1、第五章 装运与保险业务,教学目标：,熟悉每个案例的业务情景； 掌握每个业务情景的函电内容； 了解每份函电的作用与目的； 根据装运、保险和包装的具体业务情景，正确撰写与之相对应的业务信函，包括： 装船通知、延长船期、催促装运、请求提前装船、变通装运安排、变更船期、请求代办保险、变更险别、提高投保加成率、偿付保险费、修改保险条款、询问包装详情、介绍包装详情、对包装的担忧、包装投诉、应对包装投诉等。,1. 业务知识装运与保险业务可能涉及的业务信函,1.1 CIF、CIP条件下运输和保险操作方法 在CIF、CIP条件下，出口商负责办理货物的出口运输和保险手续，并承担海洋运费和保险费。因此， 出口商需要

2、联系货代（货物运输代理公司），委托货代向承运人（远洋运输公司即船公司）订舱，在订舱成功后按照货代的指示把货物运至指定码头仓库或者由货代直接上门拉货，在通关后装船出运。在货物装船后，出口商获取提单等运输资料，出口商凭运输单据向保险公司办理保险手续。,1.2 在FOB条件下运输保险操作方法 在FOB条件下，进口商负责办理货物的出口装运和保险手续并承担海洋运费和保险费。因此，进口商需要联系货代并委托货代办理出口装运手续。但是，由于货物是在出口商手上，具体装船通关事宜还需要出口商同进口商的货代协调安排。因此，进口商需要把货代联系资料交给出口商，以便出口商同该货代联系，安排通关装船事宜。在货物通关装船后

3、，出口商获取提单等运输单据，把货物的装运信息告知进口商，由进口商办理保险手续。在FOB条件下，进口商出于各种原因，也有可能委托出口商寻找货代，办理出口装运手续，运费由进口商承担；进口商还有可能委托出口商代办保险，保险费由进口商承担。,1.3 运输保险业务信函 在货物装运交货方面，涉及的业务信函包括：装船通知、延长船期、催促装运、请求提前装船、变通装运安排、变更船期、查询船期等。在保险业务方面，涉及的业务信函包括请求代办保险、变更险别、提高投保加成率、偿付保险费、修改保险条款。出口包装方面，通常涉及询问包装详情、介绍包装详情、包装投诉、对包装投诉做出回应等信函。,2. 案例,Case 1装运通知

4、/装船通知 外贸业务员李明向英国客户出口3000辆永久牌自行车，订单号为134。李明在办完装运手续后，立即给客户去函告知装船事宜，通知内容包括船名、装运港、目的港、开航日期和预期到港日期，提单号码、商品名称、商品数量，同时还传真了相关单据，目的是让客户根据这些装运资料办理保险（在FOB情况下）并做好提货准备。 装船通知,Dear Sir, We are pleased to inform you that the consignment of 3,000 Yongjiu Brand Bicycles for your order No. 134 has been dispatched per
