Methods 108 hospitalized patients in the Department of -精选财经经济类资料- -最新财经经济资料-感谢阅读- 3 Respiratory Medicine who were admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research subjects， and were randomly divided into study group and routine group， with 54 patients in each group. The study group was given nursing risk management， and the routine group was given basic nursing management. The nursing quality score， nursing satisfaction， nursing risk incidence， the incidence rate of nursing defects， and nursing complaint rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction in the study group was 92.59%， significantly higher than that of 75.93% in the routine group. The nursing quality score was（93.445.25） in the study group， which were significantly higher than that of（80.304.60） in the routine group. The incidence rate of nursing risk was 3.70% -精选财经经济类资料- -最新财经经济资料-感谢阅读- 4 in the study group， the nursing defect rate was 9.26% and the nursing complaint rate was 3.70%， which were all lower than those of 22.22%， 24.07%， and 16.67% in the routine group， there was statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management in the hospitalized patients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine can reduce nursing defects， nursing risks and the occurrence of nursing complaints to a certain extent. At the same time， this can also improve the patients nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
