Develops and continuously updates the emergency response procedure and emergency contract name lis

6、t as needed.维护与更新紧急应变程序、紧急状态联络人员名单。B. Ensures the company fire team are staffed and trained to address all potential emergencies. 确保所有的工厂救火队成员接受过训练足以判别潜在的紧急情况。C. Coordinates emergency procedures with outside agencies and communicate with government in case of emergency. 负责与外部相关部门的联络、合作。4.2 Managers经

7、理: A. Ensures safety is aware of change to the work area, processes or equipment. This will reduce potential risks introduced by process or equipment changes. 确保与工作现场、工艺及设备的变更都将在安全的因素考量在内，并通知安全部门。这将减少因改变而带来的安全卫生风险。 B. Ensures all employees reporting to them are aware of the correct emergency respons

8、e procedure that relates to their work area and conduct escape drills for those procedures at least twice each year.确保其部门所属员工均熟悉与其工作区域相关的紧急应变程序，并参加每年两次的消防演习。 C. Ensures the integration of all appropriate elements of the emergency response procedure in the new employee orientation for their area.确保与其

Ensures all facilities related emergency systems (emergency generators, emergency lights, exhaust systems, fire suppression systems, and emergency notification systems) are maintained in an operable condition at all times. This respon

10、sibility includes establishing a documented preventative maintenance program for all systems. 确保所有与紧急应变相关的系统 （紧急发电机、紧急照明、抽风系统、消防系统）的日常维护并处于正常状态。这包括为所有系统建立文件化的预防保养计划。 B. Any additions, modifications, or impairment to Natuzzi China site emergency system should be informed to EHS. 任何相关系统，设备的增加、修改与维护时通知

Maintenance shall be responsible for disaster prevention, duty and emergency handling. 维护部门负责灾害防范、值班、处理应急事务。4.4 The Obligate Fire Team Of Company公司义务消防队：It shall be responsible for fighting fire at first and cooperating with fire brigade of government. 公司义务消防队负责火灾初始扑灭工作并配合公安消防队灭火。4.5 Evacua

12、tion Team 疏散组：Manager/shift leader/line leader (including the deputy) in each departments shall be responsible for guiding people to evacuate according to an organized route, checking the amount of the person in their department when they arrive at the designated place (muster point), and reporting

13、it to EHS. 各部门经理/主管/组长负责在紧急状态时指导人员按照逃生出口路线有组织地疏散，负责本部门人数到达指定地点的人数清点工并报告EHS。4.6 First Aid急救：Clinic shall be responsible for providing first aid in time under emergency and contacting hospital when its necessary. EHS shall be responsible for managing, training and technical guidance to the part-time r

14、escuer in workshop. 医务室负责在紧急状态时提供及时的现场救护及必要时联系医院紧急抢救。EHS部门负责对车间兼职急救员的管理、培训和技术指导。4.7 Security警卫: A. Ensures that security personnel are trained in the execution of emergency communications and coordination. 确保所有的警卫人员都参加紧急应变通讯及合作的培训。 B. Provides support to the company fire team in emergency situations

15、 like reporting to the relevant agencies (fire Department, hospitals, etc); control personnel, and escort outside emergency responders to the scene of an emergency incident. 支援工厂救火队的救灾活动，例如协助通知相关单位（消防队、医院等），管制现场，引导外部救灾人员到紧急事故现场。4.8 Employees员工: Are responsible to know and understand emergency proced

They must follow all Safety procedures developed by Safety and their supervisors. 员工都应知晓并理解本紧急应变程序可能对其工作场所的影响。并且必须遵守由安全部门和其主管指定的安全管理制度。5.PROCESS / PROCEDURE流程/程序:5.1 Fire Emergency Disposal火情/火灾处置：5.1.1 Witness at the scene现场发现火灾者： Shut off the power and chemical su

17、pply紧急切断发生火灾设备的电源和化学品供应 Press the alarm button nearby and activate the fire alarm system immediately以最快速度就近按下火灾报警系统的报警按钮 When Fire is small, use local materials such as fire extinguisher to prevent it spreading当火灾范围很小(2 m2)且蔓延缓慢时，应就地取材或使用附近的灭火器与消防栓灭火 Call others help and security guard on duty immed

18、iately via company internal emergency call 8140, meanwhile they shall report the situation to line leader/shift leader/manager and EHS department (8537).呼唤周围人员帮忙，立即拨打公司报警电话8140向值班警卫报告任何火警、火灾或爆炸情况，同时将有关情况报告给组长/主管/经理和EHS部门(分机8537)。 5.1.2 Security guarder 警卫： Guard in the security room should use walki

19、e-talkie to inform the guard on patrol to confirm when security guard receives an emergency call or alarm.中控室警卫接到报警后应通过无线对讲机通知就近的巡逻警卫对火警、火灾和爆炸情况进行确认。 The security guard on patrol is responsible for confirming the emergency of the spot, tell security room the result via walkie-talkie; Help to put off

20、 a small fire or a fire at the beginning with extinguishers on the site. 巡逻警卫负责对现场的火情和爆炸情况进行确认,并通过对讲机告知警卫室,同时配合火情发生部门对初起、较小的火灾使用灭火器进行扑救。 Guard in security room is responsible for informing Emergency Contact Member (related contacts, see appendix 1) to go to the spot for coordination and commanding.

21、中控室警卫负责通知相关人员到现场协调、指挥(相关人员,见附件一)。5.1.3 Obligate fire team of company 车间消防员： Rush to the location of fire with right fire fighting equipment immediately. 带合适的应变器材后赶赴现场救灾。 Assess the situation to determine whether external assistance required or not.评估现场情况决定是否需要外部支援。 In case of small fire, put out the

22、 fire and inform the security control room that fire has been put out and emergency situation is under control。火灾范围较小时，扑灭火灾并回报警卫控制室现场已经得到控制。 In case of big fire which cannot be put out or smoke coming out from an enclosed room, inform the plant fire team leader to activate evacuation火灾较大不可扑灭或浓烟已经从密闭

23、房间里涌出时，通知救火队指挥者启动疏散警报。 Update the Fire Department officer on the status and hand over control to Fire Department upon their arrival.及时报告消防队指挥者现场状况，并在其到达时移交现场控制权。5.1.4 Maintenance Department 维修部： Responsible for ensuring the proper work of fire-fighting system. There should be at least one Maintenanc

24、e worker in fire pump room to check and ensure pumps proper running when necessary.维修部当班操作工负责确保消防灭火系统的正常工作;消防泵房应至少有一名维修人员保证消防泵正常启动。 Responsible for the dependability of electric device of fire-fighting system and sustainable power supply of emergency diesel generator.维修部负责确保消防设备的电气装置的可靠性及应急发电机供电的连续性

25、。5.1.5 Plant Doctor/Nurse 驻厂医生/护士： Should go to the west security room immediately with the first aid case for further instruction.应迅速携带急救箱前往西门警卫室待命。5.1.6 Production Department 生产部： The evacuated employee shall go to the designated location（muster point）; each area team leader/supervisor/manager sha

26、ll be responsible for checking the amount of people and reporting it to EHS . They shall inform relevant people to rescue if someone is missing.疏散的员工应到指定地点，各区域组长/主管/经理负责清点本区域/部门人数后报EHS。若发现缺员，应立即报告并通知有关人员援救。5.1.7 Visitors and Contractors 外来访客及承包商： With the host, evacuate to the muster point (host per

27、son is responsible for their safely evacuating to the assembling point).在公司对口联系人的指导下，立即疏散至规定的疏散集合点（公司的对口联系人应负责其安全地撤至规定的疏散集合点）。5.1.8 Site Commander and Ask for external help 现场指挥及外部援助的请求： Guard room is headquarters north gate (Gudai road) in company. Outside working hours, Guard shall contact the per

28、son in Emergency Contact Name List, inform them the fire situation, and ask them to be arrived at the scene as soon as possible. 北门保安室是消防指挥部。在工作时间以外，除负责以上事宜，保安人员还应按照紧急状态联系人员名单中的人员顺序进行电话联系，通知他们火灾情况，并要求其尽快地到达现场。 The first one who appears on the site in the list of CEO, EHS supervisor, section manager,

29、 security leader, maintenance manager, he is the site commander. He is responsible for making decision whether to ask for help from public fire brigade or ambulance.总经理、安全主管、部门经理、当班保安队长或班长、维修部部经理按序作为第一指挥或决定人，及时判断并决定是否通知消防局和医疗机构进行救助。 5.1.8 Release from a fire alarm 火警解除： When a fire is put off, after

30、 getting confirmation of fire-die from related chief and EHS on the spot, after getting confirmation of no possibility of burning again, fire alarm can be released. If fire brigade is involved, confirming the fire-die should come from them. Then site first commander announces the release of alarm an

31、d resume to work.火灾扑灭，并经火灾现场的区域负责人（经理和主管）及安全部门共同赴现场勘察确认火灾已完全扑灭，且无复燃的可能后，可作出火警解除的决定。在消防部门进入现场灭火的情况下，则由消防部门的有关人员确定火灾是否已完全扑灭。在作出火警解除的决定后由第一指挥 / 决定人，宣布火灾扑灭并解除火灾警报。 After fire alarm is released, non-fire related area employees can go back to work. For fire area or fire affected areas, take steps accordin

32、g to following situations:a. If loss is small and no effect to further production, clear up related area and resume production as soon as possible after EHS got evidence.b. If the fire caused big loss or facilities damaged a lot, section manager should manage to isolate the spot and ask security gua

33、rds to protect the spot.在火灾警报解除后，没有受火灾影响的区域可以进入人员以尽快恢复生产。对火灾发生区域及受火灾影响的区域，视以下情况进行处处理：a. 若火灾所造成的损失较小且对正常生产不造成影响时，在安全部门取录现场情况后，应尽快清理现场并恢复生产。b. 若火灾所造成的损失较大或现场设施损坏较严重的情况下，部门经理负责设法对受损区域进行封闭隔离，并请保安派人保护现场。非事故调查人员不得进入。 Security guard should reset fire alarm auto system when the fire alarm was released, ask

34、maintenance workers to restore ventilation, air conditioning system to normal states, stop running of fire pump. 值班警卫应在火灾警报解除后及时复位火灾自动报警设备，并通知动力设备操作工回复通风、空调系统至正常状态，并停止消防水泵的运行。5.1.9 Report and Investigation灾情报告与调查： After the fire is put off, fire area section manager, maintenance manager and EHS shou

35、ld conduct investigation. EHS should report fire incident to CEO in time.火灾扑灭后，火灾相关区域的经理、维修部经理和安全部应立即开展事故调查，填写事故报告；另外，安全部应及时向公司总经理报告火灾情况。5.2 Emergency Disposal to Accident in Work工伤事故的应急处理: 5.2.1 Part-time rescuer shall be set up in workshop, their duties are: rescue the patient injured in an unexpe

36、cted accident or paroxysmal patient, keep and maintain the first aid kit in workplace. 在车间设置兼职急救员，其职责：对意外事故中受伤或突发性垂危病人的紧急救护，保管和维护工作场所的急救箱。5.2.2 People at scene shall report supervisor or EHS immediately when the accident happens. Principal in the scene shall organize to rescue, take effective action

37、 (such as bind up wound, do artificial respiration), and protect scene. 发生工伤事故，现场人员应立即报告上级主管或EHS部门。现场负责人应及时组织人员抢救，采取有效措施（如包扎伤口、做人工呼吸等），并保护现场。5.2.3 Principal in the scene shall send the injured employee to hospital when the heavy accident happens, meanwhile report Manager Director, HR manager and EHS

38、 about the accident. 发生重伤事故时，现场负责人应以最快速度将伤员送往医院，同时向总经理、人事经理及EHS报告事故情况。5.2.4 In order to save rescue time, the car in company can be used to go to hospital in day shift; 120 can be called in night shift for first aid. 为争取抢救时间，白班时可安排公司车辆直接送往医院；晚班时可报120电话急救。5.2.5 Company shall rescue the wounded, then

39、dispose the accident, make proper rescue, treatment and nurse to the wounded. 公司应按照先抢救伤员、后处理事故的原则，妥善安排好伤员的抢救、治疗和护理事宜。5.2.6 The team/department happened accident shall help EHS and relevant department to find out the cause, process, lose of the accident, identify accident principal, propose accident

40、disposal suggestion and prevention actions, and submit accident report within 1 day. 发生事故小组/部门应协助EHS和其它相关部门及时查明事故原因、过程、人员伤亡和经济损失等情况，确定事故责任人、提出事故处理意见和防范措施建议，并在一天内递交事故报告。5.3Emergency Disposal of Food Poison食物中毒应急处理：5.3.1 Employee shall stop eating suspicious food immediately when they feel bad during

41、dining time, meanwhile they shall inform canteen supplier and EHS to identify and confirm bad food as soon as possible. 进餐时员工如感觉身体不适应立即停止食用可疑食物，同时向食堂供应商及EHS反映，尽早识别和确定不良食物5.3.2 Employees who dont feel well shall inform clinic and relevant department, identify and deal with the suspicious food with ca

42、nteen supplier. 不适员工通知医务室、相关部门，会同食堂供应商对可疑食物作进一步的确认和处理。5.3.3 General medical treatment shall be done under doctors instruction if poison isnt heavy; they shall be sent to hospital immediately if the poison is heavy. 如中毒较轻，可在医务室医生指导下做一般医疗处理；如较严重，应立即送往医院进行处理。5.3.4“120” shall be called immediately when

43、there is mass poison (more people is poisoned); heavy patients shall be sent to hospital to do emergency treatment or anti-drug treatment.如发生群体中毒（多人中毒）事件，应立即向当地“120”急救中心呼救；重症病人应及时送医院急救或进行特殊抗毒治疗。5.3.5 Canteen manager（administration）and EHS shall inspect suppliers quality, sanitation, stocking channel

44、, employers health periodically to eliminate food poison. 食堂管理人应定期检查食堂供应商的资质、卫生状况、进货渠道、从业人员健康等有效符合性，从根本上杜绝食物中毒。5.4 Emergency Disposal of Typhoons and Rainstorm台风、暴雨等自然灾害的应急处理:5.4.1 Company shall set up a disaster response team automatically by maintenance managers and EHS to deal with emergency situ

45、ation. 在台风、暴雨来临前，公司自动成立由维护经理和EHS组成的临时抗灾应急小组，处理紧急情况。5.4.2 EHS shall be responsible for contacting and communicating with outside, knowing new disaster information and sending it to employee in order to let each department take preventive action in advance EHS负责对外的联络和沟通，及时了解新灾害信息，并传达给公司员工，以便各部门事先采取有效防

46、范措施。5.4.3 According to the development of disaster, HR department shall arrange flexible working hours and downtime to protect employees safety, and inform it to all employee approved by Manger Director. 人力资源与培训部根据灾害的发展状况，为保护员工安全，灵活安排上下班和停工时间，并经总经理批准后及时通知所有员工。5.4.4 EHS department shall follow the de

47、velopment of disaster, provide disaster prevention plan, and inspect the execution of disaster prevention action with other departments. EHS部门应对灾害发展情况及时跟踪，提供预防灾害预防计划，协调其它部门检查预防措施的实施情况。5.4.5 Other departments shall be responsible for disaster prevention action in their own department, such as close w

48、indows and doors, move flowers, clean balcony, etc.其它部门负责各自区域的灾害预防措施，如关紧门窗、移走花木、清理阳台等。5.4.6 Administration department shall be responsible for arranging guards, checking all emergency materials, stocking food, drink, candle, flashlight, etc. in advance to prevent unexpected water and power suspensio

49、n. 行政部负责灾害期间的保安值班安排，检查应急材料的准备情况，事先储备食品、饮料、蜡烛、手电筒等应急物品，防止意外停水停电。5.4.7 Guards on duty shall enforce patrol during disaster period (includes door and window, roof, warehouse, etc.), report in time when there is accident, protect company property in their power, try their best to reduce lose caused by d

50、isaster; meanwhile they shall be able to do first aid, contact with outside, turn to others and do self-help action when traffic is disrupted. 值班保安应加强灾害期间的巡查（包括门窗、屋顶、仓库等），发现险情及时报告，在力所能级的情况下保护公司财产，尽量减少灾害带来的损失；同时应具备一定的急救能力，当与外界联系、交通中断时，可以开展一定程度的求助他人和自救行动。5.4.8 After disaster, temporary disaster respon

51、se team shall dispose the scene immediately, report environmental damage and property loss caused by the disaster, and resume production order as soon as possible. 灾后，临时抗灾应急小组应及时处理现场，通报灾害对环境的破坏和造成的财产损失，尽快恢复生产秩序。5.5 The chemistry and oil leak out or spill outside in large numbers化学品或油品大量泄漏或外溢:5.5.1 I

52、f chemical or oil leaks out in large numbers, discoverer should report to the direct team leader/supervisor/manager and EHS immediately. When received report, EHS should inform correlative department to do the treatment and give help in scene if needed. 若化学品或油品泄漏或外溢发生，发现者立即直接向自己主管和EHS报告。EHS在接到报告后，直接

53、通知相关部门经理处置；必要时到现场协助。5.5.2 Any employee could do the treatment using dishcloth according to MSDS when there is just a little medical or oil leaking out.(notice: things after dealing should be treat as dangerous waste). You should leave the scene and prevent others coming into the area when a great de

54、al of medical or oil leaking out. 公司任何员工发现少量化学品或油品泄漏或外溢时，可通过抹布和按照MSDS的要求进行处置 (注意，处置后的物品应按危险废物处理) ；发现化学品或油品大量泄漏或外溢时，应迅速撤离现场并阻止其他人员进入该区域。5.5.3 If medical or oil leaking into drain system. Discoverer should inform EHS to stop draining out in time. EHS should report to processing zone management committ

55、ee. 若化学品或油品已进入公司排水管道，发现者应及时通知EHS采取措施停止向外排放。并由EHS向加工区管委会报告。5.5.4 Preventing medical or oil leaking might have a try while affirming that there is no risk. 在确认没有风险的情况下，可尝试阻止化学品或油品泄漏或外溢。5.5.5 If the amount of medical or oil leaking out is especially great. Discoverer should inform EHS immediately. And

56、EHS will make the lash-up dealing method. 若化学品或油品泄漏或外溢数量巨大时，应及时通知EHS部门，由EHS决定应急处理方案。5.6 The above disposal procedure shall be rehearsed each year to check operation performance and employees emergency response capability in procedure. Experience shall be summarized after rehearsal, the procedure shall be improved continually to improve effectiveness and authenticity of the rehears
