安徽新华学院外国语学院毕业论文细则(格式要求)-new[1]

安徽新华学院外国语学院本科毕业论文细则 撰写毕业论文是检查学生在校学习情况的一种手段，可以培养学生综合运用 本学科的基本知识和基本技能，分析、解决实际问题 和某些理论问题，培养学生 科学研究、创新意识、创新能力，提高学生素 质的重要途径，是高校教学的重要 实践环节。为了统一和规范我院本科生毕业论文格式，保证我院本科生毕业论文 质量，根据安徽新华学院本科毕业论文（设计）撰写规范（试行），结合外语专业 实际，特制定安徽新华学院外国语学院本科毕业论文撰写规范（试行）及示例。 二、毕业论文内容要求 （一）前置部分 1、封面格式必须符合学校要求，封面上的论文题目必须与正文上的题目一 致。 2、外文封面：包括外文题目、作者、指导教师、院、时间等。 3、致谢：致谢中主要感谢导师和对论文工作有直接贡献及帮助的人士和单位。 4、论文摘要：摘要必须是对全文内容的高度概括， 应反映出毕业论文的内容、 方法、成果和结论，不能过于简略。摘要中不宜使用公式、图表，不标注引用文献 编号。英文文摘要以 200 词为宜，符合英 语语法，无 语言错误，语句通顺，文字表 达自然流畅。中文摘要应与英文摘要一致，并且语句通顺，文字流 畅。中英文摘 要需要关键词：关键词是供检索用的主题词条，应采用能覆盖论文主要内容的通 用词条。关键词一般为 3-5 个，按 词条的外延层次排列，外延大的排在前面。英文 关键词应与中文关键词一致。关键词之间用分号分开，最后一个关键词后不打标 点符号。 5、目录: 以文章内容的先后为序，按段落标题编写，要求标题层次清晰。目 录中的标题要与正文中标题一致，目录中应包括致谢、摘要、引言、论文主体、结 论、尾注、参考文献、附录 等。目录中的页码要与正文中的页码一致。 （二）正文部分 毕业论文正文是毕业论文文本的主体和核心部分，一般应包括论文题目， （中 英文），学生英文名，指导教师名，院英文名称，中文摘要与中文关键词，英语摘 要与英语关键词，引言，论文主体， 结语，参考文献等部分。 1、论文题目：题目应该简短、明确、有概括性。通过题目，能大致了解论文内 容、学科范畴和专业特点。但字数要适当，必要 时可加副 标题。 2、学生的论文要一人一题，而且 选题要符合专业培养目标。封面上、开 题报 告书上、正文上、答辩记录表上的标题必须一致。 3、引言或绪论：引言或绪论一般作为第一章，其主要内容包括：选题的背景及 目的；国内外研究状况；论文主要结构等。 4、主体：主体是毕业论文正文的主要部分，要求结构合理、层次清楚、重点突 出、文字简练、通顺，无科学性 错误。凡引用、转述、参考他人的成果或资料，均 须注明出处。 5、论文中的章、节、 条、款 各级标题：论文正文中各标题要突出重点、简明扼 要。标题 中尽量不采用外文 缩写词。 论文正文的层次 应根据实际需要而定。 标题 层次为：1 1.1 1.1.1 2 2.1 2.1.1 6、结语：结论单独作为一章。结语是毕业论文的总结，是整篇 论文的归宿，要 求精炼、准确地概述全文的主要观点。 7、参考文献：毕业论文的撰写应本着严谨求实的科学态度，凡有引用他人成 果之处，均应按照 APA（American Psychology Association）学术著作和研究论文 的格式进行标注。在论文撰写中，原则上参考的外文文献不少于所引文献的 30。 （三）附录部分 附录：对于一些不宜放入正文中，但作为毕业论文又是不可缺少的部分，或有 重要参考价值的内容，可编 入毕业论文的附录中。如果论文包含有附录，要按照 正文中标示的顺序，放在正文之后，参考文献之前。正文中要标出每个附录的名 称(如： Appendix 1)。 （四）后置部分 1. 毕业论文指导书格式必须符合学校要求。 2. 指导过程记录应详实、认真。要以指 导教师为第一人称书写。 3. 所有论文均需毕业论文应组织答辩，并有完整的答辩记录。答辩成绩为论 文的最终成绩。 4. 毕业论文的评定意见应客观、公正。 三、 毕业论文撰写要求 1、文字和字数：毕业论文用外语撰写，字数在 3500 到 5000 外语单词之间。 2、打印：论文要求由学生本人录入、 编排并单面打印在 A4 幅面白纸上。 3、封面：论文封面一律使用学校统一设计的封面（见附件 2）。 4、论文页面设置： 毕业论文文本前置部分的封面、毕业论文开题报告书、目录、指 导教师指导 毕业论文情况登记表、毕业论 文答辩记录表不编入论文页码。 致谢、摘要、目录用罗马数字单独编页码，页码位于 页面底端居中。 毕业论文正文部分与附录部分的页码从论文题目开始，至附录，用阿拉伯数 字连续编排，页码位于页面底端居中。 5、摘要与关键词：中文的 “摘要” 与 “关键词” 几个标示字为 4 号黑体；英 文的 “摘要” 与 “关键词 ” 几个标示字为 4 号 Times New Roman 体。中文摘要 内容与具体的关键词为小 4 号宋体；英文摘要内容与具体的关键词为小 4 号 Times New Roman 体。 6、参考文献格式 引语（包括例子）字数严格控制在三分之一以下；都必须标明出处。 参考文献部分不要包括文中没有引用到的文献，但应将引用到的文献全部列出， 不要遗漏。 参考文献为独立的一页，次序在正文之后，与正文一同编页码，字号使用小 四号字。 文献目录一律按作者姓氏汉语拼音或外文字母顺序排列，每条文献必须顶 格写，回行时空两字。外文文献在前，中文文献在后。同一作者不同时期的文献 按出版时间的先后顺序排列。 例如： Bloomfield, L. This thesis does a detailed study of the repeatedly-used the image of the “room”. It explores the significance of the room in the womens lives in terms of role-fulfillment as a mother and wife, their psychic growth from repression, awakening to rebellion. It illustrates the profound revelation and criticism evoked by the image of the “room” itself in Chopins works. Chopin condemned the patriarchal society and showed her sympathy with women by depicting what happened in the room. Various opinions and propositions were hidden in the voluminous historical data, or concealed in the translators fragmentary words and phrases. Many scholars have begun to realize the value of those ideas, however, few have made full use of the materials available to study the old theoretical statements (Yang,2003:2) 1.1 Significance of Research It has been proposed that those theories in the past could be modernized for the sake of carrying on the tradition and benefiting Chinese translation studies at present. The modernization is based on discovering something “new” in the “old” theories. And the researchers in this field are responsible. 1.2 Organization of the Paper This thesis consists of 5 chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction of the thesis. Chapter 2 sets out to analyze the relationship between culture and translation which leads to the possibilities and difficulties of cultural translation. In Chapter 3, the author makes the literal review of the domestication and foreignzation both at home and abroad. In Chapter 4, the author does an analysis in translation strategies adopted in Lin Yutangs English writings. Gentzler, in Contemporary Translation Theories, believes that they are undertaking a radical redrawing of the questions upon which translation theory is founded (145). The development of translation theory is often influenced by the academic and socio-political events internationally. The deconstructive alternative arose primarily in France in the late 1960s during a time of social and political upheaval, reflecting the political and social turmoil of that period (Gentzler,1957:148).
