8、R) Interior relay section,输入/输出继电器区 Input/output relays section,内部辅助继电器区 Interior auxiliary relay section,输入继电器(10通道) Input relay(10 channels),输出继电器(10通道) Output relay(10 channels),200231 ,32个通道,512点, (不能直接对外输出) 200231 ,32 channels , 512 points, (cannot be output directly),没被使用的通道,可作为内部辅助继电器使用。 Chan

12、/OFF 状态。 Be used for storing ON/OFF status that before branch point in trapezoid diagram .,同一程序中,某一编号的TR继电器不可重复使用。 TR relay of a certain serial number should not be referenced repeatedly within the same program.,2-2-保持继电器区(HR) Holding relay section,该区继电器(HR00HR19)编号要冠以HR。 The serial number of the re

13、lay in this section(HR00HR19)should be referenced with letters HR。,保持继电器具有掉电保持功能。 Holding relay has power off holding function.,该区继电器可以通道或位为单位使用。 Relay in this section can be used in channel or bit.,2-2-5 辅助记忆继电器区(AR) assist remember relay section,该区继电器(AR00AR15)编号要冠以AR。 the relay (AR00AR15) in this

14、 section should be referenced with letters AR。,AR区继电器具有掉电保持功能 Relay in AR section has power-off holding function.,AR区继电器用于保存PLC的各种工作状态。 Relays in AR section are used for storing all kinds of PLC work status.,根据该区某些继电器的状态,可了解PLC的工作状况。 According to the status of some relay in this section, you can kno

15、w PLC work status.,2-2-6 链接继电器区(LR) link relay section,该区通道(LR00LR15)编号要冠以LR Channels (LR00LR15) of this section should be referenced with letters LR,CPM1A与本系列或本公司其他PLC进行1:1链接通信时,要使用LR区进行数据链接。 when CPM1A doing 1:1 link communication with PLC of this serial or other PLC of this company should make da

16、ta link in LR section,不作1:1链接通信时,LR区可作内部辅助继电器用。 LR section can be used as interior auxiliary relay when not doing 1:1 link communication.,2-2-7 定时器/计数器区(TC) Timer /counter,TC号为: 000127 The serial numbers of TC is:000127,定时器分类 Timer,普通定时器 Ordinary timer,高速定时器 High-speed timer,计数器分类 counter,普通计数器 Ordi

17、nary counter,可逆计数器 Reversible counter,计数器有掉电保持功能,定时器没有此功能。 counters have power-off holding functionality, timers dont.,同一程序中,计数器和定时器不能使用同一编号。 counter and timer should not have the same serial number within one program.,2-2-8 数据存储区(DM),DM0000DM1023,DM6144DM6655, 该区继电器只能以通道为单位使用! relay of this section

18、 must be used in unit., 该区继电器具有掉电保持功能。 relay of this section has power-off holding Functionality.,该区继电器分为三部分 relay of this section divided into three parts, 程序读写区 program read/write section: DM0000DM0999、 DM1022DM1023,故障履历存储区Fault record memory section : DM1000DM1021,不作该用途时,可作普通数据存储器用。 Can be used a

21、ization.,2-4 CPM1A的功能简介 introduction to CPM1A functionality,输入时间常数设定功能 Input time constant setup functionality,输入滤波器时间常数 的设定,设定单元:DM6620DM6625 Setup for input filter time constant ,setup units:DM6620DM6625,DM66206625,设定值范围:1128ms,缺省为8ms setup value range:1128ms,default value is 8ms,干扰脉冲,输入信号,输入时间常数,

22、滤波后的信号,经过输入滤波后干扰脉冲将被滤掉,Interference pulse,Input signal,Input time constant,Filtered signal,interference pulse will be wiped off after input filtering.,外部输入中断 Exterior input interference,输入中断模式:中断输入脉冲的上升沿响应中断。 input interrupt mode: ascending-edge respond interrupt of interrupt input pulse.,计数中断模式:对外部

23、输入进行高速计数,计数到响应中断,计数范围065535,计数最高频率1KHz。 counting interrupt mode: high-speed counting of exterior input until respond interrupt occurs, with counting range of 065535, highest counting frequency of 1KHz.,.外部输入中断功能 exterior input interrupt functionality,CPM1A: 10点I/O型CPU有2点: 00003、00004 20点、30点、40点I/O型

24、CPU有4点:0000300006,DM6628,响应中断时,停止执行主程序而转到中断处理子程序。,执行完中断处理子程序,再返回断点继续执行主程序。,使用输入中断功能时,必须在系统设定区中进行设定。,When respond interrupt occurs, stop executing main program, turning to interrupt service sub-program.,Turn back to break point to continue executing main program after executing interrupt service sub-

25、program.,When using the input interrupt function, the set-up must be done in system set-up section.,4. 快速响应输入功能,该功能可使输入/输出响应不受扫描周期的影响。,能随时接收脉冲宽度小于0.2ms 的瞬间脉冲信号。,使用快速响应功能时,要在系统设定区中设定。,快速响应输入点与外部输入中断点相同。,DM6628,4. Fast respond input functionality,Can receive instant pulse signal of which the pulse wid

26、th less than 0.2ms at any time.,Setup should be done in system setup section when using fast respond functionality.,Fast respond input point is the same with exterior input break point.,This functionality guarantee that input/output respond do not be affected with scanning period.,间隔定时中断,单次中断功能:定时时间
