24、7题是是非判断题(包括YES, NO, NOT GIVEN),或多项选择题,后三项是填空题。是非判断题是一种测试考生快速浏览文本、搜素所需信息、并进行分类、推理的体型。多项选择题与传统的篇章阅读理解一样,要求从4个选项中选择一个最佳答案。填空题要求考生根据阅读文章的内容,将这些结构不完整的句子补充成完整的句子。,四级考试讲座,32,二、快速阅读,快速阅读题型应试策略: 解题第一步: 略读(Skimming),指的是快速浏览全文的阅读方法。略读的对象是文章的标题、开始段、结尾段、每段的段首句和结尾句。 略读的目的是: 1.了解文章的主题; 2. 对文章的结构获得一个整体概念; 3. 对各部分的内

25、容获得一个粗略的印象; 4. 对文章主旨做出判断。,四级考试讲座,33,解题第二步: 寻读(Scanning)指的是以问题为线索、带着问题去寻找某一特定讯息的阅读。寻读就是在读过文章后面的题目之后,以题干中的某些词为线索到原文中去寻找出处的过程。由于快速阅读题对于内容的理解能力要求并不高,所以寻读技能的高低直接影响着考生做题时间的长短。 在寻读过程中,以什么词为定位词(或线索词)到原文中去寻找是很关键的。,四级考试讲座,34,寻找常用的定位有: 1.数字、年代; 2.第一次出现的人名、地名等专有名词; 3.事物的性质特征或比较关系; 4.题干中不同于其他词的新信息。 注意: 快速阅读题目的顺序

26、与文章的行文顺序从总体上说是一致的。把握这一规律将大大节省我们的寻读时间。,四级考试讲座,35,解题第三步: 是非判断题考查的是考生对原文信息的判断和理解力。是非判断题一共有三类: Y(YES)或N(NO) 当可以根据原文信息判断题干陈述为正确时,判断为Y;反之,判断为N; NG(NOT GIVEN)当题干内容不能从原文信息中找到判断依据时,判断为NG。 注意:,四级考试讲座,36,解题第四步: 完成句子 解答这类题目时首先要定位题目的出处,然后将原文信息与题干信息进行对照,就可以确定题干中缺少的是什么信息,从而归纳答案。 注意:答案尽量照抄原文,但要抄得恰到好处,抄得简练,题干问什么或缺什么

27、,就抄什么。其余不相干内容不要抄上。如遇到原句太长,则需要根据原文内容进行组织,概括出答案。避免语法和语言错误;避免使用不熟悉或没把握的单词、词组或句式;注意单词大小写及拼写;控制字数(一般在3个词左右,最多不超过10个词)。,四级考试讲座,37,快速阅读时应注意阅读的科学性: 1.要有自信心; 2.要集中注意力; 3.要应用阅读技巧; 4.抓住关键词句。,四级考试讲座,38,三、听力理解 按照大学英语课程教学要求规定,达到四级听力水平应做到: 1. 能听懂英语授课; 2. 能听懂日常谈话和一般性题材讲座; 3. 能基本听懂慢速英语节目,语速为每分钟 130个词左右,能掌握其中心大意。 听力占

28、35%,其中听力对话占15%(含短对话和长对话),测试题型为多项选择题;听力短文章占20%(含选择题型的阅读理解和复合式听写),四级考试讲座,39,听力题型应试策略: 听前 安定情绪,集中精力:听之前或发卷时要安定情绪,集中精力,做一点放松活动(比如数数、闭目片刻、整理试卷等),以便轻松愉快、主动地进入答题状态; 浏览选项,获取信息:考生应当充分利用听力考试正式开始前几分钟或放Directions的时间将选项浏览一遍。在浏览时注意题干中的关键信息以及答案选项中重复出现的信息。根据题干中的信息,预测语境、大意、人物身份可能涉及的内容。,四级考试讲座,40,听中 捕足信息,速记要点:听录音时,注意

The boys description kind of gives us an idea of what happening.,四级考试讲座,42,四、仔细阅读理解 Comprehension(Reading in Depth) 根据大纲要求,达到四级阅读水平应当做到:能顺利阅读语言难度中等的一般性题材的文章,掌握中心大意以及说明中心大意的事实和细节,并能进行一定的分析和判断,领会作者的观点和态度,阅读速度达到每分钟80词左右。它包括篇章词汇理解和篇章阅读理解。 篇章词汇理解 篇章层次的词汇理解(Blanked Cloze)属于新增题型,它是长度为220个单词左右的文章
