羊汽车绳轮式电动玻璃升降器的总体设计摘 要毕业设计的课题基本分为三大类，即工艺工装设计类、组合机床设计类和计算机课题类。本课题所涉及的是第一类，设计任务为绳轮式汽车玻璃升降器的设计，有电机输出动力带动钢丝绳完成玻璃的上升和下降的工作循环。车门玻璃升降器作为车门附件，其作用是保证车门玻璃平稳升降、门窗能随时并顺利地开启和关闭，并能使玻璃停留在任意位置，不随外力作用或汽车的颠簸而上下跳动。因此要求玻璃升降器结构可靠、操纵轻便省力，并需有防止玻璃升降器倒转的制动装置。随着汽车的不断改进和发展，玻璃升降器也由简单的丝杆式、单臂式逐渐发展为今天的电动式。电动玻璃升降器结构简单可靠，操纵方便省力，被现代轿车普遍采用。它可以在副仪表板上布置控制开关，也可以在各自的车门上单独设置开关，分别操作。驾驶员可以在自己的位置上通过控制开关开闭任一车门玻璃，提高了轿车的舒适性和方便性。本次设计主要包括升降器的基本分类和工作原理的介绍，主要针对绳轮式汽车玻璃升降器进行设计，包括电机、钢丝绳等主要部件的选择及系统运动的计算分析。共完成图纸近 6 张，基本完成老师所交给的任务。关键词：车窗； 车门； 升降器； 绳轮。AbstractGraduation subject is divided into three basic categories, namely technology and equipment and design, and machine tool design and computer classes subject category.
