Methods Sixty patients with ACI admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from April 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the study group， with 30 cases in each group. The conventional treatment group was treated with the conventional western medicine， on basis of which， the study group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The national institute of health neurological impairment scale （NIHSS） and Barthel index （BI） were evaluated. The serum inflammatory factors and platelet activating factors were examined before and after treatment. After treatment， the levels of serum inflammatory factors and platelet activating factors in the two groups were all significantly decreased， and the levels of serum inflammatory factors and platelet activating factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group， the differences were all statistically significant （ all P 0.05）.
