设置单级双吸离心泵3台,Q=504m3/h,H=9m,N=18.5kw反冲洗时2用1备,水泵通过反冲洗管道接入每个生物滤池,由设置的电动阀控制反冲。2.3.5废水池功能:将对生物滤池定期反洗后的水进行收集,经过废水泵提升如厂区污水管路进口进行处理设计参数:泵房井室平面尺寸为8m7m,高6.7m,有效水深为

32、6m,保护高500m。潜水离心泵3台,Q=180m3/h,H=12m,N=5.5kw, 2用1备。2.3.6滤布转盘功能:滤布转盘,是一种去除悬浮固体的过滤装置。装置由数个转盘同置于一个转辊中组成,转盘上装有可方便拆卸的滤布。滤布的过滤孔径在10um100um之间,可根据出水的要求选择不同的孔径。设计参数:单台设备最大处理能力:1200m3/h,滤速:10m/h,滤布网孔直径:10微米,设置滤布转盘共2台,每套滤布转盘配套反冲洗泵及自控系统。2.3.7接触池及中水泵房功能:经过生物处理后的水进入接触消毒池进行加氯消毒,本工程设计1座折板式接触消毒池。设计参数:停留时间:约30min,有效容积:

33、950m3设置有巴士计量槽以计量水量,将原出水在线监测设备移到新建接触及中水泵房。设置单级离心泵4台,Q=611m3/h,H=9m,N=37kw。3用1备。2.3.8加药间(PAC、乙酸钠)PAC加药功能:向污水中投加絮凝剂以去除多余的P设计参数:投加量:25mg/l,投加浓度:10%设置3个溶药池,3台计量泵Q=320L/h H=4bar N=0.75kw,两用1备分两点投加乙酸钠加药功能:向反硝化滤池中投加乙酸钠以补充缺乏的碳源设计参数:投加量:30mg/l,投加浓度:10%设置3个溶液池,3台计量泵Q=320L/h H=4bar N=0.75kw,2用1备分两点投加。3、污水处理厂升级改

34、造后处理效果涿州污水处理厂经升级改造后已经运行近两年实际运行效果良好,各项出水指标都达到了城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准。污水处理厂的脱氮除磷效果有了较大提高。4、结论在涿州污水处理厂经升级改造工程中,针对目前二级排放水质特点,并考虑厂区目前实际情况,为了节省占地,降低运行费用,采用了“曝气生物滤池+转盘过滤+消毒”深度处理工艺。整体工艺运行结果表明:原水COD:60mg/L、SS:60mg/L、NH3N:18 mg/L、TP:1.5 mg/L,处理出水水质:COD:50mg/L、SS:10mg/L、NH3N:5mg/L、TP:0.5mg/L,平均去除率为

35、:16.7、50、72、66.7。改造后出水各项指标均能满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准。本次技术升级改造后,一级A标准的出水可以作为一般回用中水及景观用水。参考文献:1国家环境保护总局.
